Abstract

本案涉及一种定点涂布热带型泡罩铝及其制备工艺,包括有:铝箔层,该铝箔层具有相对的第一表面和第二表面,所述第一表面设有聚氨酯胶黏剂层,该聚氨酯胶黏剂层表面设有聚酰胺层或聚酯层;所述第二表面设有定点涂布的VC胶层;其中,在所述聚氨酯胶黏剂层与所述聚酰胺层或聚酯层之间还设有油墨印刷块。本案采用定点涂布方式,能将VC胶的涂布量减少为原来的40%以内,节约60%以上的涂胶成本,同时VOCs排放量也减少了60%,能耗降低的同时大幅提高了热带铝生产中的环保性,起到节能减排的作用,本方法具有简单、实施成本低、保质效果好等特点。

Description

定点涂布热带型泡罩铝及其制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及药品包装材料领域,特别涉及一种定点涂布热带型泡罩铝及其制备工艺。
背景技术
热带型泡罩铝箔是一种热成型塑料泡罩和冷成型复合铝的组合,泡罩包装保持泡型尺寸不变,泡罩周围的面积略宽一些以便冷成型后的热带型泡罩复合膜能够与热成型泡罩封合上,弥补了传统铝塑包装中透光、阻水性差的问题,现正逐步被国内厂家所接受。
热带型泡罩铝(也称铝塑铝)的构成为聚酰胺或聚酯/铝/粘合剂,它是在一定的温度和压力下通过专用设备把这几种材料复合而成的一种片材,是专门为了增强传统铝塑包装的阻隔性而发展起来的一种包装形式,只需在聚氯乙烯(PVC)泡罩硬片背后再加一个铝塑复合膜的盖就形成了热带型泡罩铝包装。。
在现有技术中,热带泡罩铝的通常结构为聚酰胺PA25/铝箔AL60/丙烯酸VC胶,其中VC胶采用铝箔面满版涂布方式,但实际上VC胶只是在热封部位起到热封合作用,在其他部位涂布的VC胶都未被有效利用。溶剂型热封涂层的工作浓度通常为25%,干基涂布量为3.0g/m2,经计算每涂布一平方米,则要向大气中排放的有机溶剂量为2.25g。这些排放到大气中的有机溶剂(简称VOCs),一方面会造成严重的大气光化合污染,引起温室效应,造成极大的环境危害,使农作物减产,通过呼吸进入人体内,对人体的肝脏和神经***造成损害,危害企业生产工人及周围人群的健康;另一方面导致挥发性有机化合物原料的极大浪费。
采用定点涂布方式,即仅在需要热封的部位才涂布VC胶,其余部位不涂布VC胶,这样就能将VC胶的涂布量减少为原来的40%以内,即实现60%以上的涂胶成本节约,同时VOCs排放量也减少了60%,从而大幅提高了热带铝生产中的环保性。但现有技术中的VC胶的热封强度会随着时间的推移急速下降,这给定点涂布方式的稳定性带来了不小的挑战。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本案提供了一种定点涂布热带型泡罩铝及其制备工艺。
为实现上述目的,本案通过以下技术方案实现:
一种定点涂布热带型泡罩铝,其包括有:铝箔层,该铝箔层具有相对的第一表面和第二表面,所述第一表面设有聚氨酯胶黏剂层,该聚氨酯胶黏剂层表面设有聚酰胺层或聚酯层;所述第二表面设有定点涂布的VC胶层;其中,在所述聚氨酯胶黏剂层与所述聚酰胺层或聚酯层之间还设有油墨印刷块。
优选的是,所述的定点涂布热带型泡罩铝,其中,所述聚酰胺层或聚酯层的厚度为15-40μm。
优选的是,所述的定点涂布热带型泡罩铝,其中,所述铝箔层的厚度为30-100μm。
优选的是,所述的定点涂布热带型泡罩铝,其中,所述VC胶层的涂布厚度为4-8μm,涂布宽度为8-12mm。
优选的是,所述的定点涂布热带型泡罩铝,其中,所述VC胶层包括有树脂基材,该树脂基材选自丙烯酸树脂、氯醋树脂、聚酯树脂或其组合。
优选的是,所述的定点涂布热带型泡罩铝,其中,所述VC胶层还包括有改性剂,所述改性剂包括有:

