用于配制饮料的份额杯及方法
技术领域
本发明关于一种配制饮料或食物的方法,在该方法中液体冲过份额杯且溶解及/或溶出饮料/食品物质。本发明进一步关于具有杯体的份额杯,其杯壁及杯底包围出内部空间,在其中装有饮料/食品物质,该物质被导入份额杯的液体溶解及/或溶出。
背景技术
份额杯现今多用于配制饮料或食品。为此份额杯被液体,特别是热水,冲过,且在份额杯中的饮料/食品物质被溶出及/或溶解。然而如此产生的饮料通常风味不足。
发明内容
因而本发明的目的在于提出一种份额杯,其不具有先前技术的缺点。
此目的通过一种配制饮料或食品的方法达成,在该方法中液体冲过份额杯且溶解及/或溶出饮料/食品物质,而该份额杯在配制饮料前及/或配制饮料时被挤压,使饮料/食品物质受到压缩。
针对本发明标的物的实施例对本发明针对其它标的物的实施例同样成立,反之亦然。本发明此标的物的特征可与本发明其它标的物的特征结合。
本发明关于一种配制饮料或食品的方法,在该方法中液体冲过份额杯且溶解及/或溶出饮料/食品物质。份额杯具有杯体,该杯体具有杯壁,例如圆柱或锥形壁,及具有杯底,两者共同形成内部空间。在此内部空间装有饮料/食品物质,可供配制例如茶、咖啡、特浓咖啡(Espresso)、抑或食品,例如汤,其方式为,将液体,特别是热水,冲入份额杯,该液体溶解及/或溶出饮料/食品物质。该饮料/食品物质可为例如咖啡粉末或茶叶,但亦可为干燥牛奶或可可粉末。
在本发明中份额杯在饮料配制前及/或配制中被挤压,并因此压缩饮料/食品物质。物质因而被均匀冲泡。另外或追加作法是,提高物质粉末的流阻,以提升所配制饮料或食品的质量。
在内部空间中,特别是在液体供应的下游方向及饮料/食品物质的上游方向,以设有液体分配器为佳,其至少局部将通常以水柱形式导入份额杯的液体供应分配至份额杯的截面。另一种作法是液体供应由盖子朝上游方向进入冲泡室,且经由多孔,特别是戳孔,为佳,该戳孔最好被盖子上的戳孔器,特别是盖箔,施加为佳,以预分配形式导入份额杯内部空间,且必要时在第二步骤经由液体分配器至少局部额外分配至份额杯截面。液体在饮料/食品物质的冲击速度被液体分配器降低。
根据一优选的实施例,液体分配器可为塑料构件,例如射出成形及/或深抽而成。
份额杯最好在其轴向的延伸受到缩减。特别是组合冲泡室两半部时,份额杯在其纵向延伸,亦即平行于旋转对称轴或平行于冲入份额杯的液体冲流方向,受到挤压,使份额杯容积减少,且饮料/食品物质被压缩。这当中饮料/食品物质粉末的密度改变及/或饮料/食品物质在份额杯中重新分布。该压缩可经由杯壁的塑性及/或弹性变形产生。例如份额杯的壁可具有预设的折点,该折点以沿份额杯壁全部周缘开设为佳,但特别优选仅在其轴向延伸的部份区域开设,促进变形。
另外或额外的作法在于,份额杯至少在其径向分段缩短,亦即横对旋转对称轴方向、或垂直于冲过份额杯的液体的冲流方向受到挤压,减少份额杯容积,因而压缩饮料/食品物质。这当中饮料/食品物质粉末的密度改变及/或饮料/食品物质在份额杯中重新分布。该压缩可经由杯壁的塑性及/或弹性变形产生。例如份额杯的壁可具有预设的折点,有利于变形。该挤压可发生于份额杯壁特定区域或发生于其整个周缘上及/或份额杯壁的整个高度上。例如份额杯壁可具有预设的折点,其以沿份额杯壁的轴向延伸方向为佳,但特别优选仅在其周缘部分区域延伸,帮助其变形。
本发明另一标的物为份额杯,具有杯体,其杯壁与杯底形成内部空间,其中容纳饮料/食品物质,该物质被冲入份额杯的液体溶解及/或溶出,其特征为,杯壁及/或杯底可压缩。
针对本发明此标的物的实施例对本发明其它标的物同样成立,反之亦然。本发明个别标的物的特征可互相结合。
本发明另一标的物为一种由冲泡室及冲泡塞构成的***,冲泡室中置入根据本发明的份额杯,而冲泡塞关闭冲泡室且其上设有戳孔器,其可打开份额杯,而在冲泡室上及/或在冲泡塞上设有器物,可以在配制饮料或食品当中或配制前缩减份额杯的容积。
针对本发明此标的物的实施例对本发明其它标的物同样成立,反之亦然。本发明个别标的物的特征可互相结合。
冲泡室,特别是容纳份额杯体的部分,以分段或分部设置为佳,而各段可相对移动,使其径向及/或轴向挤压杯体。在将份额杯置入冲泡室后各段/部互相移动,且经由此份额杯在径向周缘及/或在其轴向延伸缩减。在冲泡程序结束后,各段/部又互相移动且份额杯可被抛弃。

