本发明公开了一种编织用纸张防水剂,由以下原料制成:小烛树蜡、硬脂酸、甘草酸二钾、苯氧乙醇、十八烷基二甲基磺丙基甜菜碱、聚氨酯树脂、尿囊素、羟乙基纤维素、羟苯甲酯、1,2‑丙二醇、水。本发明提供的编织用纸张防水剂,制备简单,价格低廉,可以进行规模化生产,安全无毒,绿色环保;经超声和真空搅拌,使所有原料混合均匀,呈均匀乳液状态,加入量少,使用简单,牢固附着,无痕迹;防水剂为水溶性,使用时直接加蒸馏水进行稀释即可,使用方便,节约成本;加入多种防水成分,在表面形成防水层,在水中浸泡68小时没有出现破损,既能防水,又能保持纸张水分,增加纸张的柔韧性,抗菌防霉,印刷和书写流畅。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及防水技术领域,尤其涉及一种编织用纸张防水剂。
背景技术
纸张随处可见,可以用于工业、办公、文化及生活,因此产生的废旧纸张也很多,大多都会破碎后扔掉,只有小部分会进行回收利用,为提高废旧纸张的利用价值,减少环境污染,将废旧纸张编织成生活用具或艺术品,具有很高的使用和欣赏价值,而且能够保护环境,提高经济收入。
纸张很容易吸水,编织品在使用过程中会因吸水发霉,甚至腐烂,影响使用价值,因此编织用纸需要进行防水处理。目前,现有方法中有直接对编织品进行防水处理的,但是防水不均匀,市场上销售的纸张防水剂种类繁多,但是防水效果有效期短短,而且含有毒试剂,危害人体健康,产生的废水严重污染环境。
发明内容
为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种编织用纸张防水剂。
一种编织用纸张防水剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:小烛树蜡36~38、硬脂酸30~32、甘草酸二钾27~29、苯氧乙醇26~28、十八烷基二甲基磺丙基甜菜碱22~24、聚氨酯树脂18~20、尿囊素13~15、羟乙基纤维素10~12、羟苯甲酯6~8、1,2-丙二醇3~5、水80~85。
一种编织用纸张防水剂的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将水加热至60~65℃,加入十八烷基二甲基磺丙基甜菜碱、尿囊素和羟乙基纤维素,42~44kHz超声15~20分钟,得混合物A;
(2)将苯氧乙醇和1,2-丙二醇混合均匀,加入小烛树蜡、硬脂酸、聚氨酯树脂和羟苯甲酯,35~37kHz超声20~25分钟,得混合物B;
(3)将混合物A和混合物B混合均匀,加入甘草酸二钾,于55~60℃、32~34kHz超声15~20分钟,于110~120kW、160~170转/分钟真空搅拌30~35分钟,快速形成乳液状态,便于使用,得编织用纸张防水剂;
(4)真空包装,得成品。
所述编织用纸张防水剂的使用方法,称取纸张干重的0.6~0.8%,加蒸馏水稀释100~150倍,均匀喷涂于纸张或滚涂于纸张后,形成防水层,将纸张置于12~14℃、空气湿度为65~67%的环境中干燥至含水量为7~8%。
本发明的优点是:本发明提供的一种编织用纸张防水剂,制备简单,价格低廉,可以进行规模化生产,安全无毒,绿色环保,不会危害人体健康;经超声和真空搅拌,使所有原料混合均匀,呈均匀乳液状态,加入量少,使用简单,直接涂抹于纸张表面即可,牢固附着,无痕迹;防水剂为水溶性,使用时直接加蒸馏水进行稀释即可,使用方便,安全健康,节约成本;加入多种防水成分,在表面形成防水层,在水中浸泡68~70小时没有出现破损,既能防水,又能保持纸张水分,增加纸张的柔韧性,抗菌防霉,印刷和书写流畅。
具体实施方式
下面用具体实施例说明本发明。
实施例1
一种编织用纸张防水剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:小烛树蜡36、硬脂酸30、甘草酸二钾27、苯氧乙醇26、十八烷基二甲基磺丙基甜菜碱22、聚氨酯树脂18、尿囊素13、羟乙基纤维素10、羟苯甲酯6、1,2-丙二醇3、水80。
一种编织用纸张防水剂的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将水加热至60~65℃,加入十八烷基二甲基磺丙基甜菜碱、尿囊素和羟乙基纤维素,42kHz超声20分钟,得混合物A;
(2)将苯氧乙醇和1,2-丙二醇混合均匀,加入小烛树蜡、硬脂酸、聚氨酯树脂和羟苯甲酯,35kHz超声25分钟,得混合物B;
(3)将混合物A和混合物B混合均匀,加入甘草酸二钾,于60℃、32kHz超声15分钟,于110kW、170转/分钟真空搅拌35分钟,快速形成乳液状态,便于使用,得编织用纸张防水剂;
(4)真空包装,得成品。
所述编织用纸张防水剂的使用方法,称取纸张干重的0.8%,加蒸馏水稀释130倍,均匀喷涂于纸张或滚涂于纸张后,形成防水层,将纸张置于13℃、空气湿度为65%的环境中干燥至含水量为8%。
实施例2
一种编织用纸张防水剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:小烛树蜡37、硬脂酸31、甘草酸二钾28、苯氧乙醇27、十八烷基二甲基磺丙基甜菜碱23、聚氨酯树脂19、尿囊素14、羟乙基纤维素11、羟苯甲酯7、1,2-丙二醇4、水83。
制备和使用方法,同实施例1。
实施例3
一种编织用纸张防水剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:小烛树蜡38、硬脂酸32、甘草酸二钾29、苯氧乙醇28、十八烷基二甲基磺丙基甜菜碱24、聚氨酯树脂20、尿囊素15、羟乙基纤维素12、羟苯甲酯8、1,2-丙二醇5、水85。
制备和使用方法,同实施例1。
对比例
现有的纸张防水剂。
实施例和对比例防水剂的指标评定:
分别用实施例和对比例的防水剂对相同纸张进行处理,对照组未进行处理,处理完毕后置于25℃的水中进行浸泡,检测防水性能,所有纸张未进行软化处理,实施例和对比例防水剂的指标评定见表1。

