Abstract
本发明公开了一种静电印刷专用铜版卡涂料,其由如下质量份的成分组成:颜料100份;胶乳10‑15份;消泡剂0.01‑2份;流变剂0.01‑2份;分散剂0.01‑2份;纸面电阻调节剂1‑5份;增白剂0.5‑3份;杀菌剂0.01‑2份;pH调节剂0.01‑3份。本发明通过涂料中纸面电阻调节剂作用,在铜版卡表面形成高电阻的涂层,在保证了铜版卡原有印刷物性外,提升了纸张涂料的电阻性能,使纸张在静电印刷过程中,印刷效果好,色彩饱和度佳,网点清晰,对铜卡纸作为印刷封面有更好的质量。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于造纸领域,具体涉及一种静电印刷专用铜版卡涂料及其应用。
背景技术
铜版卡(Art Board)是以原纸涂布白色涂料制成的高级印刷卡纸,主要用于印刷高级书刊的封面、彩色画片、各种精美的商品广告、样本、商品包装、商标等。
铜版卡的主要原料是铜版原纸和涂料。对铜版原纸的要求是厚薄均匀,伸缩性小,强度较高,抗水性好。纸面不得有斑点、皱纹、孔眼等纸病,用来涂布的涂料是由优质的白色颜料、胶粘剂及辅助添加剂等组成的。目前抄造铜版卡的生产流程一般为散浆,磨浆,添加湿部化学品,上浆,脱水,前干燥,表面施胶,后干燥,卷曲成纸制成原纸,再通过底涂、面涂双层涂布,干燥、压光之后卷曲制成。
铜版卡属于高档印刷用纸主要用于高档印品。在进行静电印刷的过程中,对纸张除了一些基本物性方面的要求外,对静电复印纸的表面电阻率有很高的要求。现有的铜版卡纸在静电印刷过程中,电阻性能不高,印刷网点模糊,印刷效果差。
发明内容
为满足市场对静电印刷专用铜版卡的需求,本发明公开了一种静电印刷专用的铜版卡涂料,能够在铜版卡表面形成高电阻的涂层,提升纸张涂料的电阻性能,从而使铜版卡的印刷效果更好。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种静电印刷专用的铜版卡涂料,由如下质量份的成分组成:
填料100份;胶乳10-15份;消泡剂0.01-2份;流变剂0.01-2份;分散剂0.01-2份;纸面电阻调节剂1-5份;增白剂0.5-3份;杀菌剂0.01-2份;pH调节剂0.01-3份。
其中,所述胶乳选自醋酸乙烯胶乳、苯乙烯-丁二烯胶乳、羟基丁苯胶乳、醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸酯胶乳、丙烯酸酯胶乳中的一种或几种。
其中,所述填料选自研磨碳酸钙、沉淀碳酸钙、滑石粉、白土、瓷土、二氧化钛、云母粉、石英粉中的一种或几种。
其中,所述消泡剂选自聚乙二醇、脂肪酸防沫剂、二氧化硅类消泡剂、矿物油、聚乙烯蜡、高碳脂肪醇、磷酸三丁酯、乳化甲基硅油中的一种或几种。
其中,所述流变剂选自羧甲基纤维素钠、聚酰胺、变性酰胺共聚物、聚乙烯醇、改性丙烯酸共聚物中的一种或几种。
其中,所述分散剂选自多磷酸盐、聚丙烯酸钠、羧酸盐中的一种或几种。
其中,多磷酸盐为六偏磷酸钠、焦磷酸钠。
其中,所述杀菌剂选自异噻唑啉酮及其衍生物、三丹油、或氮、硫环状有机化合物中的一种或几种。
其中,所述pH调节剂选自氢氧化钠、碳酸氢三钠、磷酸氢二钠中的一种或几种。
其中,所述纸面电阻调节剂选自对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、异苯二甲酸中的一种或几种。
其中,所述增白剂选自二苯乙烯、萘二甲酰亚胺、苯基吡唑啉中的一种或几种。
本发明还提供了一种静电印刷专用铜版卡涂料的应用,所述应用步骤如下:1)静电印刷专用铜版卡涂料的制备
将下列原料按照质量份数配比依次添加,混合高速分散均匀后,待用;
具体原料配比:填料100份;胶乳10-15份;消泡剂0.01-2份;流变剂0.01-2份;分散剂0.01-2份;纸面电阻调节剂1-5份;增白剂0.5-3份;杀菌剂0.01-2份;pH调节剂0.01-3份;
2)原纸涂布
在原纸两面进行涂布,涂布量为单面5-20g/m2;
3)将涂布后的纸板干燥、压光,得到静电印刷专用铜版卡。
本发明通过涂料中的纸面电阻调节剂作用,在铜版卡表面形成高电阻的涂层,提升了纸张涂料的电阻性能,使纸张在静电印刷过程中,印刷效果好,色彩饱和度佳,网点清晰,对铜版卡纸作为印刷封面有更好的质量。

具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不应用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1:
一种静电印刷专用铜版卡涂料,按照质量份数的原料如下:研磨碳酸钙70份,瓷土30份,苯乙烯-丁二烯胶乳12份,聚乙二醇0.01份,羧甲基纤维素钠0.02份,六偏磷酸钠0.02份;异噻唑啉酮0.02份,氢氧化钠0.15份,二苯乙烯1.5份,对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯1份。
按照上述比例,顺序添加各物料,经过高速分散,得分散均匀的涂料。在178g/m2铜版原纸的两面进行涂布,单面涂布量为15g/m2。控制两面涂布基本一致,误差范围控制在0-10%以内。
涂布后干燥,使用超级压光机压光,以保证松厚度和平滑度、光泽度的特质。进行关键物性测试,见表1。
实施例2:
一种静电印刷专用铜版卡涂料,按照质量份数的原料如下:研磨碳酸钙70份,瓷土30份,苯乙烯-丁二烯胶乳12份,聚乙二醇0.01份,羧甲基纤维素钠0.02份,六偏磷酸钠0.02份;异噻唑啉酮0.02份,氢氧化钠0.15份,二苯乙烯2份,对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯2.5份。

