Abstract

本发明提供复合直流电容器,它包括有由陶瓷材料制成的圆柱形电极座,电极座外周面上设有内凹的弧形绕线环,电极座底部嵌装有密封垫,电极座内设有圆柱形的金属极脚,金属极脚底部穿过电极座和密封垫后与电容器内的电容芯体连接,金属极脚顶部伸出电极座形成连接端,连接端上设有外锁螺纹,外锁螺母啮合在外锁螺纹上,连接端底部设有n形的线槽,线槽贯穿于连接端的金属极脚上。本方案采用啮合式的金属极脚更换,维护方便,且可循环利用。

技术领域
本发明涉及电容器技术领域,尤其是指一种复合直流电容器。
背景技术
复合介质电容器可用于与高压脉冲、高压换相、机车控制电路、无线电通讯(铁路信号、雷达通讯、)、滤波、补偿、突波吸收、激光电源、矿山钻井设备、中高频设备、医疗设备、电网功率补偿、铁路电力机车***、高级音响设备、家用电器、工业自动化设备、仪器仪表等领域;现有的复合直流电容器极脚都是固定结构,安装不方便,而且不好绕线。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种防泄漏、维护方便、可循环利用的复合直流电容器。
为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的技术方案为:
复合直流电容器,包括:
电极座,呈圆柱形,与电容器相连接;所述电极座由陶瓷材料制成,其外周面上设有内凹的用于绕线的弧形绕线环;所述电极座底部嵌装有密封垫,所述密封垫用于密封电极座和电容器的连接部位;
金属极脚,呈圆柱形,设置于所述电极座内;所述金属极脚的底部穿过电极座和密封垫后与电容器内的电容芯体连接;所述金属极脚的顶部伸出电极座形成连接端,所述连接端底部设有供线直接穿过的n形线槽,所述线槽贯穿于连接端的金属极脚上;所述电极座顶部设有下凹的安装槽,所述线槽底部的金属极脚扩展形成安装环,所述安装环通过螺纹啮合固定在安装槽内;所述连接端上设有外锁螺纹;以及
外锁螺母,所述外锁螺母啮合在外锁螺纹上,通过扭紧外锁螺母用以固定穿设于线槽内的线。
所述电极座底部设有外连接螺纹,并通过该外连接螺纹与电容器相连接。
本发明在采用上述方案后,采用陶瓷材料制成的电极座可以绕线,方便连接,采用n形的线槽可以直接将线穿过,再扭紧外锁螺母即可固定,密封垫用于密封电极座和电容器的连接部位,防止泄漏,采用啮合式的金属极脚更换,维护方便,且可循环利用。

本发明的较佳实施例为:所述的复合直流电容器包括有由陶瓷材料制成的圆柱形电极座,所述电极座底部设有外连接螺纹,并通过该外连接螺纹与电容器相连接,电极座外周面上设有内凹的弧形绕线环,电极座底部嵌装有密封垫,电极座内设有圆柱形的金属极脚,金属极脚底部穿过电极座和密封垫后与电容器内的电容芯体连接,金属极脚顶部伸出电极座形成连接端,连接端上设有外锁螺纹,外锁螺母啮合在外锁螺纹上,连接端底部设有形的线槽,线槽贯穿于连接端的金属极脚上,所述电极座顶部设有下凹的安装槽,线槽底部的金属极脚扩展形成安装环,安装环通过螺纹啮合固定在安装槽内。本实施例采用陶瓷材料制成的电极座可以绕线,方便连接,采用n形的线槽可以直接将线穿过,再扭紧外锁螺母即可固定,密封垫用于密封电极座和电容器的连接部位,防止泄漏,采用啮合式的金属极脚更换,维护方便,且可循环利用。

1.复合直流电容器,其特征在于,包括:
电极座,呈圆柱形,与电容器相连接;所述电极座由陶瓷材料制成,其外周面上设有内凹的用于绕线的弧形绕线环;所述电极座底部嵌装有密封垫,所述密封垫用于密封电极座和电容器的连接部位;
金属极脚,呈圆柱形,设置于所述电极座内;所述金属极脚的底部穿过电极座和密封垫后与电容器内的电容芯体连接;所述金属极脚的顶部伸出电极座形成连接端,所述连接端底部设有供线直接穿过的n形线槽,所述线槽贯穿于连接端的金属极脚上;所述电极座顶部设有下凹的安装槽,所述线槽底部的金属极脚扩展形成安装环,所述安装环通过螺纹啮合固定在安装槽内;所述连接端上设有外锁螺纹;以及
外锁螺母,所述外锁螺母啮合在外锁螺纹上,通过扭紧外锁螺母用以固定穿设于线槽内的线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合直流电容器,其特征在于,所述电极座底部设有外连接螺纹,并通过该外连接螺纹与电容器相连接。
