Abstract

本发明涉及一种耐腐蚀的石油胶管,包括胶管体,胶管体包括内管和外管以及设在内管与外管之间的钢丝层,钢丝层由至少五根钢丝缠绕编织成环状结构的钢丝体,其包覆在内管外壁上。所述的一种耐腐蚀的石油胶管,采用此种设计的石油胶管,能够有效地加强胶管的强度,在管体外壁上涂腐蚀层和耐摩层,能够有效地提高管体的耐磨性。

本发明涉及石油设备的领域,尤其是一种耐腐蚀的石油胶管。
背景技术
随着世界石油勘探工业的发展,石油天然气的钻井也越来越深,对大口径、超高压的柔性管性能要求越来越高,在钻井过程中因高压、高强振动以及在液压设备在施工中造成的胶管变形、腐蚀等现象,从而给石油勘探中的石油带来了极大的不便。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为了克服上述中存在的问题,提供了一种耐腐蚀的石油胶管,其设计结构合理、耐磨性好并且具有防腐功能。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种耐腐蚀的石油胶管,包括胶管体,所述的胶管体包括内管和外管以及设在内管与外管之间的钢丝层,钢丝层由至少五根钢丝缠绕编织成环状结构的钢丝体,其包覆在内管外壁上。
所述的外管的外表面上涂覆有耐腐蚀层,耐腐蚀层的表面上涂覆有耐磨层。
为了能够提高防腐性,所述的耐腐蚀层为树脂漆层。
本发明的有益效果是:所述的一种耐腐蚀的石油胶管,采用此种设计的石油胶管,能够有效地加强胶管的强度,在管体外壁上涂腐蚀层和耐摩层,能够有效地提高管体的耐磨性。

如图1所示的一种耐腐蚀的石油胶管,包括胶管体,胶管体包括内管11和外管12以及设在内管11与外管12之间的钢丝层13,钢丝层13由五根钢丝缠绕编织成环状结构的钢丝体,其包覆在内管11外壁上,在外管12的外表面上涂覆有耐腐蚀层2,耐腐蚀层2的表面上涂覆有耐磨层3,耐腐蚀层2为树脂漆层。
本发明的一种耐腐蚀的石油胶管,将内管11的外表面包覆由五根钢丝缠绕编织成的钢丝体,钢丝体结合在内管11和外管12之间,实现了胶管的加强作用,在外管12的外表面上涂一层耐腐蚀层2,在耐腐蚀层2上涂一层耐磨层3,内管采用软质PVC和橡胶合成,在寒冷的冬天不会***,仍然可以保持良好的柔软度。

1.一种耐腐蚀的石油胶管,其特征是:包括胶管体,所述的胶管体包括内管(11)和外管(12)以及设在内管(11)与外管(12)之间的钢丝层(13),钢丝层(13)由至少五根钢丝缠绕编织成环状结构的钢丝体,其钢丝体包覆在内管(11)外壁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀的石油胶管,其特征是:所述的外管(12)的外表面上涂覆有耐腐蚀层(2),耐腐蚀层(2)的表面上涂覆有耐磨层(3)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种耐腐蚀的石油胶管,其特征是:所述的耐腐蚀层(2)是树脂漆层。
