Abstract

本发明涉及一种波腹芯板预制混凝土装配式复合墙。本复合墙包括波腹芯板单元,波腹芯板单元是由波腹芯板、边缘加强柱和端板构成;波腹芯板的板面呈波浪状;边缘加强柱固定设置在波腹芯板的两侧,边缘加强柱的柱长方向与波腹芯板的波峰或波谷相平行,且边缘加强柱的上下两端分别与波腹芯板的上下两端相平齐;两个端板分别固设在波腹芯板和边缘加强柱的上下两侧;钢筋混凝土板包覆在波腹芯板和边缘加强柱的外侧。本发明现场装配化程度高、施工速度快、工业化、商品化程度高,同时与钢梁、楼板连接更加方便。本发明能够结合各种已有抗侧力构件的优势,既能承担竖向荷载,又能够抵抗水平作用,在多高层及超高层建筑结构体系抗震设计中发挥重要作用。

Description

一种波腹芯板预制混凝土装配式复合墙
技术领域
本发明属于建筑墙体构造技术领域,具体涉及一种波腹芯板预制混凝土装配式复合墙。
背景技术
现有技术中的钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构,因其整体性能好、抗侧刚度大、承载力高、抵抗风荷载及中小地震效果好以及防火性能优良等特点,是高层及超高层建筑结构中广泛采用的主要抗侧力构件。然而由于钢筋混凝土剪力墙刚度大,在地震作用下会承受较大的水平剪力,导致其裂缝较早产生,影响结构刚度及承载能力,且震后不易修复。另外随着建筑物高度增加,剪力墙轴压比不断增大,为了保证结构延性,当采用普通混凝土剪力墙时,需要采用较大墙体厚度才能满足设计要求,占用了较大使用空间,提高工程造价。
为了改善现有技术中钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构的延性,提高其在地震作用下的耗能能力,人们提出了多种改进措施,包括钢板剪力墙、开缝钢板剪力墙、加劲钢板剪力墙、约束钢板剪力墙等等。但却分别存在如下不足:
钢板剪力墙由于厚度过薄,在水平地震作用下会过早发生面外屈曲,在低周反复荷载作用下耗能能力较低,如果采用厚度较大的钢板又不满足经济性要求。加劲钢板剪力墙虽然避免了钢板剪力墙过早发生面外屈曲的情况,但其由于钢结构自身特性,防潮防火构造较难处理。约束钢板剪力墙是采用钢板剪力墙外挂混凝土板,避免钢板剪力墙较早发生面外屈曲的一种措施,对保证剪力墙具有一定耗能能力,外挂混凝土板与四周框架之间必须留有一定空隙以满足核心钢板的变形要求,因此约束钢板剪力墙与框架之间连接处的防水及防火构造较难处理,并且外挂混凝土板增加了结构自重,降低结构抗震性能。
因此,现有技术缺乏一种对于既能承担竖向荷载,又能够抵抗水平作用的性能优良的抗侧力构件。
发明内容
本发明是为避免上述现有技术所存在的不足,提供一种现场装配化程度高、施工速度快、工业化、商品化程度高,同时与钢梁、楼板连接更加方便的波腹芯板预制混凝土装配式复合墙,本发明能够结合各种已有抗侧力构件的优势,既能承担竖向荷载,又能够抵抗水平作用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了下述技术方案:
一种波腹芯板预制混凝土装配式复合墙,本复合墙是由波腹芯板单元以及包覆在波腹芯板单元外侧的钢筋混凝土板构成。
优选的,所述波腹芯板单元是由波腹芯板、边缘加强柱和端板构成的单元构件;所述波腹芯板的板面呈波浪状;所述边缘加强柱固定设置在波腹芯板的两侧,边缘加强柱的柱长方向与波腹芯板的波峰或波谷相平行,且边缘加强柱的上下两端分别与波腹芯板的上下两端相平齐;所述端板设置为两个,两个端板分别固设在波腹芯板和边缘加强柱的上下两侧;
所述钢筋混凝土板包覆在波腹芯板和边缘加强柱的外侧。
优选的,所述波腹芯板的波峰或波谷上均匀地布设有若干通孔,所述通孔处设置有金属抗剪件;所述波腹芯板通过金属抗剪件与钢筋混凝土板连接在一起。
