本发明提供一种高强度TV复合钢板的制造方法,包括:基板,基板上侧设有化学处理层,基板下侧设有导电耐指纹剂层,化学处理层上侧设有聚氨酯底漆层,聚氨酯底漆层上侧设有磨砂面漆层,磨砂面漆层上侧设有PE膜层。所述基板包括不锈钢板,不锈钢板下侧设有16Mn钢板,16Mn钢板下侧设有下侧镀锌层、不锈钢板上侧设有上侧镀锌层,下侧镀锌层下侧设有下侧铝箔包覆层,上侧镀锌层上侧设有上侧铝箔包覆层。本发明结构合理、新颖,产品品质稳定,加工方便,可以提高使用时的加工效率,另外本发明外观美观、触感好,可以广泛使用于各种家电面板。

一种高强度TV复合钢板的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及新型材料技术领域,具体为一种高强度TV复合钢板的制造方法。
背景技术
复合钢板在工业和生活中的应用比较广泛,汽车、冰箱、洗衣机、高档家具、厨房设备、工业和民用建筑等都需要使用,并且复合钢板使用的环境也越来越特殊和越来越广泛,在一定的特殊环境下,复合钢板与其他的零部件长时间接触会发生分子迁移的现象,针对此分子迁移现象牵引下,复合钢板产业的发展将有很广阔的发展的空间。
目前因使用的油漆除树脂以外,油漆成分内还添加了磨砂粉,磨砂粉能够增加板面的硬度和抗刮性能,但在实际生产中,因磨砂粉颗粒较大(粒径在:20um-30um),在辊涂过程中油漆表面易产生横向的流痕问题,板面外观状态不能满足电视机后背板的外观要求。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种高强度TV复合钢板的制造方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:一种高强度TV复合钢板,包括:基板,基板上侧设有化学处理层,基板下侧设有导电耐指纹剂层,化学处理层上侧设有聚氨酯底漆层,聚氨酯底漆层上侧设有磨砂面漆层,磨砂面漆层上侧设有PE膜层。
所述基板包括不锈钢板,不锈钢板下侧设有16Mn钢板,16Mn钢板下侧设有下侧镀锌层、不锈钢板上侧设有上侧镀锌层,下侧镀锌层下侧设有下侧铝箔包覆层,上侧镀锌层上侧设有上侧铝箔包覆层。
一种高强度TV复合钢板的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将不锈钢板下侧复合16Mn钢板,16Mn钢板下侧电镀下侧镀锌层、不锈钢板上侧电镀上侧镀锌层,下侧镀锌层下侧覆膜下侧铝箔包覆层,上侧镀锌层上侧覆膜上侧铝箔包覆层,形成基板;
(2)将基板经过预脱脂、脱脂和水洗后,对基板正面辊涂重铬酸钾溶液,即形成了化学处理层,基板背面涂设导电耐指纹剂层;
(3)化学处理层上侧辊涂聚酯树脂涂料固化烘干即形成底漆层;
(4)底漆层上侧辊涂磨砂粉聚酯树脂涂料固化烘干即形成磨砂面漆层,在PE电子膜的背面涂布聚氨酯粘合剂固化后形成第一粘合剂层,即制得PE膜,磨砂面漆层上侧覆盖有PE膜层。
进一步地,所述化学处理层的厚度为2μm-3μm。
进一步地,所述基板的厚度为0.02-0.25mm。
进一步地,所述聚氨酯底漆层的厚度为4μm-8μm。
进一步地,所述磨砂面漆层的厚度为4μm-8μm。
进一步地,所述导电耐指纹剂层的厚度为10μm-15μm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构合理、新颖,产品品质稳定,加工方便,可以提高使用时的加工效率,另外本发明外观美观、触感好,可以广泛使用于各种家电面板。

