Abstract
一种可在液压***中构成进油加旁路复合节流调速回路的差动节流阀,包括阀体、螺塞、弹簧、阀芯、调节手柄安装体、推杆和调节手柄,阀体长度方向中心线上设有台阶孔,通孔上有两个螺纹孔,两个沉割槽,阀体高度方向设有三个轴线平行的孔,三个孔与台阶孔正交,所述阀芯为中空的四段台阶轴,台阶轴上设有两组均布的三个节流槽。

技术领域
本发明属于液压流量控制领域,具体涉及一种差动节流阀。
背景技术
国家发明专利公开了一种节流阀(CNIO3867766),这种节流阀在液压传动领域得到了广泛的应用,与溢流阀联合应用可以组成多种节流调速回路,可以构成进油节流调速、回油节流调速和旁路节流调速回路,性能各有不同,回路结构上必须设有溢流阀,造成回路结构和操作复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术之不足,提供一种差动节流阀。
本发明所采用的技术方案包括阀体、螺塞、弹簧、阀芯、调节手柄安装体、推杆和调节手柄,所述阀体为长方体,长度方向中心线上设有通孔,所述通孔是一个台阶孔,左端是小螺纹孔,中部设有两个沉割槽,沉割槽宽度相等,右端是大螺纹孔,所述阀体高度方向设有三个轴线平行的孔,依次为A孔、P孔、T孔,三个孔与台阶孔正交,A孔和T孔的位置与两个沉割槽位置正对,所述台阶孔内装有弹簧和阀芯,所述阀体右端大螺纹孔装有调节手柄安装体,所述阀体左端大螺纹孔装有螺塞,螺塞和阀芯间设有圆柱螺旋弹簧,阀芯右端定位台肩顶在调节手柄安装体左端面上,所述阀芯为中空的四段台阶轴,从左至右分为B、C、D、E四段,各段同轴,B段和D段直径相等,C段和E段直径相等,B段左端面设有台阶孔,B段右端圆周方向设有均布的三个节流槽,所述节流槽纵截面为三角形,三角形的底边与B段右端重合,三角形的高等于所述阀体沉割槽宽度,节流槽横截面为扇形,C段直径小于B段,C段设有正交通孔,C段长度等于A孔和T孔中心距减去沉割槽宽度加上1毫米,D段左端圆周方向设有均布的三个节流槽,所述节流槽纵截面为三角形,三角形的底边与D段左端重合,三角形的高等于所述阀体沉割槽宽度,节流槽横截面为扇形,扇形半径等于B段节流槽相对位置横截面扇形半径的一半,E段为一小段凸台,E段端面顶在推杆端面上,所述推杆从左至右依次设有密封圈、外螺纹、径向定位面和轴向安装孔,所述密封圈与调节手柄安装体上的光孔内壁形成密封条件,所述外螺纹与调节手柄安装体上的内螺纹旋合,轴向安装孔设有螺钉连接调节手柄,调节手柄设有紧定螺钉,顶在推杆径向定位面上。
差动节流阀可在液压***中构成进油加旁路复合节流调速回路,P孔接泵出口,A孔接负载(液压缸或液压马达),T孔接油箱。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实例对本发明作出进一步地详细描述。
如图1所示一种差动节流阀,由阀体1、螺塞2、弹簧3、阀芯4、调节手柄安装体5、推杆6和调节手柄7组成,所述阀体为长方体,长度方向中心线上设有通孔11,所述通孔11是一个台阶孔,左端是小螺纹孔12,中部设有两个沉割槽13和14,沉割槽宽度相等,右端是大螺纹孔15,所述阀体高度方向设有三个轴线平行的孔,依次为A孔、P孔、T孔,三个孔与台阶孔正交,A孔和T孔的位置与两个沉割槽位置正对,所述通孔11内装有弹簧3和阀芯4,所述阀体1右端大螺纹孔15装有调节手柄安装体5,所述阀体1左端大螺纹孔15装有螺塞2,螺塞1和阀芯4间设有圆柱螺旋弹簧3,阀芯4右端定位台肩顶在调节手柄安装体左端面上,所述阀芯为中空的四段台阶轴,从左至右分为B、C、D、E四段,各段同轴,B段和D段直径相等,C段和E段直径相等,B段左端面设有台阶孔41,B段右端圆周方向设有均布的三个节流槽42,所述节流槽纵截面为三角形,三角形的底边与B段右端面重合,三角形的高等于所述阀体沉割槽宽度,节流槽横截面为扇形,C段直径小于B段,C段设有正交通孔43,C段长度等于A孔和T孔中心距减去沉割槽宽度加上1毫米,D段左端圆周方向设有均布的三个节流槽44,所述节流槽纵截面为三角形,三角形的底边与D段左端重合,三角形的高等于所述阀体沉割槽宽度,节流槽横截面为扇形,扇形半径等于B段节流槽相对位置横截面扇形半径的一半,E段为一小段凸台,E段端面顶在推杆端面上,所述推杆从左至右依次设有密封圈8、外螺纹9、径向定位面10和轴向安装孔11,所述密封圈8与调节手柄安装体上的光孔内壁形成密封条件,所述外螺纹9与调节手柄安装体上的内螺纹旋合,轴向安装孔设有螺钉连13接调节手柄7,调节手柄7设有紧定螺钉12,顶在推杆径向定位面10上。
差动节流阀可在液压***中构成复合节流调速回路,P孔接泵出口,A孔接负载(液压缸或液压马达),T孔接油箱。
Claims (3)
1.一种差动节流阀,其特征在于,由阀体、螺塞、弹簧、阀芯、调节手柄安装体、推杆和调节手柄组成,所述阀体为长方体,长度方向中心线上设有通孔,所述通孔是一个台阶孔,左端是小螺纹孔,中部设有两个沉割槽,沉割槽宽度相等,右端是大螺纹孔,所述阀体高度方向设有三个轴线平行的孔,依次为A孔、P孔、T孔,三个孔与台阶孔正交,A孔和T孔的位置与两个沉割槽位置正对,所述台阶孔内装有弹簧和阀芯,所述阀体右端大螺纹孔装有调节手柄安装体,所述阀体左端大螺纹孔装有螺塞,螺塞和阀芯间设有圆柱螺旋弹簧,阀芯右端定位台肩顶在调节手柄安装体左端面上。
2.一种差动节流阀,其特征在于,可在液压***中构成进油加旁路复合节流调速回路,P孔接泵出口,A孔接负载(液压缸或液压马达),T孔接油箱。
3.按照权利要求1所述差动节流阀,其特征在于,所述阀芯为中空的四段台阶轴,从左至右分为B、C、D、E四段,各段同轴,B段和D段直径相等,C段和E段直径相等,B段左端面设有台阶孔,B段右端圆周方向设有均布的三个节流槽,所述节流槽纵截面为三角形,三角形的底边与B段右端重合,三角形的高等于所述阀体沉割槽宽度,节流槽横截面为扇形,C段直径小于B段,C段设有正交通孔,C段长度等于A孔和T孔中心距减去沉割槽宽度加上1毫米,D段左端圆周方向设有均布的三个节流槽,所述节流槽纵截面为三角形,三角形的底边与D段左端重合,三角形的高等于所述阀体沉割槽宽度,节流槽横截面为扇形,扇形半径等于B段节流槽相对位置横截面扇形半径的一半,E段为一小段凸台。
