【技术领域】
本发明涉及粘合衬的技术领域,特别涉及一种具有形状记忆与调温功能的粘合衬及其制备方法。
【背景技术】
现代服装讲求在穿着风格上体现舒适、柔软、轻盈和随意有弹性。粘合衬作为“服装的骨架”,是服装不可忽缺的辅料,粘合衬是一种涂有热熔胶的衬里,是布艺制作经常用到的辅料之一。粘合衬经过加温熨压附着在布料的背面,“以粘代缝”大大简化生产工艺,且适用面广,其与面料的合理配合,不仅能充分体现服装设计师的设计思想,而且能够达到良好的服用效果。
随着经济的迅速发展,人们生活水平的逐渐提高,人们对服装的要求也越来越高,不仅要求服装外观自然、穿着舒适,而且要求产品不需维护,如具有免烫、抗皱、智能调温等性能,且目前大部分人工合成的高分子材料在自然界中难以降解,不可降解的高分子材料造成了对环境的白色污染,已成为环境新的污染源。为了提高粘合衬的环保性能,降低对环境的污染,同时使衬布具有免烫抗皱、智能调温的效果,有必要提出一种具有形状记忆与调温功能的粘合衬及其制备方法。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种具有形状记忆与调温功能的粘合衬及其制备方法,其旨在解决现有技术中粘合衬的功能性较为单一、环保性较低的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种具有形状记忆与调温功能的粘合衬, 包括双层级基布和粘胶层,所述的双层级基布由形状记忆层和抗菌吸湿层复合而成,所述的双层级基布上还固着有含有相变物质的调温微胶囊,所述的形状记忆层由具有形状记忆功能的木棉纤维丝构成,所述的抗菌吸湿层由甲壳素纤维丝构成,所述的双层级基布的一面或双面涂覆有粘胶层。
作为优选,所述的调温微胶囊的直径为1~3μm。
作为优选,所述的形状记忆层和抗菌吸湿层均为轻薄型网状结构。
作为优选,所述的形状记忆层与双层级基布的体积比为(65~70):100。
一种具有形状记忆与调温功能的粘合衬的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a)制备纤维:选用天然木棉纤维制成木棉纤维丝;以二甲基乙酰胺为溶剂,无水氯化锂为分散剂,经磁力搅拌机混合均匀后,加入35%~85%(w/v)的甲壳素颗粒,经过密封搅拌,得到粘稠状的透明胶质纺丝原液,通过湿法纺丝得到甲壳素纤维丝,备用;
b)制备纤维网:在梳理机上分别对步骤a)中的木棉纤维丝和甲壳素纤维丝(5)进行梳理,得到厚薄均匀的木棉纤维网和甲壳素纤维网;
c)纤维网整理:对步骤b)中制得的木棉纤维网进行液氨处理,35~45min后充分水洗,再进行树脂整理后干燥,得到具有形状记忆功能的形状记忆层;
d)制备基布:将步骤b)中的甲壳素纤维网与步骤c)中的形状记忆层交叠,通过水刺、热轧复合得到双层级基布;
e)喷涂调温微胶囊:将含有相变物质的调温微胶囊与蒸馏水混合,并加入适量的分散剂,初步搅拌后置于超声波振荡器3~6min,充分混合至无沉淀后,加入适量黏合剂,再次置于超声波振荡器2~3min,得到调温微胶囊喷涂液,然后采用喷涂法垂直喷涂于双层级基布上,在24~27℃温度下干燥后,将双层级基布进行皂洗,除去未反应及未固着的成分;
f)涂层前处理:将步骤e)处理后的双层级基布进行退浆和精炼处理,去 除油剂和浆料,温度为85~95℃,25~30min后充分水洗并干燥,然后在高温高压喷射染色机上进行染色处理,染色完成后在拉幅定型机上进行定型处理,同时通过真空吸水使双层级基布处于非常低的带液状态,再在浸轧液中浸轧处理后烘干;
g)双点涂层:采用PA热熔胶为基础层,PES热熔胶为粘结层,在步骤f)处理后的双层级基布的一面或双面进行双点涂层,然后进行170~185℃,时间为5~8min的焙烘熔融,并冷却成型;
h)检验卷取:通过检验后,将质量合格的粘合衬产品进行卷取打包。
作为优选,所述的步骤a)中密封搅拌的时间为3~4天。
作为优选,所述的步骤c)中液氨处理的处理液由2D树脂整理剂、MgCl2·6H2O、NH4Cl、柔软剂和润湿剂组成,2D树脂整理剂的浓度为92~95g/L、MgCl2·6H2O和NH4Cl的浓度为12~16g/L,柔软剂为30~40g/L,润湿剂为1~2g/L;所述的树脂整理的树脂液由2D树脂整理剂、MgCl2·6H2O、NH4Cl、柔软剂和润湿剂组成,2D树脂整理剂的浓度为80~90g/L、MgCl2·6H2O和NH4Cl的浓度为8~10g/L,柔软剂为40~50g/L,润湿剂为1~2g/L。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明了,下面通过附图中及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。但是应该理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明的范围。此外,在以下说明中,省略了对公知结构和技术的描述,以避免不必要地混淆本发明的概念。