表1的结果表明,实施例编织用纸张防水剂,处理后的纸张相对于对比例,安全无毒,亮度合适,柔韧度和耐折率明显提高,编织时的破损率明显降低,增加经济收入13.2%,说明本发明提供的编织用纸张防水剂具有理想的防水效果。

Claims (3)

1.一种编织用纸张防水剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:小烛树蜡36~38、硬脂酸30~32、甘草酸二钾27~29、苯氧乙醇26~28、十八烷基二甲基磺丙基甜菜碱22~24、聚氨酯树脂18~20、尿囊素13~15、羟乙基纤维素10~12、羟苯甲酯6~8、1,2-丙二醇3~5、水80~85。
2.根据权利要求1所述编织用纸张防水剂的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将水加热至60~65℃,加入十八烷基二甲基磺丙基甜菜碱、尿囊素和羟乙基纤维素,42~44kHz超声15~20分钟,得混合物A;
(2)将苯氧乙醇和1,2-丙二醇混合均匀,加入小烛树蜡、硬脂酸、聚氨酯树脂和羟苯甲酯,35~37kHz超声20~25分钟,得混合物B;
(3)将混合物A和混合物B混合均匀,加入甘草酸二钾,于55~60℃、32~34kHz超声15~20分钟,于110~120kW、160~170转/分钟真空搅拌30~35分钟,得编织用纸张防水剂;
(4)真空包装,得成品。
3.根据权利要求1~2所述编织用纸张防水剂的使用方法,其特征在于,称取纸张干重的0.6~0.8%,加蒸馏水稀释100~150倍,均匀喷涂于纸张或滚涂于纸张后,将纸张置于12~14℃、空气湿度为65~67%的环境中干燥至含水量为7~8%。
