本发明公开了一种药用高阻隔铝塑包装膜,包括:从外往内依次设置的印刷层、外膜层、第一粘合胶层、铝箔层、第二粘合胶层和热封层,所述铝箔层的厚度为115~125微米,所述热封层包括下列重量份的组份:茂金属聚乙烯100~120份、羧甲基淀粉5~15份、碳酸氢钠2~5份、流平剂2~5份、甘油单油酸酯15~20份、二氯异氰脲酸钾5~8份、苯基三氯硅烷5~10份、粘胶纤维5~8份、硅酮粉2~4份、苯乙烯‑α‑甲基苯乙烯共聚物5~8份、特丁基‑4‑羟基茴香醚5~8份和水15~20。通过上述方式,本发明药用高阻隔铝塑包装膜,具有热封温度低的优点。

药用高阻隔铝塑包装膜
技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种药用高阻隔铝塑包装膜。
背景技术
目前,药品片剂、胶囊栓剂等医药产品的外包装大多使用泡罩包装。泡罩包装是将产品封合在透明塑料薄片形成的泡罩与封底(用纸板、塑料薄膜或薄片,铝箔或他们的复合材料制成)之间的一种包装方法。现有的这种封底基本上都是采用复合铝箔,现有的这种复合铝箔性能上还有待改进。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种药用高阻隔铝塑包装膜,具有热封温度低的优点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种药用高阻隔铝塑包装膜,包括:从外往内依次设置的印刷层、外膜层、第一粘合胶层、铝箔层、第二粘合胶层和热封层,所述铝箔层的厚度为115~125微米,所述热封层包括下列重量份的组份:茂金属聚乙烯100~120份、羧甲基淀粉5~15份、碳酸氢钠2~5份、流平剂2~5份、甘油单油酸酯15~20份、二氯异氰脲酸钾5~8份、苯基三氯硅烷5~10份、粘胶纤维5~8份、硅酮粉2~4份、苯乙烯-α-甲基苯乙烯共聚物5~8份、特丁基-4-羟基茴香醚5~8份和水15~20。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述热封层包括下列重量份的组份:茂金属聚乙烯100份、羧甲基淀粉5份、碳酸氢钠2份、流平剂2份、甘油单油酸酯15份、二氯异氰脲酸钾5份、苯基三氯硅烷5份、粘胶纤维5份、硅酮粉2份、苯乙烯-α-甲基苯乙烯共聚物5份、特丁基-4-羟基茴香醚5份和水15。

在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述热封层包括下列重量份的组份:茂金属聚乙烯120份、羧甲基淀粉15份、碳酸氢钠5份、流平剂5份、甘油单油酸酯20份、二氯异氰脲酸钾8份、苯基三氯硅烷10份、粘胶纤维8份、硅酮粉4份、苯乙烯-α-甲基苯乙烯共聚物8份、特丁基-4-羟基茴香醚8份和水20。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明药用高阻隔铝塑包装膜,具有热封温度低的优点。