参阅图1和图2,本发明实施例提供一种具有形状记忆与调温功能的粘合衬,包括双层级基布1和粘胶层2,所述的双层级基布1由形状记忆层11和抗菌吸湿层12复合而成,所述的双层级基布1上还固着有含有相变物质的调温微胶囊3,所述的形状记忆层11由具有形状记忆功能的木棉纤维丝4构成,所述的抗菌吸湿层12由甲壳素纤维丝5构成,所述的双层级基布1的一面或双面涂覆有粘胶层2。
所述的调温微胶囊3的直径为1~3μm,所述的形状记忆层11和抗菌吸湿层12均为轻薄型网状结构,所述的形状记忆层11与双层级基布1的体积比为(65~70):100。
本实施例还提供一种具有形状记忆与调温功能的粘合衬的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a)制备纤维:选用天然木棉纤维制成木棉纤维丝4;以二甲基乙酰胺为溶剂,无水氯化锂为分散剂,经磁力搅拌机混合均匀后,加入35%~85%(w/v)的甲壳素颗粒,经过密封搅拌,得到粘稠状的透明胶质纺丝原液,通过湿法纺丝得到甲壳素纤维丝5,备用。
其中,密封搅拌的时间为3~4天。
b)制备纤维网:在梳理机上分别对步骤a)中的木棉纤维丝4和甲壳素纤维丝5进行梳理,得到厚薄均匀的木棉纤维网和甲壳素纤维网。
c)纤维网整理:对步骤b)中制得的木棉纤维网进行液氨处理,35~45min后充分水洗,再进行树脂整理后干燥,得到具有形状记忆功能的形状记忆层11。
其中,液氨处理的处理液由2D树脂整理剂、MgCl2·6H2O、NH4Cl、柔软剂和润湿剂组成,2D树脂整理剂的浓度为92~95g/L、MgCl2·6H2O和NH4Cl的浓度为12~16g/L,柔软剂为30~40g/L,润湿剂为1~2g/L;所述的树脂整理的树脂液由2D树脂整理剂、MgCl2·6H2O、NH4Cl、柔软剂和润湿剂组成,2D树脂整理剂的浓度为80~90g/L、MgCl2·6H2O和NH4Cl的浓度为8~10g/L,柔软剂为40~50g/L,润湿剂为1~2g/L。
进一步地,液氨处理的处理液和树脂整理的树脂液中MgCl2·6H2O和NH4Cl的浓度比为15:1,柔软剂为有机硅柔软剂,润湿剂为TRITONTMHW-1000。
d)制备基布:将步骤b)中的甲壳素纤维网与步骤c)中的形状记忆层11交叠,通过水刺、热轧复合得到双层级基布1。
e)喷涂调温微胶囊:将含有相变物质的调温微胶囊3与蒸馏水混合,并加入适量的分散剂,初步搅拌后置于超声波振荡器3~6min,充分混合至无沉淀后,加入适量黏合剂,再次置于超声波振荡器2~3min,得到调温微胶囊喷涂液,然 后采用喷涂法垂直喷涂于双层级基布1上,在24~27℃温度下干燥后,将双层级基布1进行皂洗,除去未反应及未固着的成分。
其中,分散剂为聚己内酯,黏合剂为聚乙烯醇。
f)涂层前处理:将步骤e)处理后的双层级基布1进行退浆和精炼处理,去除油剂和浆料,温度为85~95℃,25~30min后充分水洗并干燥,然后在高温高压喷射染色机上进行染色处理,染色完成后在拉幅定型机上进行定型处理,同时通过真空吸水使双层级基布1处于非常低的带液状态,再在浸轧液中浸轧处理后烘干。
g)双点涂层:采用PA热熔胶为基础层,PES热熔胶为粘结层,在步骤f)处理后的双层级基布1的一面或双面进行双点涂层,然后进行170~185℃,时间为5~8min的焙烘熔融,并冷却成型。
h)检验卷取:通过检验后,将质量合格的粘合衬产品进行卷取打包。
本发明提供的一种具有形状记忆与调温功能的粘合衬及其制备方法,采用可降解的木棉纤维丝与甲壳素纤维丝为双层级基布的制造纤维,具有环保意义;经过木棉纤维丝梳理成网后,通过液氨处理和树脂整理,得到柔软度高、回弹性好并且具有形状记忆功能的形状记忆层11,具有免烫和稳定形态的功效;甲壳素纤维丝制成的抗菌吸湿层12具有抗菌活性和吸湿性,对皮肤的亲和性好,无刺激,还具有预防过敏的效果;通过喷涂法将含有相变物质的调温微胶囊3固着于双层级基布中,使得粘合衬具有智能调温的作用,起到调节温度的作用,提供了舒适的服装内微气候环境,服用舒适性大大提高。

Claims (9)

