(1)技术领域 本发明涉及一种家用炊具。
(2)背景技术 各种家用压力锅已普及，但目前市场上还未见到能使米饭膨发的压力锅。
(3)发明内容：本发明的任务是提供一种能使米饭膨发的压力锅，其采取的技术方案是：压力锅盖上加装阀门，锅内设置内锅。米饭蒸熟后，打开阀门，放汽，使锅内减压，米饭、米粒内部水份膨胀，进而使米饭膨发，体积增大，更松软。内锅可多备几个轮换，提高压力锅使用率，不浪费热水，节能、方便，并易清洗、卫生。
(4)附图说明：附图为示意图。图中1压力锅，2阀门，3内锅。
(5)具体实施方式；实施例：用内直径180mm日常家用压力锅，锅盖上安装0.6时左右球阀(球阀参照原压力锅安全阀安装)，锅内放置一个内锅，直径160mm，锅底有3-4个垫脚，脚高10mm，确保锅底有10mm水位。大米按常规蒸饭预处理好后放入内锅，熟后打开阀门，放汽，减压，大米饭膨发。可以在阀上加***降噪装置。其做法如装蒸汽蔬水阀消音器。保留原压力锅原有一切。
