本发明涉及一种隔离开关动触头拆装工具，其结构为，圆筒形触指的上部设置压盖，压盖活动连接套筒，套筒上设置手柄；所述圆筒形触指的内壁直径与动触头的外壁直径相匹配；本发明本安全、轻松、便捷地完成隔离开关动触头分解工作，提高工作效率，不损坏动触头本身镀银层，隔离开关动触头与前导电臂接触部分接触电阻合格，操作简便、降低了操作难度，省时省力，大大提高了制作工艺。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电力设备拆装工具，尤其涉及一种隔离开关动触头拆装工具，尤其适用于平高GW17B-252型隔离开关动触头拆装。
背景技术
隔离开关目前在电力***使用率较高，变电检修实际操作时，需要将单相隔离开关分解，检查、清洗后再重新组装，按厂家要求标准调试合格。但是隔离开关分解到前导电臂时，前端的动触头很难拆装，而且安装后拧不紧极易导致接触电阻不合格，如果是现场运行设备后果很严重，将导致触头过热，严重时烧损。
隔离开关动触头拆装困难的主要原因是，动触头表面光滑且有镀银层，用管钳子直接拆装会损坏镀银层。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术中存在的问题，提供了一种隔离开关动触头拆装工具，解决了现有技术中隔离开关动触头拆装困难的问题。
本发明的技术方案如下：
圆筒形触指的上部设置压盖，压盖活动连接套筒，套筒上设置手柄；所述圆筒形触指的内壁直径与动触头的外壁直径相匹配。
所述的圆筒形触指由首尾相连的N形片构成。
所述的压盖与套筒之间通过螺纹连接。
所述的压盖活动连接有圆盘，圆盘上设有两个圆柱，两个圆柱位于同一直径上。
所述的两个圆柱之间的距离与动弧触头上的两个圆孔距离相匹配。
本发明的优点效果如下：
1、本发明与动触头的接触部分采用了塑料触指，避免使用其他管钳等工具时损伤镀银层的缺陷；使动触头与前导电臂连接更牢固，满足接触电阻要求标准，消除这个连接部位因为接触不良，接触电阻超标导致的过热隐患。
2、操作简便、降低了操作难度，并且可以保证检修质量与检修工艺。
3、拆装动触头时，方便快捷，大大缩短检修时间，提高工作效率，省时省力。

具体实施方式
以下参照附图，结合具体实施例，详细描述本发明的具体结构。
实施例
如图1-4所示，四个N形片首尾相连构成圆筒形触指1，圆筒形触指1的内壁直径与动触头7的外壁直径相匹配；圆筒形触指的上部设置压盖2，压盖2通过螺纹活动连接铝合金套筒3，套筒3的两侧分别设置手柄4；所述的压盖2通过挂钩挂环活动连接有圆盘5，圆盘5上设有两个圆柱6，两个圆柱6位于同一直径上；所述的两个圆柱6之间的距离与动弧触头上的两个圆孔距离相匹配。
圆盘的尺寸为，厚度20mm，直径260mm；圆柱高15mm，圆柱直径0.8mm，两圆柱间距160mm。塑料触指的尺寸为，高度100mm，直径220mm；铝合金套筒的高度20mm，直径250mm。
本发明特别适用于拆装平高GW17B-252型隔离开关动触头；其中圆盘圆柱适于动触头中的动弧触头部分，将圆盘上两个圆柱***动弧触头上的圆孔中，扳动扳手即可拆下动弧触头部分；圆筒形触指适于拆装平高GW17B-252型隔离开关动触头的主体部分，具体操作步骤如下：松开压盖，将带塑料触指的压盖放在铝合金套筒内旋动1至2扣；将组合好的触指套筒套装在动触头主体部分上，拧紧压盖，使塑料触指抱紧动触头的主体部分；扳动套筒上的两个手柄逆时针转动，将触指套筒连同动触头一起拆下；松开压盖，将触指套筒与动触头主体分开，即完成动触头主体部分的拆卸。安装时按相反顺序进行。

1.隔离开关动触头拆装工具，其特征在于圆筒形触指的上部设置压盖，压盖活动连接套筒，套筒上设置手柄；所述圆筒形触指的内壁直径与动触头的外壁直径相匹配；所述的圆筒形触指由首尾相连的N形片构成；所述的压盖与套筒之间通过螺纹连接；所述的压盖活动连接有圆盘，圆盘上设有两个圆柱，两个圆柱位于同一直径上；所述的两个圆柱之间的距离与动弧触头上的两个圆孔距离相匹配。
