技术领域
本发明涉及羽绒服技术领域,具体涉及一种防静电清香型羽绒服面料。
背景技术
羽绒服内充羽绒填料的上衣,外形庞大圆润。羽绒服一般鸭绒量占一半以上,同时可以混杂一些细小的羽毛,将鸭绒清洗干净,经高温消毒,之后填充在衣服中就是羽绒服了。羽绒服保暖性最好。多为寒冷地区的人们穿着,也为极地考察人员所常用。
羽绒服中的填充物,最常见的是鹅绒和鸭绒,这两种按颜色分,又可分为白绒和灰绒。在市面上的羽绒服按照价格来看,排序为:白鹅绒>灰鹅绒>白鸭绒>灰鸭绒。可能受到售价排序的影响,很多人因此就认为这些绒在质量上也是这样排序,其实不然。通过对羽绒方面的理论研究和实际体验,一般来说相同质量和含绒量的鹅绒比鸭绒的保暖性、蓬松度等好些。
羽绒服里面包含绒子和羽毛。绒子是长在鹅鸭等水鸟的脖子到胸腹之间不含羽梗的毛,由于这个部位的毛经常浸在水中,所以不仅具有一定的防水性,而且它的保暖抗寒能力也是全身毛中最好的。另外,因为这部位的绒毛没有羽梗,非常柔软,纤维长而蓬松度高,折合体积较小,是制作羽绒服最上乘的材料。羽绒服里的羽毛,是指除了上面所说的绒毛之外全身上其他部位的毛,一般是呈片状的,中间有羽梗。羽毛的保暖度较有限,没有绒毛好。
由于冬季空气胶干燥,人体很容易携带静电,导致不必要的伤害,而目前的羽绒服,其抗静电能力较低,亟待改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种结构简单,设计合理、使用方便的防静电清香型羽绒服面料,能够避免干燥冬季静电的产生,避免人体携带过多的静电导致的伤害,安全性能高,适用范围广。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:它包含面料层本体;所述的面料层本体的外部涂设有防静电清香涂层;所述的防静电清香涂层由如下重量份组分组成:聚氨酯50-60份、聚苯胺30-50份、聚氯乙烯10-30份、清香剂5-20份、银胶1-10份。
作为优选,所述的防静电清香涂层由如下重量份组分组成:聚氨酯55-60份、聚苯胺35-50份、聚氯乙烯15-30份、清香剂10-20份、银胶5-10份。
作为优选,所述的防静电清香涂层由如下重量份组分组成:聚氨酯50-55份、聚苯胺30-40份、聚氯乙烯10-20份、清香剂5-15份、银胶1-5份。
作为优选,所述的防静电清香涂层由如下重量份组分组成:聚氨酯55-58份、聚苯胺40-45份、聚氯乙烯20-25份、清香剂15-28份、银胶5-10份。
作为优选,所述的防静电清香涂层由如下重量份组分组成:聚氨酯57份、聚苯胺43份、聚氯乙烯28份、清香剂22份、银胶10份。
作为优选,所述的清香剂由天然植物提取而成,其提取方法如下:将带有香味的植物的根茎叶清洗干净,晾干,放入蒸馏器中进行隔水蒸馏,蒸馏后留在蒸馏器中的则为该植物的精油,将该精油与水勾兑,则得清香剂,其中精油与水的比例为1:1.5-3。

本具体实施方式(实施例一)采用的技术方案是:它包含面料层本体;所述的面料层本体的外部涂设有防静电清香涂层;所述的防静电清香涂层由如下重量份组分组成:聚氨酯50-60份、聚苯胺30-50份、聚氯乙烯10-30份、清香剂5-20份、银胶1-10份。
所述的清香剂由天然植物提取而成,其提取方法如下:将带有香味的植物的根茎叶利用清水清洗3遍,再用蒸馏水清洗1遍,放在室内自然晾干,再放入蒸馏器中进行隔水蒸馏,蒸馏时间为5h,蒸馏后留在蒸馏器中的则为该植物的精油,将该精油与水勾兑,则得清香剂,其中精油与水的比例为1:1.5。

所述的清香剂由天然植物提取而成,其提取方法如下:将带有香味的植物的根茎叶利用清水清洗3遍,再用蒸馏水清洗1遍,放在室内自然晾干,再放入蒸馏器中进行隔水蒸馏,蒸馏时间为9h,蒸馏后留在蒸馏器中的则为该植物的精油,将该精油与水勾兑,则得清香剂,其中精油与水的比例为1:3。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电清香型羽绒服面料,其特征在于:所述的防静电清香涂层由如下重量份组分组成:聚氨酯55-60份、聚苯胺35-50份、聚氯乙烯15-30份、清香剂10-20份、银胶5-10份。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电清香型羽绒服面料,其特征在于:所述的防静电清香涂层由如下重量份组分组成:聚氨酯55-58份、聚苯胺40-45份、聚氯乙烯20-25份、清香剂15-28份、银胶5-10份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电清香型羽绒服面料,其特征在于:所述的防静电清香涂层由如下重量份组分组成:聚氨酯57份、聚苯胺43份、聚氯乙烯28份、清香剂22份、银胶10份。