优选的,所述边缘加强柱为由两翼板和腹板构成的工字型构件,且边缘加强柱通过其一侧的翼板与波腹芯板的端部焊接固定在一起;所述边缘加强柱的翼板和腹板的端部分别与相对应的端板对焊连接。
优选的,所述金属抗剪件为螺栓,螺栓穿插于所述通孔中,且螺栓的位于波腹芯板的两侧杆身上均设有螺母。
进一步的,所述端板在波腹芯板的两侧均设置有连接孔,端板还在边缘加强柱的翼板和腹板之间的区域设置有连接孔,且两个端板的连接孔的位置及孔径均相同。
更进一步的,处于波腹芯板两侧的连接孔分别与波腹芯板上的波峰或波谷相对设置;每个连接孔的孔中心与其相对应的波峰或波谷相连而构成的平面垂直于端板的板面,且平行于边缘加强柱的翼板的板面。
优选的,所述钢筋混凝土板与上、下两端板的侧边相平齐;所述钢筋混凝土板的内部设置纵横向的钢筋网,钢筋混凝土板并在与端板上的连接孔的对应位置处预留槽口。
优选的,两个复合墙装配时,将处于上方的复合墙的下侧端板与处于下方的复合墙的上侧端板对齐,并使此两个端板上的相对应位置处的连接孔相对准,然后通过槽口在两对准的连接孔处***连接件即可。
优选的,所述波腹芯板为厚度为2~30mm的钢板,复合墙墙体厚度为100~300mm。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1)本发明克服了普通钢筋混凝土剪力墙墙体厚度偏厚、自重较大的缺点;也克服了一些新型抗侧力构件施工难度大、用钢量多、防水构造难以处理等不足;同时发挥了钢结构施工速度快、承载力高、延性及耗能能力良好的优势,以及混凝土剪力墙开洞方便、布置灵活的特点,具有抗震性能优良、节省模板、施工方便、钢板之间连接牢靠以及用钢量节省等优势,对于建筑产业化发展会有良好的推动作用;
2)本发明中的波腹芯板单元可以在工厂组装焊接,并且可实现工厂绑扎钢筋网片以及工厂浇注及养护外侧钢筋混凝土板,现场螺栓连接,不需要支模作业,施工速度快;
3)本发明中的波腹芯板预制混凝土装配式复合墙布置灵活,既能作为竖向承载力构件,在结构中传递竖向荷载,又能作为重要的抗侧力构件,在多高层及超高层建筑结构体系抗震设计中发挥重要作用;
4)本发明波腹芯板预制混凝土装配式复合墙采用金属抗剪件拉结两侧钢筋混凝土板,能够确保两侧的钢筋混凝土板和中间波腹芯板连接紧密并且共同工作,两侧钢筋混凝土板为中间波腹芯板提供侧向约束,避免中间波腹芯板较早发生面外屈曲,增加了预制复合墙体耗能能力。
5)本发明的穿插在波腹芯板上的金属抗剪件有多种实现方式,即金属抗剪件可以直接焊接在波腹芯板的通孔处,本发明采用了独特的金属抗剪件,即将金属抗剪件设为螺栓,并在螺栓的位于波腹芯板的两侧杆身上均设置螺母,本发明中的金属抗剪件不但同样起到了拉结两侧钢筋混凝土板的作用,而且便于施工安装,极大地提高了施工效率,降低了施工难度。
6)本发明中的边缘加强柱可以采用各类热轧型钢、焊接型钢以及冷弯薄壁型钢,其功能在于与波腹芯板相配合,不但显著增强了复合墙传递竖向荷载的能力,而且极大的提高了墙体抗侧力的能力。
7)本发明波腹芯板预制混凝土装配式复合墙具有较大的初始刚度、良好的塑性性能、稳定的滞回特性,其抗变形能力强,结构用钢量适中,由于采用截面呈波浪状的波腹芯板,增加了预制复合墙的竖向承载能力及抗侧刚度。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
如图1~7所示,一种波腹芯板预制混凝土装配式复合墙,本复合墙是由波腹芯板单元10以及包覆在波腹芯板单元10外侧的钢筋混凝土板20构成。
