本发明涉及化学技术领域,具体地说是一种环保型热轧油。
背景技术
在轧钢生产过程中,特别是热轧钢板的生产过程中,由于高温高压而引起轧辊表面龟裂、生锈的现象较为普遍。为了降低轧机工作轧辊表面温度、防止辊面生锈、提高轧机的作业率及稳定性,在轧辊表面要喷射润滑或冷却介质。
随着冶金工业热连铸连轧薄板工艺的发展,对钢材的表面质量、轧辊的损耗、能源的节省、环保性能等方面提出了较高的要求。在这样的形势下,需要一种具备环保、减摩等多效能的热轧油。
发明内容
本发明提供一种可以明显降低摩擦系数,有效降低轧制压下力,节能的环保型热轧油。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种环保型热轧油,所述各材料按以下重量百分比组成:
季戊四醇酯60-80%
磷酸酯1-5%
石油磺酸盐5-10%
硫化烯烃10-12%
余量为二烷基二硫代磷酸锌。
优选地,所述各材料按以下重量百分比组成:
季戊四醇酯70%
磷酸酯3%
石油磺酸盐7.5%
硫化烯烃11%
余量为二烷基二硫代磷酸锌。
本发明的优点是用量少、流动性好、无毒无污染、易于储存。
