本发明公开了一种包装袋生产线用点胶机，包括机架以及纸袋传送机构，所述的机架设置在纸袋传送机构的上方，在所述的机架上通过气缸以及支架连接有点胶辊，点胶辊上设置有多个胶槽，在所述的点胶辊的一侧设置有一个挡胶板，所述的挡胶板的端部贴近所述的点胶辊的辊面，并留有3‑5mm的间隙，在所述的点胶辊的一侧还设置有一个刮刀，所述的刮刀与所述的点胶辊贴合。本发明提供的一种包装袋生产线用点胶机，结构简单，操作方便，通过设置点胶辊，并在点胶辊上设置胶槽，通过挡胶板给点胶辊进行上胶处理，并通过刮刀将点胶辊上的胶水刮掉，只保留胶槽中的胶水，从而达到点胶的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料领域，特别涉及一种包装袋生产线用点胶机。
背景技术
随着社会的发展和进步，市场上对包装袋的需求越来越多，对于包装袋的种类要求也越来越多，包装袋大多是采用多层的纸料进行复合制成的，在生产的过程中需要对各层纸料之间进行点胶处理，现有的点胶处理大多采用人工点胶，其效率低下。随着自动化程度的普及，也出现了采用机械手进行点胶的，但是机械手点胶其成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为解决上述问题，提供了一种包装袋生产线用点胶机。
为了达到上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种包装袋生产线用点胶机，包括机架以及纸袋传送机构，所述的机架设置在纸袋传送机构的上方，在所述的机架上通过气缸以及支架连接有点胶辊，点胶辊上设置有多个胶槽，在所述的点胶辊的一侧设置有一个挡胶板，所述的挡胶板的端部贴近所述的点胶辊的辊面，并留有3-5mm的间隙，在所述的点胶辊的一侧还设置有一个刮刀，所述的刮刀与所述的点胶辊贴合。
作为本发明的一种改进，所述的刮刀安装在刮刀安装架上。
作为本发明的一种改进，在所述的刮刀安装架上设置有气缸，所述的刮刀通过气缸带动其前进或后退。
有益效果：
本发明提供的一种包装袋生产线用点胶机，结构简单，操作方便，通过设置点胶辊，并在点胶辊上设置胶槽，通过挡胶板给点胶辊进行上胶处理，并通过刮刀将点胶辊上的胶水刮掉，只保留胶槽中的胶水，从而达到点胶的目的。

具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例对本发明提供的技术方案进行详细说明，应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1：
如图1所示的一种包装袋生产线用点胶机，包括机架4以及纸袋传送机构，所述的机架4设置在纸袋传送机构的上方，在所述的机架4上通过气缸3以及支架2连接有点胶辊5，点胶辊5上设置有多个胶槽10，在所述的点胶辊5的一侧设置有一个挡胶板8，所述的挡胶板8的端部贴近所述的点胶辊5的辊面，并留有3-5mm的间隙，挡胶板8用于放置胶水，将胶水倒在挡胶板8上，点胶辊5转动的时候将胶水沾到上面，从而实现点胶辊5的上胶处理。
在所述的点胶辊5的一侧还设置有一个刮刀6，所述的刮刀6与所述的点胶辊5贴合。所述的刮刀6安装在刮刀安装架7上，在所述的刮刀安装架7上设置有气缸，所述的刮刀6通过气缸带动其前进或后退。由于点胶的时候不需要整个点胶辊5上都沾满胶水，只需要在胶槽10内注满胶水，通过胶槽10内的胶水来实现点胶，所以通过刮刀6将点胶辊5辊面上的胶水刮掉，从而只有在胶槽10内才有胶水，点胶辊5转动时从而实现点胶。刮刀6通过气缸控制来进行前后的移动，从而来调节刮刀6与点胶辊5之间的距离，使得刮刀6紧贴在点胶辊5上。
实施例2：
作为本发明实施例1的一种补充，在点胶辊5的胶槽10上可以设置盖体，将盖体盖上以后，盖体的外表面与点胶辊5的辊面相适应，这样可以根据点胶的需求选择部分区域的胶槽10使用，对不需要的部分，只需要将盖体盖上就好，这样可以适应不同规格的包装袋的点胶处理，无需更换点胶辊，适用范围广。
本发明提供的一种包装袋生产线用点胶机，结构简单，操作方便，通过设置点胶辊，并在点胶辊上设置胶槽，通过挡胶板给点胶辊进行上胶处理，并通过刮刀将点胶辊上的胶水刮掉，只保留胶槽中的胶水，从而达到点胶的目的。
本发明方案所公开的技术手段不仅限于上述实施方式所公开的技术手段，还包括由以上技术特征任意组合所组成的技术方案。以上所述的是本发明的基体实施方式，应当指出，对本领域技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理的前提下，还可以做出若干的改进和润饰，这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种包装袋生产线用点胶机，包括机架（4）以及纸袋传送机构，其特征在于：所述的机架（4）设置在纸袋传送机构的上方，在所述的机架（4）上通过气缸（3）以及支架（2）连接有点胶辊（5），点胶辊（5）上设置有多个胶槽（10），在所述的点胶辊（5）的一侧设置有一个挡胶板（8），所述的挡胶板（8）的端部贴近所述的点胶辊（5）的辊面，并留有3-5mm的间隙，在所述的点胶辊（5）的一侧还设置有一个刮刀（6），所述的刮刀（6）与所述的点胶辊（5）贴合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装袋生产线用点胶机，其特征在于：所述的刮刀（6）安装在刮刀安装架（7）上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种包装袋生产线用点胶机，其特征在于：在所述的刮刀安装架（7）上设置有气缸，所述的刮刀（6）通过气缸带动其前进或后退。
