背景技术
冠心病是冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病，又称缺血性心脏病。中医称为胸痹、心痛。冠心病是冠状动脉粥样硬化，它是一种慢性的动脉疾病，主要侵害中小动脉，因血管膜增厚、***、管腔狭窄，导致血管局部公共积累不足或者局部发生血栓而引起心肌梗塞、脑血栓、远端肢体缺血、坏死及发生猝死。冠心病好发于30岁以上，50-60岁发病率最高。
冠心病是由于胆同醇类脂质沉积在冠状动脉内膜壁下，内皮细胞，平滑肌细胞***增生，及血小板凝集形成粥样硬化斑块，引起管腔狭窄或闭塞，或者由冠状动脉内膜平滑肌强烈收缩引起冠状动脉痉挛，导致心肌缺血性改变。血胆固醇过高、高血压、酗酒、吸烟、肥胖、体重、家族遗传、缺乏体力活动、性格和精神因袭等是发生本病的主要危险因素。
冠心病的临床表现有心绞痛、心肌梗塞、心律失常、心力衰竭等，心绞痛的典型表现为痛的部位在胸骨后中部可向左肩背左上臂放射，其不典型者则可痛在胸骨下部、上腹部，左胸部等处，痛的性质以压迫感、沉重感、紧束感、窒息感、烧灼感为主：且以胸闷最为常见，严重时可出现疲乏、疲倦、乏力、呼吸困难、气促、头晕、心悸、心慌、心跳、胸痛、大汗淋璃、面色青紫、昏厥、抽畜等等。
目前治疗冠心病的方法很多，大致可以分为以下几种：(1)药物治疗西医治疗：扩管强心、调节心律；中医治疗以活血化瘀、温阳通络为主；(2)手术治疗例如，经皮穿刺冠状动脉内球囊扩张成形术、冠状动脉内放置支架术、斑块旋切术和斑块旋磨术、激光血管成形术等；(3)安心脏起搏器；(4)溶栓治疗术等。这些方法在治疗上都起到了一定的治疗作用，存在手术费用昂贵，危险性大，通用性低等不足。国内大量运用中药治愈本病，方法各异，取得了很大进展，但都不太理想。
发明内容
本发明就是针对上述问题，弥补现有技术的不足，提供一种疗效较好的温阳散寒的中药配方，该配方全部选用天然中草药，可有效治疗冠心病。
为实现本发明的上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案。
一种温阳散寒的中药配方，按重量份数包括以下中药成分：血蝎6g，制附子6g，桂枝6g，当归6g，赤芍13g，白芍13g，丹参18g，生地黄13g，瓜蒌28g，川芎9g，薤白13g，麦冬16g，西洋参6g，炙甘草6g，葛根11g，煅龙骨28g，煅牡蛎28g。
本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：水煎服，每日1剂，每日2次，早晚分服，1个月为一疗程。
本发明将上述药物混合后，其药效协同作用，在冠心病治疗过程中，取得了出乎意料的显著效果，该种内服温阳散寒的中药组合物经临床60例验证，有效率达91％以上。
典型病例：
病例一：朱某，女，60岁，患者晚11时以阵发性胸痛为临床表现，以冠心病，心绞痛为诊断收治入院。由于工作繁忙，劳累过度出现阵发性心前区疼痛，并向背部及双肩臂放射，持续约3分钟后缓解，未予重视，次日又发作1次，症状同前，持续5分钟，3日后胸闷，胸痛加重，且发作次数明显增多，时间更长。心电图提示：下壁心肌缺血型改变，患者胸闷，胸痛，气短乏力，饮食欠佳，失眠多梦，二便尚可，舌质紫暗，脉细。既往有烟酒嗜好。中医诊断：胸痹。辩证：气血不足，寒邪侵袭，阻遏胸阳，气血瘀滞。治则冠心病，宽胸宣痹，化瘀活血，益气养血，方用冠心病汤治疗，水煎服，每日1剂，服药3周后，胸痛消失，偶有胸闷，守法再服5周，诸症均愈，复查心电图示：窦性心率65次/分钟，律齐；正常心电图。出院后已能正常工作，随访患者已戒烟，生活规律，心绞痛未复发。
病例二：阮某，49岁，患者有冠心病史已5年，心前区刺痛，牵引左肩疼痛，手足厥冷，面色青紫，出气发凉，含服***片0.6mg后稍觉缓解，经化检及心电图检查：确诊为冠状动脉硬化性心脏病，系气滞血瘀。经服用该冠心病的中药组合6个月后，再查，心前区痛证消失，手足温，面色正，色紫已消，脉象正，食欲增加，血压120/85mmHg，脉搏105次/分，患者已彻底康复。
病例三：洪某，60岁，病人冠心病史6年，3年前因劳累后突发前后壁心梗，经入院抢救治疗后遗有严重胸闷、气短、心绞痛，不能活动，卧床休息时也经常出现心绞痛，口服″消心痛硝心甘油″疼痛只能维持数小时。近1年来病人心绞痛频发，夜晚睡觉时经常痛醒，病人感到非常绝望和痛苦。经服用该冠心病的中药组3个疗程后，病人胸痛消失，胸闷、气短也很少出现，又连续服用二个疗程。现病人生活自理，而且还能做一般地体力活动，随访半年，心绞痛没有再次复发。
具体实施方式
实施例1：一种温阳散寒的中药配方，按重量份数包括以下中药成分，血蝎6g，制附子6g，桂枝6g，当归6g，赤芍13g，白芍13g，丹参18g，生地黄13g，瓜蒌28g，川芎9g，薤白13g，麦冬16g，西洋参6g，炙甘草6g，葛根11g，煅龙骨28g，煅牡蛎28g。
水煎服，每日1剂，每日2次，早晚分服，1个月为一疗程。
实施例2：如果患者有阴虚偏重，口干不欲饮水，心悸，舌红少苔症状，在上述组分中加沙参16g，知母13g，天花粉28g。
实施例3：如果患者有胸闷且较重症状，在上述组分中加檀香9g，炒枳壳13g。
实施例4：如果患者有纳食差症状，在上述组分中加焦三仙各13g。
实施例5：如果患者有大便干燥症状，在上述组分中加火麻仁13g，郁李仁13g。
实施例6：如果患者有寒凝血淤，心痛彻背，背痛彻心，大汗淋漓，四肢发凉，气短症状，在上述组分中加荜茇9g，红花9g，桃仁13g。
实施例7：如果患者有气虚偏重，头晕困倦，周身无力，气短症状，在上述组分中加黄芪28g，西洋参改为人参9g。

1.一种温阳散寒的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方按重量份数包括以下中药成分：血蝎6g，制附子6g，桂枝6g，当归6g，赤芍13g，白芍13g，丹参18g，生地黄13g，瓜蒌28g，川芎9g，薤白13g，麦冬16g，西洋参6g，炙甘草6g，葛根11g，煅龙骨28g，煅牡蛎28g。
2.如权利要求1所述的温阳散寒的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括沙参16g，知母13g，天花粉28g。
3.如权利要求1所述的温阳散寒的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括檀香9g，炒枳壳13g。
4.如权利要求1所述的温阳散寒的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括焦三仙各13g。
5.如权利要求1所述的温阳散寒的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括火麻仁13g，郁李仁13g。
6.如权利要求1所述的温阳散寒的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括荜茇9g，红花9g，桃仁13g。
7.如权利要求1所述的温阳散寒的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括黄芪28g，西洋参改为人参9g。
