本发明提供一种高强度VCM复合钢板的制备方法,包括:基板,基板上侧设有第一化学处理层,基板下侧设有第二化学处理层,第二化学处理层下侧设有背漆层,第一化学处理层上侧设有第一粘结剂层,第一粘结剂层上侧设有PVC层,PVC层上侧设有第二粘合剂层,第二粘合剂层上侧设有珠光层,珠光层上侧覆盖有PET膜层,PET膜层上侧覆盖有PE膜。所述基板包括不锈钢板,不锈钢板下侧设有钛钢板,钛钢板下侧设有下侧镀锌层、不锈钢板上侧设有上侧镀锌层,下侧镀锌层下侧设有下侧铝箔包覆层,上侧镀锌层上侧设有上侧铝箔包覆层。本发明结构合理、新颖,产品品质稳定,加工方便,可以提高使用时的加工效率,另外本发明外观美观、触感好,可以广泛使用于各种家电面板。

一种高强度VCM复合钢板的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及新型材料技术领域,具体为一种高强度VCM复合钢板的制备方法。
背景技术
复合钢板在工业和生活中的应用比较广泛,汽车、冰箱、洗衣机、高档家具、厨房设备、工业和民用建筑等都需要使用,并且复合钢板使用的环境也越来越特殊和越来越广泛,在一定的特殊环境下,复合钢板与其他的零部件长时间接触会发生分子迁移的现象,针对此分子迁移现象牵引下,复合钢板产业的发展将有很广阔的发展的空间。
带有珠光特效的VCM膜产品的PVC受热性能较差,合膜过程中若板温稍高于工艺温度,板面就易产生橘皮等外观问题,因为此缺陷导致此类产品的报废率一直居高不下。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种高强度VCM复合钢板的制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:一种高强度VCM复合钢板包括:基板,基板上侧设有第一化学处理层,基板下侧设有第二化学处理层,第二化学处理层下侧设有背漆层,第一化学处理层上侧设有第一粘结剂层,第一粘结剂层上侧设有PVC层,PVC层上侧设有第二粘合剂层,第二粘合剂层上侧设有珠光层,珠光层上侧覆盖有PET膜层,PET膜层上侧覆盖有PE膜。
所述基板包括不锈钢板,不锈钢板下侧设有钛钢板,钛钢板下侧设有下侧镀锌层、不锈钢板上侧设有上侧镀锌层,下侧镀锌层下侧设有下侧铝箔包覆层,上侧镀锌层上侧设有上侧铝箔包覆层。
一种高强度VCM复合钢板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将不锈钢板下侧复合钛钢板,钛钢板下侧电镀下侧镀锌层、不锈钢板上侧电镀上侧镀锌层,下侧镀锌层下侧覆膜下侧铝箔包覆层,上侧镀锌层上侧覆膜上侧铝箔包覆层,形成基板;
(2)将基板经过预脱脂、脱脂和水洗后,对基板正面和背面各辊涂重铬酸钾溶液,即基板正反面均形成了化学处理层,即第一化学处理层和第二化学处理层;
(3)第二化学处理层下侧辊涂环氧树脂涂料固化烘干即形成背漆层;第一化学处理层上侧辊涂聚酯树脂涂料固化后形成第一粘结剂层,在第一粘结剂层上侧铺设PVC层,PVC层上侧辊涂聚酯树脂涂料固化后形成第二粘合剂层;
(4)第二粘合剂层上侧辊涂珍珠白聚酯树脂涂料固化烘干即形成珠光层,珠光层上侧覆盖有PET膜层,PET膜层上侧覆盖有PE膜,在PE电子膜的背面涂布聚氨酯粘合剂固化后形成PE膜。
进一步地,所述第一化学处理层、第二化学处理层的厚度为2μm-3μm。
进一步地,所述基板的厚度为0.02-0.25mm。
进一步地,所述背漆层的厚度为4μm-8μm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构合理、新颖,产品品质稳定,加工方便,可以提高使用时的加工效率,另外本发明外观美观、触感好,可以广泛使用于各种家电面板。

