本发明公开了一种药用复合包装膜,包括:从外往内依次设置的印刷层、外膜层、第一粘合胶层、铝箔层、第二粘合胶层和热封层,所述第一粘合胶层和第二粘合胶层均包括下列重量份的组份:甲苯磺酸5~8份、氢氧化钠溶液5~8份、蒎烯树脂20~25份、硅灰2~5份、消泡剂1~5份、二甲苯溶剂5~10份、天然橡胶20~30份、烯丙基乙酰乙酰胺2~5份、二氧化硅2~5份、双酚A型环氧树脂5~10份、甲醛1~3份和雷尼镍催化剂1~3份。通过上述方式,本发明其中的粘合胶层柔韧性好,提升了整体的使用性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种药用复合包装膜。
背景技术
目前,药品片剂、胶囊栓剂等医药产品的外包装大多使用泡罩包装。泡罩包装是将产品封合在透明塑料薄片形成的泡罩与封底(用纸板、塑料薄膜或薄片,铝箔或他们的复合材料制成)之间的一种包装方法。现有的这种封底基本上都是采用复合铝箔,现有的这种复合铝箔性能上还有待改进。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种药用复合包装膜,其中的粘合胶层柔韧性好,提升了整体的使用性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种药用复合包装膜,包括:从外往内依次设置的印刷层、外膜层、第一粘合胶层、铝箔层、第二粘合胶层和热封层,所述第一粘合胶层和第二粘合胶层均包括下列重量份的组份:甲苯磺酸5~8份、氢氧化钠溶液5~8份、蒎烯树脂20~25份、硅灰2~5份、消泡剂1~5份、二甲苯溶剂5~10份、天然橡胶20~30份、烯丙基乙酰乙酰胺2~5份、二氧化硅2~5份、双酚A型环氧树脂5~10份、甲醛1~3份和雷尼镍催化剂1~3份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一粘合胶层和第二粘合胶层均包括下列重量份的组份:甲苯磺酸5份、氢氧化钠溶液5份、蒎烯树脂20份、硅灰2份、消泡剂1份、二甲苯溶剂5份、天然橡胶20份、烯丙基乙酰乙酰胺2份、二氧化硅2份、双酚A型环氧树脂5份、甲醛1份和雷尼镍催化剂1份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,甲苯磺酸6份、氢氧化钠溶液6份、蒎烯树脂23份、硅灰4份、消泡剂4份、二甲苯溶剂8份、天然橡胶25份、烯丙基乙酰乙酰胺3份、二氧化硅3份、双酚A型环氧树脂8份、甲醛2份和雷尼镍催化剂2份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,甲苯磺酸8份、氢氧化钠溶液8份、蒎烯树脂25份、硅灰5份、消泡剂5份、二甲苯溶剂10份、天然橡胶30份、烯丙基乙酰乙酰胺5份、二氧化硅5份、双酚A型环氧树脂10份、甲醛3份和雷尼镍催化剂3份。

实施例二:
甲苯磺酸6份、氢氧化钠溶液6份、蒎烯树脂23份、硅灰4份、消泡剂4份、二甲苯溶剂8份、天然橡胶25份、烯丙基乙酰乙酰胺3份、二氧化硅3份、双酚A型环氧树脂8份、甲醛2份和雷尼镍催化剂2份。
实施例三:
甲苯磺酸8份、氢氧化钠溶液8份、蒎烯树脂25份、硅灰5份、消泡剂5份、二甲苯溶剂10份、天然橡胶30份、烯丙基乙酰乙酰胺5份、二氧化硅5份、双酚A型环氧树脂10份、甲醛3份和雷尼镍催化剂3份。

1.一种药用复合包装膜,其特征在于,包括:从外往内依次设置的印刷层、外膜层、第一粘合胶层、铝箔层、第二粘合胶层和热封层,所述第一粘合胶层和第二粘合胶层均包括下列重量份的组份:甲苯磺酸5~8份、氢氧化钠溶液5~8份、蒎烯树脂20~25份、硅灰2~5份、消泡剂1~5份、二甲苯溶剂5~10份、天然橡胶20~30份、烯丙基乙酰乙酰胺2~5份、二氧化硅2~5份、双酚A型环氧树脂5~10份、甲醛1~3份和雷尼镍催化剂1~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药用复合包装膜,其特征在于,所述第一粘合胶层和第二粘合胶层均包括下列重量份的组份:甲苯磺酸5份、氢氧化钠溶液5份、蒎烯树脂20份、硅灰2份、消泡剂1份、二甲苯溶剂5份、天然橡胶20份、烯丙基乙酰乙酰胺2份、二氧化硅2份、双酚A型环氧树脂5份、甲醛1份和雷尼镍催化剂1份。
3.所述第一粘合胶层和第二粘合胶层均包括下列重量份的组份:甲苯磺酸6份、氢氧化钠溶液6份、蒎烯树脂23份、硅灰4份、消泡剂4份、二甲苯溶剂8份、天然橡胶25份、烯丙基乙酰乙酰胺3份、二氧化硅3份、双酚A型环氧树脂8份、甲醛2份和雷尼镍催化剂2份。
