本发明提供一种高保温农业大棚苫被,包括反辐射薄膜、塑料薄膜和苫被,其特征是在农业大棚的保温苫被内面贴敷反辐射薄膜,外面贴敷塑料薄膜,绗引组合应用,所述反辐射薄膜是以盈速粒为主要添加剂吹制的聚乙烯薄膜,本发明的高保温农业大棚苫被与现有技术相比,具有原料充足、成本低廉、制取容易、使用方便的突出特点,此外还具有将棚内高于环境温度的热源90%以上反射返回棚内的作用。可减少苫被填充物、降低苫被体积和重量,以其光滑的两面,对内减少对棚膜的损伤、对外减少风阻,使苫被卷放更方便、使用更安全、保温效果更好,因而具有很好的应用推广价值。

一、技术领域:
本发明涉及农业大棚保温,具体的说是一种高保温农业大棚苫被。
二、背景技术:
农业大棚和农业大棚技术颠覆了农作物生长的地域限制和季节、气候限制,极大的促进了农业生产、改善了整个人类的生活,特别是饮食质量。农业大棚能够异地域、逆季节气候从事农业生产的基本作用是保温。现有技术下的棚顶保温主要是通过降低热传导和对流实现的,其性能的提升主要依赖苫被的质量提高和厚度的增加,不可避免的会造成成本和重量的增加,形成更多的不利因素和限制因素。
三、发明内容
本发明的目的是针对以上现状和问题,提供一种方法简单、应用方便,通过反热辐射阻止热量散失,高效节能的高保温农业大棚苫被。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种高保温农业大棚苫被,包括反辐射薄膜,苫被和塑料薄膜,其特征是在农业大棚的保温苫被内面敷贴反辐射薄膜,外面敷贴塑料薄膜,绗引固定组合应用,所述反辐射内膜是以盈速粒为主要添加剂吹制的聚乙烯薄膜,塑料薄膜是现有通用的聚乙烯薄膜。
所述的高保温农业大棚苫被,其特征是以气泡膜或水泡膜替代以稻草编制的草苫或纤维无纺织造的棉苫和塑料薄膜,与反辐射薄膜组合全塑性高保温农业大棚苫被。
所述的高保温农业大棚苫被,其特征是反辐射薄膜与塑料薄膜热合或压合、组合为具有反正面的复合反辐射膜,反辐射薄膜面向内,塑料薄膜面向外使用。
所述的高保温农业大棚苫被,其特征是以降低农业大棚内温度为目的的应用时,将组合苫被或复合反辐射薄膜翻转,反辐射薄膜在外或反辐射膜膜面向外应用。
所述的高保温农业大棚苫被,其特征是在高寒区域农业大棚的硬性围墙内面粘贴反辐射薄膜或复合反辐射膜。
本发明的高保温农业大棚苫被与现有技术相比,具有原料充足、成本低廉、制取容易、使用方便、保温性能超强等突出特点,此外还具有以下显著优点:
1、盈速粒是航天器保温涂层的添加剂,解密后因其低兼的制取过程和超强的保温性能被迅速广泛应用于民用保温。将盈速粒作为添加剂制取反辐射薄膜应用于农业大棚保温苫被,能极大提高保温效果。其减少的棚内增温能源投入及创造的更佳作物生长环境,大大超过制作和使用复合苫被的投入。
2、反辐射薄膜将棚内高于环境温度的热源,90%以上反射返回棚内的作用,可减少苫被内草棉等充填物数量,减少苫被的重量和体积,卷放更方便,对棚膜压力更少,闲置期间便于存储。
3、苫被两面均覆以光滑的薄膜,在内可减少对棚膜的损伤,在外可降低风阻方便固定。

下面结合说明书附图对本发明的高保温农业大棚苫被作进一步详细说明:
本发明所述的反辐射薄膜1是在吹膜前的聚乙烯原料中加混一定比例的盈速粒,在熔融过程中充分搅拌混合均匀后吹塑成型,得到反辐射薄膜1。
在现行通用的以草棉为基料的苫被3一面铺敷反辐射薄膜1,另一面铺敷塑料薄膜2,通过绗缝4将三者组合为一体制取农业大棚保温苫被。
使用中,在农业大棚需保温时,以反辐射薄膜1向内的复合苫被覆盖大棚并压紧,尽量减少苫被与棚膜间的空气流动,需强化保温措施时,也可将复合的保温苫被或反辐射薄膜1,贴敷于大棚内的硬性实体壁墙上。
除说明书所述的技术特征外,均为本专业技术人员的已知技术。

1.一种高保温农业大棚苫被,包括反辐射薄膜,苫被和塑料薄膜,其特征是在农业大棚的保温苫被内面敷贴反辐射薄膜,外面敷贴塑料薄膜,绗引固定组合应用,所述反辐射内膜是以盈速粒为主要添加剂吹制的聚乙烯薄膜,塑料薄膜是现有通用的聚乙烯薄膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高保温农业大棚苫被,其特征是以气泡膜或水泡膜替代以稻草编制的草苫或纤维无纺织造的棉苫和塑料薄膜、与反辐射薄膜组合全塑性高保温农业大棚苫被。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高保温农业大棚苫被,其特征是反辐射薄膜与塑料薄膜热合或压合、组合为具有反正面的复合反辐射薄膜,反辐射薄膜面向内,塑料膜膜面向外使用。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高保温农业大棚苫被,其特征是以降低农业大棚内温度为目的的应用时,将组合苫被或复合反辐射薄膜翻转,反辐射薄膜在外或反辐射薄膜面向外应用。
