Abstract

本发明公开了一种牛皮挂面箱板纸的高吸光值染色工艺,包括:(1)按照美国废纸:英国废纸:欧洲废纸:国内废纸=2:3:2:3的比例进行碎浆,将分级出的中纤维浆和木浆混合作为面层浆料;(2)将步骤(1)中的浆料和黄色染料、橙色染料以及黑色染料一起加入到面层净化***进行净化;(3)采用高吸光值染色技术对净化后的面层浆料进行染色,用环保型阴离子黄色染料取代阳离子黄色染料对其进行染色;(4)采用先进的在线纸面染色监控技术对面层浆料进行染色控制,将完成好的面层浆料送入流送***,经过压榨脱水成形得到纸幅,最后将得到的纸幅进行表面施胶和干燥即可。本染色工艺得到的箱板纸色泽鲜艳,染料留着率高,降低白水处理难度,达到环保目的。

一种牛皮挂面箱板纸的高吸光值染色工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及牛皮挂面箱板纸染色技术领域,特别是涉及一种牛皮挂面箱板纸的高吸光值染色工艺。
背景技术
目前国内市场对牛皮箱板纸的需求朝重染色方向发展,其主要是降低亮度(L值),提高红值(a值)和黄值(b值),使成纸的表面更具有柔和性。染色是指在纸浆中加入某些色料使纸张能有选择性的吸收可见光中的大部分光源,不吸收并反射出所需要色泽的光谱,国内目前的工艺进行染色后染料用量大,浆料对染料留着低,大部分染料流失到白水中,造成白水处理困难,增加对环境污染,同时由于不同离子的染料在干燥部会发生中和反应,纸面染色不均,染色效果差,造成客户投诉多,市场反应差。因此研究一种新型高吸光值的染色工艺可以有效的提高成纸的表面质量。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,本发明提供了一种牛皮挂面箱板纸的高吸光值染色工艺,从原料配比,制浆造纸工业改进,过程严格监控,采用新型的环保染料等方式生产出客户需要的表面颜色较普通箱板纸偏红的牛皮挂面箱板纸。
为达到上述目的,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种牛皮挂面箱板纸的高吸光值染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照美国废纸:英国废纸:欧洲废纸:国内废纸=2:3:2:3的比例进行碎浆,后对废纸浆进行分级,将分级出的中纤维浆和木浆混合作为面层浆料;
(2)将步骤(1)中的浆料和黄色染料、橙色染料以及黑色染料一起加入到面层净化***进行净化;
(3)采用高吸光值染色技术对净化后的面层浆料进行染色,用环保型阴离子黄色染料取代阳离子黄色染料对其进行染色,有效避免了与浆内的阴离子垃圾产生中和反应;
(4)在步骤(3)进行的过程中采用先进的在线纸面染色监控技术对面层浆料进行染色控制,瞬时调节纸面染色效果;
(5)将步骤(4)完成好的面层浆料送入流送***,再经过压榨脱水成形得到纸幅;
(6)最后将步骤(5)得到的纸幅进行表面施胶和干燥,得到色彩鲜艳度高的牛皮挂面箱板纸。
其进一步特征如下:

所述的染色监控技术中采用ERX50式颜色探头,以提高颜色监控灵敏度。
所述的面层浆料打浆度为38-42 SR,浆料温度为45-50℃,ph值为6.5-7.0。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比,染料在成纸表面的留着大大提高,染色更具均匀,使牛皮挂面箱板纸表面具有较低的亮度(L值)、较高的红值(a值)和黄值(b值)的同时,染料用量大幅度下降,提高了牛皮箱板纸的表面质量,由于染料在成纸表面留着的提高,流失到白水中的染料量大幅度减少,提高了白水质量,降低了白水处理难度,达到了环保的目的。

下面结合具体实施例,对本发明的内容做进一步的详细说明:
一种牛皮挂面箱板纸的高吸光值染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照美国废纸:英国废纸:欧洲废纸:国内废纸=2:3:2:3的比例进行碎浆,后对废纸浆进行分级,将分级出的中纤维浆和木浆混合作为面层浆料;
(2)将步骤(1)中的浆料和黄色染料、橙色染料以及黑色染料一起加入到面层净化***进行净化;
(3)采用高吸光值染色技术对净化后的面层浆料进行染色,用环保型阴离子黄色染料取代阳离子黄色染料对其进行染色,有效避免了与浆内的阴离子垃圾产生中和反应;

1.一种牛皮挂面箱板纸的高吸光值染色工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照美国废纸:英国废纸:欧洲废纸:国内废纸=2:3:2:3的比例进行碎浆,后对废纸浆进行分级,将分级出的中纤维浆和木浆混合作为面层浆料;
将步骤(1)中的浆料和黄色染料、橙色染料以及黑色染料一起加入到面层净化***进行净化;
采用高吸光值染色技术对净化后的面层浆料进行染色,用环保型阴离子黄色染料取代阳离子黄色染料对其进行染色,有效避免了与浆内的阴离子垃圾产生中和反应;
在步骤(3)进行的过程中采用先进的在线纸面染色监控技术对面层浆料进行染色控制,瞬时调节纸面染色效果;
将步骤(4)完成好的面层浆料送入流送***,再经过压榨脱水成形得到纸幅;
最后将步骤(5)得到的纸幅进行表面施胶和干燥,得到色彩鲜艳度高的牛皮挂面箱板纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种牛皮挂面箱板纸的高吸光值染色工艺,其特征在于:所述的废纸和木浆的碎浆中添加生物酶,以保持浆料的的强度和纤维长度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种牛皮挂面箱板纸的高吸光值染色工艺,其特征在于:所述的染色监控技术中采用ERX50式颜色探头,以提高颜色监控灵敏度。