实施例3:
一种静电印刷专用铜版卡涂料,按照质量份数的原料如下:研磨碳酸钙50份,瓷土50份,苯乙烯-丁二烯胶乳12份,聚乙二醇0.01份,羧甲基纤维素钠0.02份,六偏磷酸钠0.02份;异噻唑啉酮0.02份,氢氧化钠0.15份,二苯乙烯2.5份,异苯二甲酸5份。
按照上述比例,顺序添加各物料,经过高速分散,得分散均匀的涂料。在178g/m2铜版原纸的两面进行涂布,单面涂布量为15g/m2。控制两面涂布基本一致,误差范围控制在0-10%以内。
涂布后干燥,使用超级压光机压光,以保证松厚度和平滑度、光泽度的特质。进行关键物性测试,见表1。
对比例:
普通铜版卡涂料配方:研磨碳酸钙100份,异氰酸酯2份,苯乙烯-丁二烯胶乳12份,聚乙二醇0.01份,羧甲基纤维素钠0.02份,六偏磷酸钠0.02份;异噻唑啉酮0.02份,氢氧化钠0.15份,二苯乙烯1份。
按照上述比例,顺序添加各物料,经过高速分散,得分散均匀的涂料。在178g/m2铜版原纸的两面进行涂布,单面涂布量为15g/m2。控制两面涂布基本一致,误差范围控制在0-10%以内。
涂布后干燥,使用超级压光机压光,以保证松厚度和平滑度、光泽度的特质。进行关键物性测试,见表1。
表1基本物性对比表
由表1可知,本发明实施例1-3中铜版卡的平滑度及粗糙度均达到所需要求,IGT强度也与对比例相当,但实施例1-3的纸面电阻均大于对比例;另外从图1-图4可以看出,在印刷网点清晰性方面,实施例1-3(图1、图2、图3)比对比例(图4)有明显的优势。
本发明通过涂料中的纸面电阻调节剂作用,在铜版卡表面形成高电阻的涂层,提升了纸张涂料的电阻性能,使纸张在静电印刷过程中,印刷效果好,色彩饱和度佳,网点清晰,对铜版卡纸作为印刷封面有更好的质量。

1.一种静电印刷专用铜版卡涂料,其特征在于,所述静电印刷专用铜版卡涂料由如下质量份的成分组成:
填料100份;胶乳10-15份;消泡剂0.01-2份;流变剂0.01-2份;分散剂0.01-2份;纸面电阻调节剂1-5份;增白剂0.5-3份;杀菌剂0.01-2份;pH调节剂0.01-3份。
2.如权利要求1所述的静电印刷专用铜版卡涂料,其特征在于,所述胶乳选自醋酸乙烯胶乳、苯乙烯-丁二烯胶乳、羟基丁苯胶乳、醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸酯胶乳、丙烯酸酯胶乳中的一种或几种。
3.如权利要求1所述的静电印刷专用铜版卡涂料,其特征在于,所述填料选自研磨碳酸钙、沉淀碳酸钙、滑石粉、白土、瓷土、二氧化钛、云母粉、石英粉中的一种或几种。
4.如权利要求1所述的静电印刷专用铜版卡涂料,其特征在于,所述消泡剂选自聚乙二醇、脂肪酸防沫剂、二氧化硅类、矿物油、聚乙烯蜡、高碳脂肪醇、磷酸三丁酯、乳化甲基硅油中的一种或几种。
5.如权利要求1所述的静电印刷专用铜版卡涂料,其特征在于,所述流变剂选自羧甲基纤维素钠、聚酰胺、变性酰胺共聚物、聚乙烯醇、改性丙烯酸共聚物中的一种或几种。
6.如权利要求1所述的静电印刷专用铜版卡涂料,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂选自异噻唑啉酮及其衍生物、三丹油、氮、硫环状有机化合物中的一种或几种。
7.如权利要求1所述的静电印刷专用铜版卡涂料,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂选自氢氧化钠、碳酸氢三钠、磷酸氢二钠中的一种或几种。
8.如权利要求1所述的静电印刷专用铜版卡涂料,其特征在于,所述纸面电阻调节剂选自对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯,异苯二甲酸中的一种或几种。
9.如权利要求1所述的静电印刷专用铜版卡涂料,其特征在于,所述增白剂选自二苯乙烯、萘二甲酰亚胺、苯基吡唑啉中的一种或几种。
10.一种静电印刷专用铜版卡涂料的应用,其特征在于,所述应用的具体步骤如下:
1)静电印刷专用铜版卡涂料的制备
将下列原料按照质量份数配比依次添加,混合高速分散均匀后,待用;
具体原料配比:颜料100份;胶乳10-15份;消泡剂0.01-2份;流变剂0.01-2份;分散剂0.01-2份;纸面电阻调节剂1-5份;增白剂0.5-3份;杀菌剂0.01-2份;pH调节剂0.01-3份;
2)原纸涂布
在原纸两面进行涂布,涂布量为单面5-20g/m2;
3)将涂布后的纸板干燥、压光,得到静电印刷专用铜版卡。
