本发明公开了一种高性能抗菌涂料,由纯丙乳液,填料,助剂,水等组分混合制备而成。本发明的高性能抗菌涂料,经科学选材,合理调配,混合搭配两种混合抗菌剂,抗菌效果好同时抗菌效果持久。另外配以适量的填料,以及助剂等制备而成。该涂料干燥时间适中,涂膜外观佳,涂膜的附着力、硬度、拉伸强度和耐水性能优异,具有很高的实用价值,应用前景广阔。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,具体涉及一种高性能抗菌涂料。
背景技术
居室环境与人体健康密切相关,这已被世界卫生组织和***环境规划署的调查报告所确认。室内存在大量微生物及微生物群落,其中不乏对人体有害的微生物和病原体。室内生物污染可造成人员免疫功能下降、过敏性哮喘,有时可导致呼吸道传染病甚至死亡。居室环境微生物污染状况调查表明:农村细菌总数为138.94cfu/cm2,城镇为72.10cfu/cm2。这说明我们的居室环境中微生物污染是很严重。
近年来,与人类朝夕相处的人居环境越来越受到关注。20世纪80年代,抗菌防臭纤维制品开发成功,从此抗菌陶瓷、抗菌涂料、抗菌塑料、抗菌薄膜、抗菌食品、抗菌化妆品等应运而生。20世纪90年代以银系(金属离子抗菌)和纳米TiO2(光催化抗菌)为代表的无机抗菌材料得到了广泛应用。抗菌涂料是通过添加抗菌基元材料而具有抗菌功能。消除室内微生物污染,保护人体健康,抗菌内墙涂料具有不可替代的作用。
发明内容
本发明目的在于,提供一种高性能抗菌涂料,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种高性能抗菌涂料,其特征在于,由以下组分按重量百分比混合制备而成:
纯丙乳液 15-25份
填料 30-50份
助剂 2-5份
水 20-40份。
优选地,所述的填料是由钛白粉,重钙,气相二氧化硅,滑石粉,有机膨润土组成。
优选地,所述的助剂包括分散剂,润湿剂,消泡剂,增稠剂,流平剂,抗菌剂。
优选地,所述的增稠剂包括羟乙基纤维素醚,淀粉醚,羧甲基纤维素醚。
优选地,所述的抗菌剂包括改性锌型抗菌剂和有机抗菌剂。
本发明相对于现有技术的有益效果是:本发明的高性能抗菌涂料,经科学选材,合理调配,混合搭配两种混合抗菌剂,抗菌效果好同时抗菌效果持久。另外配以适量的填料,以及助剂等制备而成。该涂料干燥时间适中,涂膜外观佳,涂膜的附着力、硬度、拉伸强度和耐水性能优异,具有很高的实用价值,应用前景广阔。

实施例1:一种高性能抗菌涂料,由以下组分按重量百分比混合制备而成:
纯丙乳液 23份
填料 38份
助剂 3份
水 36份。
实施例2:一种高性能抗菌涂料,由以下组分按重量百分比混合制备而成:
纯丙乳液 18份
钛白粉 15份
重钙 18份
气相二氧化硅 6份
滑石粉 5份
有机膨润土 5份
分散剂 1份
润湿剂 1份
消泡剂 0.5份
增稠剂 0.5份
流平剂 0.5份
抗菌剂 0.5份
水 29份。
其中,上述的增稠剂由羟乙基纤维素醚,淀粉醚,羧甲基纤维素醚按照重量比为3:1:1混合组成。
其中,上述的抗菌剂由改性锌型抗菌剂和有机抗菌剂按照1:1混合组成。

纯丙乳液 15-25份
填料 30-50份
助剂 2-5份
水 20-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高性能抗菌涂料,其特征在于,所述的填料是由钛白粉,重钙,气相二氧化硅,滑石粉,有机膨润土组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高性能抗菌涂料,其特征在于,所述的助剂包括分散剂,润湿剂,消泡剂,增稠剂,流平剂,抗菌剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高性能抗菌涂料,其特征在于,所述的增稠剂包括羟乙基纤维素醚,淀粉醚,羧甲基纤维素醚。
5.根据权利要求3所述的高性能抗菌涂料,其特征在于,所述的抗菌剂包括改性锌型抗菌剂和有机抗菌剂。
