Abstract

一种相机架伸缩杆,包括外管、装在外管端部的固定管套、可伸缩套入到该固定管套中的内管,由于在所述固定管套的管壁孔中从内往外依次设有滑块、调节弹簧和调节螺丝,所述滑块里侧贴合到该内管的表面上,于是相机架伸缩杆不管是在伸缩调节还是在锁定状态时,在调节弹簧的作用下,滑块始终压在内管中,这样就可以消除内管和固定管套之间的间隙,使得在锁紧使用或伸缩调节时都不会出现抖动、晃动,从而确保了拍摄效果;另外,由于在使用一段时间后,由于受内管与滑块之间的磨损和调节弹簧的弹力变化影响,内管与固定管套之间的间隙会发生变化,这时就可通过拧动调节螺丝调紧一些来达到始终消除间隙的目的,因此本发明的结构更合理。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种摄影器材,尤其是指相机架的伸缩杆。
背景技术
我们知道,相机架可以调整相机的拍摄高度和避免在拍摄时的抖动,从而提高相机稳定性,进一步增强相机的拍摄效果,当前的相机架主要有单脚和三脚式伸缩杆两种,每条伸缩杆都是由至少两根管由小往大依次套接在一起,相邻管之间可以上下伸缩调节,在调节完成后通过拧动锁紧装置来拧紧。在使用时将相机安装在相机架的云台上,在有需要时再通过拧松锁紧装置来伸缩它对应的那段相邻管的长短来调节相机架高度,在调节完成后再拧紧锁紧装置。
当前,每条伸缩杆的伸缩结构主要有两种:一种是在每一段相邻管之间的伸缩调节都是独立的,这种结构不仅调节费时、费力,而且操作起来也比较慢;一种是同一条伸缩杆的所有管在伸缩时是联动的,如中国专利号为201230491236.1的相机架伸缩杆,它在伸缩操作时既方便、又快捷。这两种结构的伸缩杆,管与管之间的间隙较大,在锁紧使用或伸缩调节时易出现抖动、晃动,从而影响了拍摄效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种结构更合理、能消除内管间隙的相机架伸缩杆,它在伸缩调节时仍能确保拍摄效果。
为了解决上述存在的技术问题,本发明采用下述技术方案:
一种相机架伸缩杆,包括外管、装在外管端部的固定管套、可伸缩套入到该固定管套中的内管,在所述固定管套的管壁孔中从内往外依次设有滑块、调节弹簧和调节螺丝;所述滑块里侧贴合到该内管的表面上,所述调节螺丝在该管壁孔中拧动时能调节该滑块与内管之间的松紧。
在对上述相机架伸缩杆的改进方案中,所述滑块在竖方向上呈条形;所述调节调簧作用在该滑块的中间位置上;在所述滑块的上、下端分别设有定位柱,在所述固定管套中设有供该定位柱在其中滑行的定位孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:由于在所述固定管套的管壁孔中从内往外依次设有滑块、调节弹簧和调节螺丝,所述滑块里侧贴合到该内管的表面上,于是相机架伸缩杆不管是在伸缩调节还是在锁定状态时,在调节弹簧的作用下,滑块始终压在内管中,这样就可以消除内管和固定管套之间的间隙,使得在锁紧使用或伸缩调节时都不会出现抖动、晃动,从而确保了拍摄效果;另外,由于在使用一段时间后,由于受内管与滑块之间的磨损和调节弹簧的弹力变化影响,内管与固定管套之间的间隙会发生变化,这时就可通过拧动调节螺丝调紧一些来达到始终消除间隙的目的,因此本发明的结构更合理。

【具体实施方式】
本发明为一种相机架伸缩杆,如图1至4所示,包括外管1、装在外管1端部的固定管套2、可伸缩套入到该固定管套2中的内管3,在所述固定管套2的管壁孔21中从内往外依次设有滑块4、调节弹簧5和调节螺丝6,它们组成了间隙消除结构,所述滑块4里侧贴合到该内管3的表面上,所述调节螺丝6在该管壁孔21中拧动时能调节该滑块4与内管3之间的松紧。相机架伸缩杆不管是在伸缩调节还是在锁定状态时,在调节弹簧的作用下,滑块始终压在内管中,这样就可以消除内管和固定管套之间的间隙,使得在锁紧使用或伸缩调节时都不会出现抖动、晃动,从而确保了拍摄效果;另外,由于在使用一段时间后,由于受内管与滑块之间的磨损和调节弹簧的弹力变化影响,内管与固定管套之间的间隙会发生变化,这时就可通过拧动调节螺丝调紧一些来达到始终消除间隙的目的,因此本发明的结构更合理。
优选地,所述滑块4在竖方向上呈条形以增大滑块与内管之间的接触长度,来进一步减少晃动,所述调节调簧5作用在该滑块4的中间位置上;在所述滑块4的上、下端分别设有定位柱41,在所述固定管套2中设有供该定位柱41在其中滑行的定位孔22,这样可避免滑块掉落。
综上所述仅为本发明较佳的实施例,并非用来限定本发明的实施范围。即凡依本发明申请专利范围的内容所作的等效变化及修饰,皆应属于本发明的技术范畴。

Claims (2)

1.一种相机架伸缩杆,包括外管(1)、装在外管(1)端部的固定管套(2)、可伸缩套入到该固定管套(2)中的内管(3),其特征在于,在所述固定管套(2)的管壁孔(21)中从内往外依次设有滑块(4)、调节弹簧(5)和调节螺丝(6);所述滑块(4)里侧贴合到该内管(3)的表面上,所述调节螺丝(6)在该管壁孔(21)中拧动时能调节该滑块(4)与内管(3)之间的松紧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的相机架伸缩杆,其特征在于,所述滑块(4)在竖方向上呈条形;所述调节调簧(5)作用在该滑块(4)的中间位置上;在所述滑块(4)的上、下端分别设有定位柱(41),在所述固定管套(2)中设有供该定位柱(41)在其中滑行的定位孔(22)。