图1至图3分别示出本发明的方法、份额杯及***的一实施例。
具体实施方式
图1显示本发明的***的第一实施例,其具有份额杯1,该份额杯由杯体及杯盖构成,杯体例如由塑料材料射出成形或深抽而成的杯体,而杯盖特别是盖箔,该盖箔以设于杯体凸缘上为佳,特别是附设于其上。在份额杯的内部空间中,特别是在杯体中,装有饮料/食品物质,该物质被冲泡及溶出,配制出饮料或食品。冲泡时例如盖箔被戳孔刺28戳穿,且液体,特别是热水,冲入份额杯中,溶出及/或溶解饮料/食品物质。饮料/食品物质被液体冲过后,所配制的饮料或食品离开份额杯,例如经由杯底。在杯体内部可设置过滤组件4,防止颗粒由份额杯冲出。此外本发明的***具有冲泡室25,在本实施例中该杯体至少被部分容纳于其中。本***进一步具有冲泡塞26,在其上在此处设有戳孔刺28且在本实施例中设有密封环27,在配制饮料时,冲泡塞被推向冲泡室25方向,亦即图中向左方向。在图1的右方部分该***处于关闭状态,冲泡塞26压在份额杯1的凸缘上,抵紧冲泡室25,而密封环27使冲泡塞对份额杯密封。同时戳孔刺刺穿盖箔,使液体可冲入份额杯。比较图1左边与右边显示,份额杯在冲泡塞运动时由其原先的轴向延伸D缩减至在轴向延伸的D’,亦即份额杯的杯壁在轴向平行于份额杯的旋转对称轴或平行于液体的冲流方向被压缩。同时在份额杯中的饮料/食品物质亦被压缩,一方面可造成饮料/食品物质在份额杯内部重新分布及/或其密度提高,其方式为粉末个别颗粒间的空室变小。饮料/食品物质的粉末的流阻升高,使得例如液体在份额杯截面上分布更好,且造成饮料/食品物质较佳的溶出及/或溶解行为。经由较高的流阻饮料/食品物质的溶出改善。
图2显示本发明另一实施例,其中至少部分可参考图1中的实施例。在本实施例中,可在份额杯的轴向压缩外另外或额外产生径向压缩,使得杯体3由其原先半径R(左边的图示)缩减至半径R’(右边的图示)。在本实施例中此经由冲泡室分段而产生,而冲泡室部分,特别是在份额杯径向周缘上接着于杯底与凸缘的间的部分可相向及相背运动,使份额杯被压缩且再度造成饮料/食品物质的密致。该运动可为转动或线性运动或两种运动的结合。份额杯在本实施例中被置入冲泡室25且冲泡塞接触在份额杯的杯盖上。因而可活动的分段/分部相向运动,直至或者达到特定压力,及/或容积缩小定量。之后配制所需的饮料及/或食品,其方式为,将液体,特别是热水,冲过份额杯。饮料及/或食品配制完成后,两部分重回其原先位置,且份额杯可被抛弃。
图3示出本发明的***又一实施例,其基本可参考图2中的实施例。在此实施例中冲泡室25亦实施为两分部或多分部,而两分部(25’、25”)互相保持一定距离,由图3中左侧图示可看出。一旦份额杯被置入冲泡室,且特别是冲泡塞在冲泡室25方向运动,且接触在份额杯的凸缘上的后,份额杯的两分部(25’、25”),此处线性,相向运动,因而份额杯的容积又缩减,且饮料/食品物质的密度及/或位置改变。

Claims (9)

1.一种配制饮料或食品的方法,在所述方法中液体冲过份额杯(1)且溶解及/或溶出饮料/食品物质(11),其特征在于,所述份额杯在配制饮料前及/或在配制饮料时被挤压,且饮料/食品物质(11)被压缩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述份额杯在其轴向延伸(D)缩减。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述份额杯至少分段在其径向延伸(R)缩减。
4.一种份额杯(1),具有杯体(3),其杯壁(9)及杯底(5)形成内部空间,在其中置入饮料/食品物质(11),所述物质被冲入份额杯中的液体溶解及/或溶出,其特征在于,所述杯壁(9)及/或所述杯底(5)可被压缩。
5.根据权利要求4所述的份额杯(1),其特征在于,在杯壁及/或杯底(5)上设置预折点。
6.一种由冲泡室(25)及冲泡塞(26)构成的***,在冲泡室中置入前述权利要求中任一项所述的份额杯,而冲泡塞关闭所述冲泡室,其特征在于,在所述冲泡室(25)上及或在所述冲泡塞(26)上设有器物(12),可缩减份额杯的容积。
7.根据权利要求6所述的***,其特征在于,所述器物(12)为一个或多个分段,其径向挤压杯体。
8.根据权利要求6所述的***,其特征在于,所述冲泡室实施成多分部式,而分部(25’、25”)可互相相对运动,特别是滑动。
9.根据权利要求8所述的***,其特征在于,所述分部径向压缩杯体。