为了使本发明的实现技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1、图2所示,一种高强度VCM复合钢板的制备方法,包括:基板1,基板1上侧设有第一化学处理层2,基板1下侧设有第二化学处理层3,第二化学处理层3下侧设有背漆层8,第一化学处理层2上侧设有第一粘结剂层4,第一粘结剂层4上侧设有PVC层5,PVC层5上侧设有第二粘合剂层6,第二粘合剂层6上侧设有珠光层7,珠光层7上侧覆盖有PET膜层9,PET膜层9上侧覆盖有PE膜10。
所述基板1包括不锈钢板11,不锈钢板11下侧设有钛钢板12,钛钢板12下侧设有下侧镀锌层13、不锈钢板11上侧设有上侧镀锌层14,下侧镀锌层13下侧设有下侧铝箔包覆层15,上侧镀锌层14上侧设有上侧铝箔包覆层16。
一种高强度VCM复合钢板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将不锈钢板下侧复合钛钢板,钛钢板下侧电镀下侧镀锌层、不锈钢板上侧电镀上侧镀锌层,下侧镀锌层下侧覆膜下侧铝箔包覆层,上侧镀锌层上侧覆膜上侧铝箔包覆层,形成基板;
(2)将基板经过预脱脂、脱脂和水洗后,对基板正面和背面各辊涂重铬酸钾溶液,即基板正反面均形成了化学处理层,即第一化学处理层和第二化学处理层;
(3)第二化学处理层下侧辊涂环氧树脂涂料固化烘干即形成背漆层;第一化学处理层上侧辊涂聚酯树脂涂料固化后形成第一粘结剂层,在第一粘结剂层上侧铺设PVC层,PVC层上侧辊涂聚酯树脂涂料固化后形成第二粘合剂层;
(4)第二粘合剂层上侧辊涂珍珠白聚酯树脂涂料固化烘干即形成珠光层,珠光层上侧覆盖有PET膜层,PET膜层上侧覆盖有PE膜,在PE电子膜的背面涂布聚氨酯粘合剂固化后形成PE膜。
具体的,所述第一化学处理层、第二化学处理层的厚度为2μm-3μm。
具体的,所述基板1的厚度为0.02-0.25mm。
具体的,所述背漆层的厚度为4μm-8μm。
本发明的制备方法为:
对基板进行脱脂和水洗处理,在基板正反面进行钝化处理,背面处理环氧背漆,再对正面处理VCM膜专用胶水,胶水固化后,通过热覆膜机将VCM膜与基板进行覆合,再经水汽冷却后贴覆PE膜。

1.一种高强度VCM复合钢板的制备方法,其复合钢板包括:基板,其特征在于:基板上侧设有第一化学处理层,基板下侧设有第二化学处理层,第二化学处理层下侧设有背漆层,第一化学处理层上侧设有第一粘结剂层,第一粘结剂层上侧设有PVC层,PVC层上侧设有第二粘合剂层,第二粘合剂层上侧设有珠光层,珠光层上侧覆盖有PET膜层,PET膜层上侧覆盖有PE膜;所述基板包括不锈钢板,不锈钢板下侧设有钛钢板,钛钢板下侧设有下侧镀锌层、不锈钢板上侧设有上侧镀锌层,下侧镀锌层下侧设有下侧铝箔包覆层,上侧镀锌层上侧设有上侧铝箔包覆层,复合钢板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将不锈钢板下侧复合钛钢板,钛钢板下侧电镀下侧镀锌层、不锈钢板上侧电镀上侧镀锌层,下侧镀锌层下侧覆膜下侧铝箔包覆层,上侧镀锌层上侧覆膜上侧铝箔包覆层,形成基板;
(2)将基板经过预脱脂、脱脂和水洗后,对基板正面和背面各辊涂重铬酸钾溶液,即基板正反面均形成了化学处理层,即第一化学处理层和第二化学处理层;
(3)第二化学处理层下侧辊涂环氧树脂涂料固化烘干即形成背漆层;第一化学处理层上侧辊涂聚酯树脂涂料固化后形成第一粘结剂层,在第一粘结剂层上侧铺设PVC层,PVC层上侧辊涂聚酯树脂涂料固化后形成第二粘合剂层;
(4)第二粘合剂层上侧辊涂珍珠白聚酯树脂涂料固化烘干即形成珠光层,珠光层上侧覆盖有PET膜层,PET膜层上侧覆盖有PE膜,在PE电子膜的背面涂布聚氨酯粘合剂固化后形成PE膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度VCM复合钢板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述第一化学处理层、第二化学处理层的厚度为2μm-3μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度VCM复合钢板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述基板的厚度为0.02-0.25mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度VCM复合钢板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述背漆层的厚度为4μm-8μm。
