本发明涉及挤压机领域,特别涉及一种新型挤压机用润滑油。
背景技术
金属挤压机是实现金属挤压加工的最主要设备。金属挤压加工是利用金属塑性压力成形的一种重要方法。其重要的特点是将金属锭坯一次加工成管、棒、型材完成在瞬息之间,几乎没有任何其他方法可以与之匹敌。漂亮、高雅大厦的装修材料;飞越大洲、大洋的飞机;让人类探索外层空间的宇宙飞船及空间站;铁路、地铁、轻轨、磁悬浮列车车辆、舰船快艇等各个领域所使用的骨干材料,几乎都与挤压加工密切相关。
在挤压机工作的过程中,为了使得各个部件能够顺利的工作,需要在各个活动部位之间添加润滑油,以确保能够灵活的活动,防止出现卡死现象。因此,润滑油质量的好坏对于挤压机是否能够顺利的工作至关重要。

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种润滑效果好的新型挤压机用润滑油。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种新型挤压机用润滑油,其创新点在于:按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:
机油87-106份;
聚氨酯 4-8份;
极压抗磨剂3-8份;
氯仿 1.2-1.7份;
增粘剂3-11份;
浓度为1-3mmol/100g的亚磷酸二乙酯6-12份;
山梨醇 4-7 份;
烷基磷酸酯 7-9 份;
苯并三氮唑 1.1-1.4 份;
浓度为1-3mmol/100g的亚磷酸二丁酯 8-11份;
二异辛基二苯胺 1.8-2.3 份;
抗氧抗腐剂0.7-1.5份。
进一步的,抗氧抗腐剂为硫磷丁辛伯烷基锌盐、硫磷双辛伯烷基锌盐、碱式硫磷双辛伯烷基锌盐、硫磷丙辛仲伯烷基锌盐、硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐中的一种或者一种以上的混合。
进一步的,增粘剂是聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚丙烯酸酯、无规聚丙烯、乙丙共聚物中的一种或混合物。
本发明的优点在于:本发明的润滑油配方简单,原料易得,抗磨性能优异,对机器设备具有良好的冷却、密封、防腐、防锈、绝缘作用,使用时摩擦力小,润滑效果好,润滑质量好,抗氧化能力强。

山梨醇 4份;
烷基磷酸酯 7 份;
苯并三氮唑 1.1份;
浓度为1-3mmol/100g的亚磷酸二丁酯 8份;
二异辛基二苯胺 1.8份;
硫磷丙辛仲伯烷基锌盐 0.7份。

机油106份;
聚氨酯 8份;
极压抗磨剂8份;
氯仿 1.7份;
乙丙共聚物11份;
浓度为1-3mmol/100g的亚磷酸二乙酯12份;
山梨醇 7 份;
烷基磷酸酯 9 份;
苯并三氮唑 1.4 份;
浓度为1-3mmol/100g的亚磷酸二丁酯 11份;
二异辛基二苯胺 2.3 份;
硫磷丙辛仲伯烷基锌盐 1.5份。

乙丙共聚物8份;

苯并三氮唑 1.3 份;
浓度为1-3mmol/100g的亚磷酸二丁酯 9份;
二异辛基二苯胺 2 份;
硫磷丙辛仲伯烷基锌盐 1份。
本发明的润滑油配方简单,原料易得,抗磨性能优异,对机器设备具有良好的冷却、密封、防腐、防锈、绝缘作用,使用时摩擦力小,润滑效果好,润滑质量好,抗氧化能力强。

山梨醇 4-7 份;
烷基磷酸酯 7-9 份;
苯并三氮唑 1.1-1.4 份
浓度为1-3mmol/100g的亚磷酸二丁酯 8-11份;
二异辛基二苯胺 1.8-2.3 份
抗氧抗腐剂0.7-1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型挤压机用润滑油,其特征在于:抗氧抗腐剂为硫磷丁辛伯烷基锌盐、硫磷双辛伯烷基锌盐、碱式硫磷双辛伯烷基锌盐、硫磷丙辛仲伯烷基锌盐、硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐中的一种或者一种以上的混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型挤压机用润滑油,其特征在于:增粘剂是聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚丙烯酸酯、无规聚丙烯、乙丙共聚物中的一种或混合物。