如图1~5所示,所述波腹芯板单元10是由波腹芯板11、边缘加强柱12和端板13构成的单元构件;如图1~3所示,所述波腹芯板11的板面呈波浪状;所述边缘加强柱12固定设置在波腹芯板11的两侧,边缘加强柱12的柱长方向与波腹芯板11的波峰或波谷相平行,且边缘加强柱12的上下两端分别与波腹芯板11的上下两端相平齐;所述端板13设置为两个,两个端板分别固设在波腹芯板11和边缘加强柱12的上下两侧;
如图7所示,所述钢筋混凝土板20包覆在波腹芯板11和边缘加强柱12的外侧。
如图2、3所示,所述波腹芯板11的波峰或波谷上均匀地布设有若干通孔111,所述通孔111处设置有金属抗剪件112;所述波腹芯板11通过金属抗剪件112与钢筋混凝土板20连接在一起。
金属抗剪件112可以选择为金属棒或金属筒,施工时将金属棒或金属筒插设于通孔111中,然后将金属棒或金属筒直接焊接在通孔111处即可。如图4、5所示,本实施例中的所述金属抗剪件112为螺栓,螺栓穿插于所述通孔111中,且螺栓的位于波腹芯板11的两侧杆身上均设有螺母。从而施工时,只需要将螺栓穿插于通孔111中,然后在螺栓两端的带有螺纹的杆身上分别拧上螺母即可,从而本发明中的这种金属抗剪件112不但取材方便,而且极大地提高了施工效率。
如图1、2、4所示,所述边缘加强柱12为由两个翼板121和腹板122构成的工字型构件,且边缘加强柱12通过其一侧的翼板121与波腹芯板11的端部焊接固定在一起,如图2、4所示,波腹芯板11的与边缘加强柱的翼板121的相连接的端部设置为平直的板面;所述边缘加强柱12的翼板121和腹板122的端部分别与相对应的端板13对焊连接。
边缘加强柱可以直接采用相应规格的工字钢,还可以采用各类热轧型钢、焊接型钢以及冷弯薄壁型钢,也可以在现场加工制作而成。
如图1、2、4、5所示,所述端板13在波腹芯板11的两侧均设置有连接孔131,端板13还在边缘加强柱12的翼板121和腹板122之间的区域设置有连接孔131,且两个端板13的连接孔的位置及孔径均相同。
如图2、4所示,处于波腹芯板11两侧的连接孔131分别与波腹芯板11上的波峰或波谷相对设置;每个连接孔的孔中心与其相对应的波峰或波谷相连而构成的平面垂直于端板13的板面,且平行于边缘加强柱12的翼板121的板面。
上面技术结构的意思为:每一个连接孔131均设置在两相邻的波峰或波谷之间,以图2为例,取波腹芯板11横截面的上侧为上方,波腹芯板11横截面的下侧为下方,则波腹芯板11的上方为依次排布的波峰,波腹芯板11的下方为依次排布的波谷,从而处于波腹芯板11的上方的连接孔131设置在相邻的波峰之间,且处于波腹芯板11的上方的连接孔131的孔中心与此相邻波峰之间的波谷相对设置,连接孔131和与其相对设置的波谷相连而构成的平面垂直于端板13的板面,且平行于边缘加强柱12的翼板121的板面;而处于波腹芯板11的下方的连接孔131设置在相邻的波谷之间,且处于波腹芯板11的下方的连接孔131的孔中心与此相邻波谷之间的波峰相对设置,连接孔131和与其相对设置的波峰相连而构成的平面垂直于端板13的板面,且平行于边缘加强柱12的翼板121的板面。
如图7所示,所述钢筋混凝土板20与上、下两端板13的侧边相平齐;所述钢筋混凝土板20的内部设置纵横向的钢筋网,钢筋混凝土板20并在与端板13上的连接孔131的对应位置处预留槽口21。
如图7所示,两个复合墙装配时,将处于上方的复合墙的下侧端板与处于下方的复合墙的上侧端板对齐,并使此两个端板上的相对应位置处的连接孔相对准,然后通过槽口21在两对准的连接孔处***连接件30即可。
也即,通过预留连接孔131和槽口21,本发明中的复合墙可以较为方便的彼此相连并构成较大幅面的墙体。
