本发明公开了一种高耐磨钛塑复合管,所述钛塑复合管室温下的抗拉强度为1250‑1300MPa,其包括作为内管的PVC塑料管,所述PVC塑料管外设有铝箔保温套,所述铝箔保温套外设有钛合金外管,所述钛合金外管的外管壁上附着有纳米耐磨涂层,所述纳米耐磨涂层为纳米碳化硅涂膜,所述钛合金外管为钛镍合金外管。通过上述方式,本发明采用PVC塑料内管、铝箔保温套、钛合金外管三层复合结构,并且在钛合金外管的外管壁上附着有纳米耐磨涂层,使制成的钛塑复合管具有成本低、强度高、耐磨性好的特点。

一种高耐磨钛塑复合管
技术领域
本发明涉及复合管领域,特别是涉及一种高耐磨钛塑复合管。
背景技术
钛合金具有低密度、高比强、耐高温、耐腐蚀、无磁、生物相容等优异的综合性能,其产品已渗透到了航天、舰船、兵器、石油、化工、医疗等各个领域。随着应用领域的不断扩大,钛合金管的需求也不断增长,但是现有的钛合金管成本高,且耐磨性差。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种高耐磨钛塑复合管,能够解决现有钛合金管存在的缺陷。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种高耐磨钛塑复合管,所述钛塑复合管室温下的抗拉强度为1250-1300MPa,其包括作为内管的PVC塑料管,所述PVC塑料管外设有铝箔保温套,所述铝箔保温套外设有钛合金外管,所述钛合金外管的外管壁上附着有纳米耐磨涂层,所述纳米耐磨涂层为纳米碳化硅涂膜,所述钛合金外管为钛镍合金外管。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述PVC塑料管的内壁上涂覆有纳米二氧化硅耐污涂层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述PVC塑料管的壁厚为2-5mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述铝箔保温套的壁厚为1-3mm。
本发明的有益效果是:采用PVC塑料内管、铝箔保温套、钛合金外管三层复合结构,并且在钛合金外管的外管壁上附着有纳米耐磨涂层,使制成的钛塑复合管具有成本低、强度高、耐磨性好的特点。

一种高耐磨钛塑复合管,所述钛塑复合管室温下的抗拉强度为1250-1300MPa,其包括作为内管的PVC塑料管1,所述PVC塑料管1外设有铝箔保温套2,所述铝箔保温套2外设有钛合金外管3,所述钛合金外管3的外管壁上附着有纳米耐磨涂层,所述纳米耐磨涂层为纳米碳化硅涂膜,可以有效提高所述钛塑复合管的耐磨性能,所述钛合金外管3为钛镍合金外管,具有强度高、耐磨性好的特点。
其中,所述PVC塑料管1的内壁上涂覆有纳米二氧化硅耐污涂层,可以避免内壁受污,以避免污染管道内流通的液体。
所述PVC塑料管1的壁厚为2-5mm。
所述铝箔保温套2的壁厚为1-3mm。
本发明揭示了一种高耐磨钛塑复合管,采用PVC塑料内管、铝箔保温套、钛合金外管三层复合结构,并且在钛合金外管的外管壁上附着有纳米耐磨涂层,使制成的钛塑复合管具有成本低、强度高、耐磨性好的特点。

1.一种高耐磨钛塑复合管,其特征在于,所述钛塑复合管室温下的抗拉强度为1250-1300MPa,其包括作为内管的PVC塑料管,所述PVC塑料管外设有铝箔保温套,所述铝箔保温套外设有钛合金外管,所述钛合金外管的外管壁上附着有纳米耐磨涂层,所述纳米耐磨涂层为纳米碳化硅涂膜,所述钛合金外管为钛镍合金外管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高耐磨钛塑复合管,其特征在于,所述PVC塑料管的内壁上涂覆有纳米二氧化硅耐污涂层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高耐磨钛塑复合管,其特征在于,所述PVC塑料管的壁厚为2-5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高耐磨钛塑复合管,其特征在于,所述铝箔保温套的壁厚为1-3mm。
