本发明公开了一种汽车内饰用淋膜无纺布,按重量份计,淋膜由以下组分组成:A组分40%~60%,B组分10%~30%,C组分10%~30%;所述A组分为聚乙烯;所述B组分为聚丙烯;所述C组分的主要成分为碳酸钙。本发明汽车内饰用淋膜无纺布,其C组分的主要成分为碳酸钙,成本只有PE或PP的三分之一左右,大大降低了成本;且PP和PE等资源在石油中提取,属于不可再生的,碳酸钙的使用也大大的降低了能源损耗。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车内饰用淋膜无纺布。
背景技术
汽车内饰用淋膜无纺布的生产过程中,为达到客户VOC的要求,我司在去年省去了背胶流程,只进行定型处理。但要达到客户要求,必须在淋膜工序,在材料中加入10%~30%PP粒子,才能达到提高硬度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车内饰用淋膜无纺布,其C组分的主要成分为碳酸钙,成本只有PE或PP的三分之一左右,大大降低了成本;且PP和PE等资源在石油中提取,属于不可再生的,碳酸钙的使用也大大的降低了能源损耗。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种汽车内饰用淋膜无纺布,按重量份计,淋膜由以下组分组成:
A组分40%~60%,
B组分10%~30%,
C组分10%~30%;
所述A组分为聚乙烯;
所述B组分为聚丙烯;
所述C组分的主要成分为碳酸钙。
优选的,所述C组分为碳酸钙。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:供一种汽车内饰用淋膜无纺布,其C组分的主要成分为碳酸钙,成本只有PE或PP的三分之一左右,大大降低了成本;且PP和PE等资源在石油中提取,属于不可再生的,碳酸钙的使用也大大的降低了能源损耗。
本发明具有如下特点:
把低成本材料引进汽车内饰材料的淋膜层。
采用低成本原料代替高成本原料,从而降低成本,减少能源消耗。

一种汽车内饰用淋膜无纺布,按重量份计,淋膜由以下组分组成:
A组分40%~60%,
B组分10%~30%,
C组分10%~30%;
所述A组分为聚乙烯;
所述B组分为聚丙烯;
所述C组分的主要成分为碳酸钙。
优选的,所述C组分为碳酸钙。