优选的,对于多层剪力墙结构或者高层及超高层剪力墙结构的上层结构构件,所述波腹芯板11宜宜采用厚度为2~6mm的薄钢板,复合墙墙体厚度为100~200mm;底层结构构件中的波腹芯板11宜采用厚度为8~30mm的中厚钢板,复合墙墙体厚度为120~250mm。

Claims (10)

1.一种波腹芯板预制混凝土装配式复合墙,其特征在于:本复合墙是由波腹芯板单元(10)以及包覆在波腹芯板单元(10)外侧的钢筋混凝土板(20)构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的波腹芯板预制混凝土装配式复合墙,其特征在于:所述波腹芯板单元(10)是由波腹芯板(11)、边缘加强柱(12)和端板(13)构成的单元构件;所述波腹芯板(11)的板面呈波浪状;所述边缘加强柱(12)固定设置在波腹芯板(11)的两侧,边缘加强柱(12)的柱长方向与波腹芯板(11)的波峰或波谷相平行,且边缘加强柱(12)的上下两端分别与波腹芯板(11)的上下两端相平齐;所述端板(13)设置为两个,两个端板分别固设在波腹芯板(11)和边缘加强柱(12)的上下两侧;
所述钢筋混凝土板(20)包覆在波腹芯板(11)和边缘加强柱(12)的外侧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的波腹芯板预制混凝土装配式复合墙,其特征在于:所述波腹芯板(11)的波峰或波谷上均匀地布设有若干通孔(111),所述通孔(111)处设置有金属抗剪件(112);所述波腹芯板(11)通过金属抗剪件(112)与钢筋混凝土板(20)连接在一起。
4.根据权利要求2所述的波腹芯板预制混凝土装配式复合墙,其特征在于:所述边缘加强柱(12)为由两翼板(121)和腹板(122)构成的工字型构件,且边缘加强柱(12)通过其一侧的翼板(121)与波腹芯板(11)的端部焊接固定在一起;所述边缘加强柱(12)的翼板(121)和腹板(122)的端部分别与相对应的端板(13)对焊连接。
5.根据权利要求3所述的波腹芯板预制混凝土装配式复合墙,其特征在于:所述金属抗剪件(112)为螺栓,螺栓穿插于所述通孔(111)中,且螺栓的位于波腹芯板(11)的两侧杆身上均设有螺母。
6.根据权利要求4所述的波腹芯板预制混凝土装配式复合墙,其特征在于:所述端板(13)在波腹芯板(11)的两侧均设置有连接孔(131),端板(13)还在边缘加强柱(12)的翼板(121)和腹板(122)之间的区域设置有连接孔(131),且两个端板(13)的连接孔的位置及孔径均相同。
7.根据权利要求6所述的波腹芯板预制混凝土装配式复合墙,其特征在于:处于波腹芯板(11)两侧的连接孔(131)分别与波腹芯板(11)上的波峰或波谷相对设置;每个连接孔的孔中心与其相对应的波峰或波谷相连而构成的平面垂直于端板(13)的板面,且平行于边缘加强柱(12)的翼板(121)的板面。
8.根据权利要求6所述的波腹芯板预制混凝土装配式复合墙,其特征在于:所述钢筋混凝土板(20)与上、下两端板(13)的侧边相平齐;所述钢筋混凝土板(20)的内部设置纵横向的钢筋网,钢筋混凝土板(20)并在与端板(13)上的连接孔(131)的对应位置处预留槽口(21)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的波腹芯板预制混凝土装配式复合墙,其特征在于:两个复合墙装配时,将处于上方的复合墙的下侧端板与处于下方的复合墙的上侧端板对齐,并使此两个端板上的相对应位置处的连接孔相对准,然后通过槽口(21)在两对准的连接孔处***连接件(30)即可。
10.根据权利要求1~9任一项所述的波腹芯板预制混凝土装配式复合墙,其特征在于:所述波腹芯板(11)为厚度为2~30mm的钢板,复合墙墙体厚度为100~300mm。