一种如上所述的定点涂布热带型泡罩铝的制备工艺,其包括:
在所述聚酰胺层或聚酯层上印刷所述油墨印刷块;
将所述聚氨酯胶黏剂层铺附于所述铝箔层上,并与所述油墨印刷块进行粘接,加热固化,其中所述聚氨酯胶黏剂层的涂布量为0.2-9.9g/m2
将所述VC胶层通过定点涂布的方式涂布于所述铝箔层上。
优选的是,所述的定点涂布热带型泡罩铝的制备工艺,其中,所述VC胶层的定点涂布工艺为:气动放卷→手动对版→自动对版→精密涂布→预干燥→悬浮式干燥→间隙收卷;
其中,精密涂布时所用的涂布网目辊的版型尺寸能够被检测和识别;
所述涂布网目辊的雕刻区与非雕刻区的边缘处分别设置为波浪形,且彼此间隔,以应对网点扩张;
所述VC胶层在涂布前,被配制为浓度≥40wt%的液体。
本发明的有益效果是:本案采用定点涂布方式,即仅在需要热封的部位才涂布VC胶,其余部位不涂布VC胶,这样就能将VC胶的涂布量减少为原来的40%以内,即实现60%以上的涂胶成本节约,同时VOCs排放量也减少了60%,能耗降低的同时并大幅提高了热带铝生产中的环保性,起到节能减排的作用,本方法具有简单、实施成本低、保质效果好等特点;通过对VC胶的改进,使得其具有更加稳定和持久的热封强度。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
如图1所示,本案列出一实施例的定点涂布热带型泡罩铝,其包括有:铝箔层1,该铝箔层1具有相对的第一表面和第二表面,第一表面设有聚氨酯胶黏剂层2,该聚氨酯胶黏剂层2表面设有聚酰胺层3或聚酯层3;第二表面设有定点涂布的VC胶层4;其中,在聚氨酯胶黏剂层与聚酰胺层或聚酯层之间还设有油墨印刷块5。油墨印刷块5的作用是利于在装药环节进行光电追踪。
在上述实施例中,聚酰胺层3或聚酯层3的厚度优选为15-40μm。
在上述实施例中,铝箔层1的厚度优选为30-100μm。
在上述实施例中,VC胶层4的涂布厚度为4-8μm,涂布宽度为8-12mm。
在上述实施例中,VC胶层4包括有树脂基材,该树脂基材选自丙烯酸树脂、氯醋树脂、聚酯树脂或其组合。
作为本案另一实施例,其中,VC胶层中4还包括有改性剂,该改性剂包括有:
改性剂的作用是减缓VC胶随时间推移而产生的热封强度急剧下降的问题,以提高VC胶热封强度的稳定性和持久性,使得即便采用定点涂布的方式,也不会因涂布面积的减小而影响VC胶的热封强度。上述配方作为一个整体,其各自的比例应受到严格限制。但研究发现,上述配方中的聚合物的分子量对其性能的影响很小,因此,无需对配方中各聚合物的分子量作出限定。羧基丁苯乳胶和聚乙二醇主要用于提高VC胶在高温下的粘结强度,以及对空气的抗氧性能;异丙酸正丁酯主要用于调节VC胶从高温被热封到凝固的速率,同时,异丙酸正丁酯的另一个作用是减小VC胶凝固时的收缩应力,以提高热封的稳定性;乙烯-甲基丙烯酸乙酯共聚物的作用是减小VC胶在高温下的形变幅度,同时增加VC胶在高温下的粘度系数,从而减小其流动性,以使VC胶在较小的涂布面积下依然能保持较高的热封强度。
VC胶中除了树脂基材、改性剂,还可优选包括有常规的分散剂或表面活性剂,但这些分散剂或表面活性剂只需是胶黏剂领域常用的即可,因此本案在此不再限定。
在上述实施例中,树脂基材与改性剂含有一个优选的添加比例,即以重量份计,树脂基材∶改性剂=100∶10-20。
在上述实施例中,乙烯-甲基丙烯酸乙酯共聚物中,乙烯含量优选为31-33wt%,余量为甲基丙烯酸乙酯。为了保证乙烯-甲基丙烯酸乙酯共聚物的作用是减小形变幅度和增加粘度系数,需要对其中的乙烯含量进行限定。
如上所述的定点涂布热带型泡罩铝的制备工艺,其包括:
在聚酰胺层或聚酯层上印刷油墨印刷块;
将聚氨酯胶黏剂层铺附于铝箔层上,并与油墨印刷块进行粘接,加热固化,其中聚氨酯胶黏剂层的涂布量为0.2-9.9g/m2
将VC胶层通过定点涂布的方式涂布于铝箔层上。
在上述实施例中,VC胶层的定点涂布工艺为:气动放卷→手动对版→自动对版→精密涂布→预干燥→悬浮式干燥→间隙收卷;
其中,精密涂布时所用的涂布网目辊的版型尺寸能够被检测和识别;
涂布网目辊的雕刻区与非雕刻区的边缘处分别设置为波浪形,且彼此间隔,以应对网点扩张;
VC胶层在涂布前,被配制为浓度≥40wt%的液体。

1.一种定点涂布热带型泡罩铝,其特征在于,包括有:铝箔层,该铝箔层具有相对的第一表面和第二表面,所述第一表面设有聚氨酯胶黏剂层,该聚氨酯胶黏剂层表面设有聚酰胺层或聚酯层;所述第二表面设有定点涂布的VC胶层;其中,在所述聚氨酯胶黏剂层与所述聚酰胺层或聚酯层之间还设有油墨印刷块;
所述VC胶层包括有树脂基材,该树脂基材选自丙烯酸树脂、氯醋树脂、聚酯树脂或其组合;
所述VC胶层还包括有改性剂,所述改性剂包括有:

2.如权利要求1所述的定点涂布热带型泡罩铝,其特征在于,所述聚酰胺层或聚酯层的厚度为15-40μm。

将所述聚氨酯胶黏剂层铺附于所述铝箔层上,并与所述油墨印刷块进行粘接,加热固化,其中所述聚氨酯胶黏剂层的涂布量为0.2-9.9g/m2
将所述VC胶层通过定点涂布的方式涂布于所述铝箔层上。
8.如权利要求7所述的定点涂布热带型泡罩铝的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述VC胶层的定点涂布工艺为:气动放卷→手动对版→自动对版→精密涂布→预干燥→悬浮式干燥→间隙收卷;
