Abstract

本发明涉及一种气动送棉装置,属于包装设备领域。包括有起支撑固定作用的送棉底板，送棉底板上固定连接有前立板和连接板；连接板上固定连接有气缸，气缸设有推板，推板上固定有随着气缸的伸缩完成送棉动作的支撑架，支撑架上安装有用于支撑物料的棉花护板；前立板上固定连接有气缸座和压棉板轴承座，气缸座上固定在有气缸，滑块通过气缸轴延伸杆与气缸的活塞杆连接，滑块沿压棉板轴承座的导槽在气缸作用下作直线往返滑动。用气缸代替离合器完成间歇性送棉动作，结构简单，动作可靠，可更准确地调节送棉的长度。更换前端不同张口大小的送棉嘴，可适用不同直径大小的棉花条。

本实用新型涉及一种气动送棉装置,属于包装设备领域。
背景技术
塞棉机广泛应用于制药行业，适用于各种容器（圆形瓶、扁形瓶和方形瓶）的塞棉填充；工作时，棉花沿着导向板，通过两对压紧辊输送和定长拉断棉花，再传送至转台架，由下气缸将棉花推入转动架玻璃管，转动架旋转，由上气缸将棉花塞入药瓶。
由于对每个容器塞棉量都有一定的规格要求，现有的送棉装置结构复杂，动作误差大，不可准确地调节送棉的长度，也不可适用不同直径大小的棉花条，从而导致不良品增多。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述现有技术中存在的问题，本实用新型提供一种气动送棉装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种气动送棉装置，包括有起支撑固定作用的送棉底板，所述送棉底板上固定连接有前立板和连接板；所述连接板上固定连接有第一气缸，所述第一气缸设有推板，所述推板上固定有随着第一气缸的伸缩完成送棉动作的支撑架，所述支撑架上安装有用于支撑物料的棉花护板；所述前立板上固定连接有气缸座和压棉板轴承座，所述气缸座上固定在有第二气缸，滑块通过气缸轴延伸杆与第二气缸的活塞杆连接，滑块沿压棉板轴承座的导槽在第二气缸作用下作直线往返滑动。
本实用新型还具有以下附加技术特征：
进一步优化的，所述棉花护板上设有避免棉花输送过程中偏摆的护圈。
进一步优化的，所述内衬圈和送棉嘴通过送棉嘴固定圈压紧于所述支撑架上。
进一步优化的，所述滑块上通过四个螺栓将四个第一深沟球轴承分别锁紧在滑块上，所述调整垫控制第二气缸的有效行程；所述滚针轴承的摆臂II和摆臂I作圆周摆动、并带动压棉板I及压棉板II绕回转轴摆动。
进一步优化的，所述第一气缸的型号为CXSM20-30；所述第一深沟球轴承的型号为MR85ZZ；所述滚针轴承的型号为HK0509。
本实用新型和现有技术相比，其优点在于：
用气缸代替离合器完成间歇性送棉动作，结构简单，动作可靠，可更准确地调节送棉的长度。更换前端不同张口大小的送棉嘴，可适用不同直径大小的棉花条。

一种气动送棉装置，包括有起支撑固定作用的送棉底板1，送棉底板1上固定连接有前立板2和连接板3。连接板3上固定连接有第一气缸4，第一气缸4设有推板，推板上固定有随着第一气缸4的伸缩完成送棉动作的支撑架5，支撑架5上安装有用于支撑物料的棉花护板9。前立板2上固定连接有气缸座13和压棉板轴承座17，气缸座13上固定在有第二气缸14，滑块18通过气缸轴延伸杆16与第二气缸14的活塞杆连接，滑块18沿压棉板轴承座17的导槽在第二气缸14作用下作直线往返滑动。
棉花护板9上设有避免棉花输送过程中偏摆的护圈10。内衬圈6和送棉嘴7通过送棉嘴固定圈8压紧于支撑架5上。滑块18上通过四个螺栓19将四个第一深沟球轴承20分别锁紧在滑块18上，调整垫15控制气缸的有效行程。滚针轴承25的摆臂II22和摆臂I23作圆周摆动、并带动压棉板I11及压棉板II12绕回转轴摆动。
第一气缸4的型号为CXSM20-30。第一深沟球轴承20的型号为MR85ZZ。滚针轴承25的型号为HK0509。
实施例
如图所示：前立板2和连接板3用螺栓安装在送棉底板1上，第一气缸4CXSM20-30本体用螺栓安装在连接板3上，支撑架5通过螺栓连接到气缸4CXSM20-30的推板上，随着第一气缸4的伸缩完成送棉动作，棉花护板9安装在支撑架5上，用于支撑物料，护圈10用螺栓安装在棉花护板9上，避免棉花输送过程中偏摆，送棉嘴8固定圈通过螺栓将内衬圈6和送棉嘴7压紧在支撑架5上，气缸座13和压棉板轴承座17用螺栓固定在前立板2上，第二气缸14固定在气缸座13上，滑块18通过气缸轴延伸杆16与第二气缸14的活塞杆连接，端部用调整垫15控制气缸的有效行程，四个深沟球轴承20MR85ZZ分别由四个螺栓19锁紧在滑块18上，滑块18沿压棉板轴承座17的导槽在第二气缸14作用下作直线往返滑动，从而驱动装有滚针轴承25HK0509的摆臂II22和摆臂I23作圆周摆动，并带动压棉板I11及压棉板II12绕回转轴摆动，配合第一气缸4CXSM20-30完成夹棉与松开动作。

1.一种气动送棉装置，其特征在于，包括有起支撑固定作用的送棉底板（1），所述送棉底板（1）上固定连接有前立板（2）和连接板（3）；
所述连接板（3）上固定连接有第一气缸（4），所述气缸（4）设有推板，所述推板上固定有随着第一气缸（4）的伸缩完成送棉动作的支撑架（5），所述支撑架（5）上安装有用于支撑物料的棉花护板（9）；
所述前立板（2）上固定连接有气缸座（13）和压棉板轴承座（17），所述气缸座（13）上固定设有第二气缸（14），滑块（18）通过气缸轴延伸杆（16）与第二气缸（14）的活塞杆连接，滑块（18）沿压棉板轴承座（17）的导槽在第二气缸（14）作用下作直线往返滑动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种气动送棉装置，其特征在于，所述棉花护板（9）上设有避免棉花输送过程中偏摆的护圈（10）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种气动送棉装置，其特征在于，设有内衬圈（6），所述内衬圈（6）和送棉嘴（7）通过送棉嘴固定圈（8）压紧于所述支撑架（5）上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种气动送棉装置，其特征在于，设有调整垫（15）、四个第一深沟球轴承（20）以及滚针轴承（25），所述滑块（18）上通过四个螺栓（19）将四个第一深沟球轴承（20）分别锁紧在滑块（18）上，所述调整垫（15）控制气缸的有效行程；所述滚针轴承（25）的摆臂II（22）和摆臂I（23）作圆周摆动、并带动压棉板I（11）及压棉板II（12）绕回转轴摆动。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种气动送棉装置，其特征在于，所述第一气缸（4）的型号为CXSM20-30；所述第一深沟球轴承（20）的型号为MR85ZZ；所述滚针轴承（25）的型号为HK0509。
