Abstract

本发明公开了一种衬氟波纹管调节阀,包括阀体、阀盖和阀杆,阀杆的下端设置有阀芯,阀体内正对阀座设置有与介质通道导通的纵向腔体,纵向腔体内的阀杆上套有波纹管,阀芯上端带有螺纹连接轴,阀芯上端面环绕螺纹连接轴设置有环形安装槽,阀杆下端带有纵向分布的螺纹连接孔,阀芯通过螺纹连接轴与阀杆下端的螺纹连接孔螺纹连接,波纹管下端置入环形安装槽中并采用碟簧压紧,环形安装槽内设置有环形密封圈,波纹管下端压紧环形密封圈,波纹管始终对阀芯施加向下的预紧力,波纹管的上端与阀盖形成液密封,波纹管的下端与阀芯形成液密封。该衬氟波纹管调节阀的波纹管能够对阀杆和阀杆与阀盖、阀芯的连接处形成保护,避免介质侵蚀,而且波纹管能够对阀芯提供预紧力使其与阀座形成静态密封,增进密封效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种衬氟波纹管调节阀。
背景技术
传统衬氟调节阀,包括阀体、阀盖和阀杆,阀杆的下端设置有阀芯,其阀杆与阀芯之间通常距离较大,而且未配置导向装置,阀杆裸露在介质中,很容易被侵蚀,从而影响使用。
发明内容
鉴于背景技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可在较长距离内对阀杆进行导向的衬氟调节阀。
本发明是采取如下技术方案来完成的:衬氟波纹管调节阀,包括阀体、阀盖和阀杆,阀杆的下端设置有阀芯,其特征是:所述阀体内正对阀座设置有与介质通道导通的纵向腔体,纵向腔体内的阀杆上套有波纹管,所述阀芯上端带有螺纹连接轴,所述阀芯上端面环绕螺纹连接轴设置有环形安装槽,所述阀杆下端带有纵向分布的螺纹连接孔,所述阀芯通过螺纹连接轴与阀杆下端的螺纹连接孔螺纹连接,所述波纹管下端置入环形安装槽中并采用碟簧压紧,所述环形安装槽内设置有环形密封圈,所述波纹管下端压紧环形密封圈,所述波纹管始终对阀芯施加向下的预紧力,所述波纹管的上端与阀盖形成液密封,所述波纹管的下端与阀芯形成液密封。
本发明提供的衬氟波纹管调节阀的波纹管能够对阀杆和阀杆与阀盖、阀芯的连接处形成保护,避免介质侵蚀,而且波纹管能够对阀芯提供预紧力使其与阀座形成静态密封,增进密封效果。

附图表示了本发明的技术方案及其实施例,下面再结合附图进一步描述其实施例的各有关细节及其工作原理。
参照图1所示,本发明提供的衬氟波纹管调节阀,包括阀体1、阀盖2和阀杆3,阀杆3的下端设置有阀芯4,所述阀体1内正对阀座5设置有与介质通道导通的纵向腔体6,纵向腔体6内的阀杆3上套有波纹管7,所述阀芯4上端带有螺纹连接轴8,所述阀芯4上端面环绕螺纹连接轴8设置有环形安装槽9,所述阀杆3下端带有纵向分布的螺纹连接孔10,所述阀芯4通过螺纹连接轴8与阀杆3下端的螺纹连接孔10螺纹连接,所述波纹管7下端置入环形安装槽9中并采用碟簧11压紧,所述环形安装槽9内设置有环形密封圈,所述波纹管7下端压紧环形密封圈,环形密封圈的设置使波纹管7下端与阀芯4形成一道密封,而碟簧11可将波纹管7压紧在阀杆3上又形成第二道密封,所述波纹管7始终对阀芯4施加向下的预紧力,所述波纹管7的上端与阀盖2成液密封,所述波纹管7的下端与阀芯4形成液密封。
参照图1所示,为了更好地形成密封,所述阀芯3***衬有四氟材料层,所述阀座5具有朝向阀芯3的竖直方向开口,所述阀芯带有略宽于主体的外延部51,外延部41带有环形斜面42,所述阀芯4压紧阀座5时所述环形斜面42与阀座5形成线接触密封,所述阀座5与环形斜面42接触的位置呈直角或锐角。
参照图1所示,所述介质流入通道13和介质流出通道14均与阀杆3移动方向呈垂直分布,所述介质流入通道13和介质流出通道14处于同一水平面。当介质流入通道13和介质流出通道14处于同一水平面时,有利于在不增加很大体积的情况下加长介质流入通道13和介质流出通道14,进而增加了阀体1的容积。

1.一种衬氟波纹管调节阀,包括阀体、阀盖和阀杆,阀杆的下端设置有阀芯,其特征是:所述阀体内正对阀座设置有与介质通道导通的纵向腔体,纵向腔体内的阀杆上套有波纹管,所述阀芯上端带有螺纹连接轴,所述阀芯上端面环绕螺纹连接轴设置有环形安装槽,所述阀杆下端带有纵向分布的螺纹连接孔,所述阀芯通过螺纹连接轴与阀杆下端的螺纹连接孔螺纹连接,所述波纹管下端置入环形安装槽中并采用碟簧压紧,所述环形安装槽内设置有环形密封圈,所述波纹管下端压紧环形密封圈,所述波纹管始终对阀芯施加向下的预紧力,所述波纹管的上端与阀盖形成液密封,所述波纹管的下端与阀芯形成液密封;所述阀芯***衬有四氟材料层,所述阀座具有朝向阀芯的竖直方向开口,所述阀芯带有略宽于主体的外延部,外延部带有环形斜面,所述阀芯压紧阀座时所述环形斜面与阀座形成线接触密封,所述阀座与环形斜面接触的位置呈直角或锐角;介质流入通道和介质流出通道均与阀杆移动方向呈垂直分布,所述介质流入通道和介质流出通道处于同一水平面。