为了使本发明的实现技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1、图2所示,一种高强度TV复合钢板,包括:基板1,基板1上侧设有化学处理层2,基板1下侧设有导电耐指纹剂层3,化学处理层2上侧设有聚氨酯底漆层4,聚氨酯底漆层4上侧设有磨砂面漆层5,磨砂面漆层5上侧设有PE膜层6。
所述基板1包括不锈钢板11,不锈钢板11下侧设有16Mn钢板12,16Mn钢板12下侧设有下侧镀锌层13、不锈钢板11上侧设有上侧镀锌层14,下侧镀锌层13下侧设有下侧铝箔包覆层15,上侧镀锌层14上侧设有上侧铝箔包覆层16。
一种高强度TV复合钢板的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将不锈钢板下侧复合16Mn钢板,16Mn钢板下侧电镀下侧镀锌层、不锈钢板上侧电镀上侧镀锌层,下侧镀锌层下侧覆膜下侧铝箔包覆层,上侧镀锌层上侧覆膜上侧铝箔包覆层,形成基板;
(2)将基板经过预脱脂、脱脂和水洗后,对基板正面辊涂重铬酸钾溶液,即形成了化学处理层,基板背面涂设导电耐指纹剂层;
(3)化学处理层上侧辊涂聚酯树脂涂料固化烘干即形成底漆层;
(4)底漆层上侧辊涂磨砂粉聚酯树脂涂料固化烘干即形成磨砂面漆层,在PE电子膜的背面涂布聚氨酯粘合剂固化后形成第一粘合剂层,即制得PE膜,磨砂面漆层上侧覆盖有PE膜层。
具体的,所述化学处理层的厚度为2μm-3μm。
具体的,所述基板1的厚度为0.02-0.25mm。
具体的,所述聚氨酯底漆层的厚度为4μm-8μm。
具体的,所述磨砂面漆层的厚度为4μm-8μm。
具体的,所述导电耐指纹剂层的厚度为10μm-15μm。
本发明的制备方法为:
对基板进行脱脂和水洗处理,在基板正面进行无铬钝化处理,背面处理具有导电功能的耐指纹剂,再在正面处理聚氨酯底漆,经固化炉固化冷却,再在底漆层上处理黑色磨砂效果的聚酯树脂面漆,再固化冷却,贴覆仿静电PE膜。

1.一种高强度TV复合钢板的制造方法,其复合钢板包括:基板,其特征在于:基板上侧设有化学处理层,基板下侧设有导电耐指纹剂层,化学处理层上侧设有聚氨酯底漆层,聚氨酯底漆层上侧设有磨砂面漆层,磨砂面漆层上侧设有PE膜层;所述基板包括不锈钢板,不锈钢板下侧设有16Mn钢板,16Mn钢板下侧设有下侧镀锌层、不锈钢板上侧设有上侧镀锌层,下侧镀锌层下侧设有下侧铝箔包覆层,上侧镀锌层上侧设有上侧铝箔包覆层,复合钢板的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将不锈钢板下侧复合16Mn钢板,16Mn钢板下侧电镀下侧镀锌层、不锈钢板上侧电镀上侧镀锌层,下侧镀锌层下侧覆膜下侧铝箔包覆层,上侧镀锌层上侧覆膜上侧铝箔包覆层,形成基板;
(2)将基板经过预脱脂、脱脂和水洗后,对基板正面辊涂重铬酸钾溶液,即形成了化学处理层,基板背面涂设导电耐指纹剂层;
(3)化学处理层上侧辊涂聚酯树脂涂料固化烘干即形成底漆层;
(4)底漆层上侧辊涂磨砂粉聚酯树脂涂料固化烘干即形成磨砂面漆层,在PE电子膜的背面涂布聚氨酯粘合剂固化后形成第一粘合剂层,即制得PE膜,磨砂面漆层上侧覆盖有PE膜层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度TV复合钢板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述化学处理层的厚度为2μm-3μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度TV复合钢板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述基板的厚度为0.02-0.25mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度TV复合钢板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯底漆层的厚度为4μm-8μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度TV复合钢板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述磨砂面漆层的厚度为4μm-8μm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度TV复合钢板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述导电耐指纹剂层的厚度为10μm-15μm。
