背景技术

使用的铁红防锈漆大致为油性和水性两种。油性铁红防锈漆使材料表面油腻去除困难,已很少使用。油性铁红防锈漆使用方便,价格低廉,但因含有亚硝酸盐、铬酸盐等有毒物质,对操作人员危害较大,国家已限制使用,且此类产品性能单一,不能满足磁性合金材料的铁红防锈要求。
水性金属铁红防锈漆选用金属强力螯合剂肌醇六磷酸酯为主要成分,与其他几种水性助剂复配而成。肌醇六磷酸酯是从粮食作物中提取的天然无毒有机化工产品,当它作为磁性材料铁红防锈剂使用时,能在表面与金属迅速螯合,形成一层致密的单分子络合物保护膜,可有效抑制金属的腐蚀。经该产品处理后的材料表面保持原色,不必水洗即可进入涂装等下道工序。
铁红防锈颜料是铁红防锈漆的重要组成部分.物理铁红防锈颜料是一类本身化学性质较为稳定的颜料,它们是靠本身的物理性能,化学性能稳定,质地坚硬,颗粒细微,优良的填充性,提高漆膜的致密度,降低漆膜的可渗性从而起到铁红防锈的作用.氧化铁红就属这类物质.而金属铝粉的铁红防锈性是由于铝粉具有鳞片状结构,形成漆膜紧密,还有较强的反射紫外线光的能力,可提高漆膜抗老化的能力。
铁红防锈漆的主要成分是铁红防锈颜料和成膜物质。通常以铁红防锈颜料的名称而命名,如:红丹铁红防锈油漆、铁红铁红防锈油漆等等。如果以它的铁红防锈作用来分,大致可分为四大类:物理作用铁红防锈油漆、化学作用铁红防锈油漆、电化学作用铁红防锈油漆、综合作用铁红防锈油漆。
