技术领域
本发明涉及一种棉织物的高透气超悬垂整理工艺,属于纺织领域。
背景技术
棉织物具有柔软、舒适、吸湿透气等优良眭能,但同时又具有弹性差、易起皱等缺点,这给人们的穿着使用带来很多不便。对此,常进行棉织物的树脂整理,但使用的化学试剂如N-羟甲基化合物,二羟甲基乙烯尿等与人体长期接触对人体具有潜在的副作用。
现有技术公开过羊毛角蛋白用于整理棉织物,羊毛角蛋白富含氨基酸,具有很好的亲肤性,又是天然蛋白质纤维,对人体无副作用,对环境无污染。用其溶解液整理织物,可赋予织物不同的性能或改善其某些性能,同时也是对羊毛回收利用,变废为宝的一条途径。但是该技术整理得到的棉织物存在悬垂性能仍然欠佳的缺点。
本发明旨在提供一种棉织物的高透气超悬垂整理工艺,其操作简单,用料环保天然,处理后的棉织物具有非常优异的悬垂性能以及超高的透气率,穿着非常舒适。

本发明的技术方案如下:
一种棉织物的高透气超悬垂整理工艺,其步骤如下:
(1)配制预处理液:
按如下重量份数配制:三甲基甘氨酸1-2份,葡萄糖酸钠0.8份,羊毛角蛋白1份,丝素蛋白1份,乙醇0.5份,可溶性淀粉0.8-1份,乙酸钠0.3份,果胶酶0.3份,水100份;
(2)预处理:
将棉织物置于预处理液中,按浴比1:30,于30℃下保温处理80-120min,浸轧,漂洗干净,然后常温晾干;
(3)配制整理液:
按如下重量份数配制:羊毛角蛋白2-3份,可溶性淀粉1.2份,纤维素酶0.8份,海藻糖0.8份,羧甲基纤维素钠0.2份,水100份;
(4)整理:
将预处理后的棉织物置于整理液中,按浴比1:40,于40℃下保温浸轧处理50min;
(5)漂洗干净,60℃烘焙2min,然后常温晾干。

将棉织物置于预处理液中,按浴比1:30,于30℃下保温处理80-120min,浸轧,漂洗干净,然后常温晾干;
(3)配制整理液:
按如下重量份数配制:羊毛角蛋白2-3份,可溶性淀粉1.2份,纤维素酶0.8份,海藻糖0.8份,羧甲基纤维素钠0.2份,水100份;
(4)整理:
将预处理后的棉织物置于整理液中,按浴比1:40,于40℃下保温浸轧处理50min;
(5)漂洗干净,60℃烘焙2min,然后常温晾干。

实施例6:测评
将整理过的织物进行悬垂性、透气性测试,各组数据测3次,取平均值。
悬垂系数分静态悬垂系数和动态悬垂系数,一般织物的悬垂系数越小,织物的悬垂性越好,柔软性就越佳。
结果如表1所示:

(2)预处理;
(3)配制整理液:
按如下重量份数配制:羊毛角蛋白2-3份,可溶性淀粉1.2份,纤维素酶0.8份,海藻糖0.8份,羧甲基纤维素钠0.2份,水100份;
(4)整理;
(5)漂洗干净,60℃烘焙2min,然后常温晾干。

预处理工艺为:将棉织物置于预处理液中,按浴比1:30,于30℃下保温处理80-120min,浸轧,漂洗干净,然后常温晾干。

整理工艺为:将预处理后的棉织物置于整理液中,按浴比1:40,于40℃下保温浸轧处理50min。