1.一种具有形状记忆与调温功能的粘合衬,包括双层级基布(1)和粘胶层(2),其特征在于:所述的双层级基布(1)由形状记忆层(11)和抗菌吸湿层(12)复合而成,所述的双层级基布(1)上还固着有含有相变物质的调温微胶囊(3),所述的形状记忆层(11)由具有形状记忆功能的木棉纤维丝(4)构成,所述的抗菌吸湿层(12)由甲壳素纤维丝(5)构成,所述的双层级基布(1)的一面或双面涂覆有粘胶层(2)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有形状记忆与调温功能的粘合衬,其特征在于:
所述的调温微胶囊(3)的直径为1~3μm。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种具有形状记忆与调温功能的粘合衬,其特征在于:
所述的形状记忆层(11)和抗菌吸湿层(12)均为轻薄型网状结构。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种具有形状记忆与调温功能的粘合衬,其特征在于:
所述的形状记忆层(11)与双层级基布(1)的体积比为(65~70):100。
5.一种具有形状记忆与调温功能的粘合衬的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
a)制备纤维:选用天然木棉纤维制成木棉纤维丝(4);以二甲基乙酰胺为溶剂,无水氯化锂为分散剂,经磁力搅拌机混合均匀后,加入35%~85%(w/v)的甲壳素颗粒,经过密封搅拌,得到粘稠状的透明胶质纺丝原液,通过湿法纺丝得到甲壳素纤维丝(5),备用;
b)制备纤维网:在梳理机上分别对步骤a)中的木棉纤维丝(4)和甲壳素纤维丝(5)进行梳理,得到厚薄均匀的木棉纤维网和甲壳素纤维网;
c)纤维网整理:对步骤b)中制得的木棉纤维网进行液氨处理,35~45min后充分水洗,再进行树脂整理后干燥,得到具有形状记忆功能的形状记忆层(11);
d)制备基布:将步骤b)中的甲壳素纤维网与步骤c)中的形状记忆层(11)交叠,通过水刺、热轧复合得到双层级基布(1);
e)喷涂调温微胶囊:将含有相变物质的调温微胶囊(3)与蒸馏水混合,并加入适量的分散剂,初步搅拌后置于超声波振荡器3~6min,充分混合至无沉淀后,加入适量黏合剂,再次置于超声波振荡器2~3min,得到调温微胶囊喷涂液,然后采用喷涂法垂直喷涂于双层级基布(1)上,在24~27℃温度下干燥后,将双层级基布(1)进行皂洗,除去未反应及未固着的成分;
f)涂层前处理:将步骤e)处理后的双层级基布(1)进行退浆和精炼处理,去除油剂和浆料,温度为85~95℃,25~30min后充分水洗并干燥,然后在高温高压喷射染色机上进行染色处理,染色完成后在拉幅定型机上进行定型处理,同时通过真空吸水使双层级基布(1)处于非常低的带液状态,再在浸轧液中浸轧处理后烘干;
g)双点涂层:采用PA热熔胶为基础层,PES热熔胶为粘结层,在步骤f)处理后的双层级基布(1)的一面或双面进行双点涂层,然后进行170~185℃,时间为5~8min的焙烘熔融,并冷却成型;
h)检验卷取:通过检验后,将质量合格的粘合衬产品进行卷取打包。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种具有形状记忆与调温功能的粘合衬的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤a)中密封搅拌的时间为3~4天。
7.如权利要求5所述的一种具有形状记忆与调温功能的粘合衬的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤c)中液氨处理的处理液由2D树脂整理剂、MgCl2·6H2O、NH4Cl、柔软剂和润湿剂组成,2D树脂整理剂的浓度为92~95g/L、MgCl2·6H2O和NH4Cl的浓度为12~16g/L,柔软剂为30~40g/L,润湿剂为1~2g/L;所述的树脂整理的树脂液由2D树脂整理剂、MgCl2·6H2O、NH4Cl、柔软剂和润湿剂组成,2D树脂整理剂的浓度为80~90g/L、MgCl2·6H2O和NH4Cl的浓度为8~10g/L,柔软剂为40~50g/L,润湿剂为1~2g/L。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种具有形状记忆与调温功能的粘合衬的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的液氨处理的处理液和树脂整理的树脂液中MgCl2·6H2O和NH4Cl的浓度比为15:1,柔软剂为有机硅柔软剂,润湿剂为TRITONTMHW-1000。
9.如权利要求5所述的一种具有形状记忆与调温功能的粘合衬的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤e)中分散剂为聚己内酯,黏合剂为聚乙烯醇。
