本发明公开一种装饰面板材快速安装工艺，属于建筑装饰工程技术领域，装饰材料包括装饰板、泡沫双面胶和免钉胶，装饰板背面四周使用泡沫双面胶与墙体之间粘连，免钉胶位于装饰板背面泡沫双面胶围成的空腔处，用于装饰板与墙体之间的粘连。装饰面板材快速安装工艺方法安装快捷、方便，灵活的安装方式节约大量人力物力成本，更适应现代生活节奏。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑装饰工程技术领域，涉及木饰面板材安装，尤其是一种装饰面板材快速安装工艺。
背景技术
随着社会的发展，人们生活水平的提高，人们开始更多的关注生活品质，因此，消费者对装饰装修提出更高的要求。完美的装饰应与墙体紧密结合。近年来伴随装饰行业的发展，装饰木质墙板、金属板已经成为重要的一种装修方式，而其安装方式也显得尤为突出。
目前，在传统的装饰装修工程中，装饰木墙板及其它墙面板和墙体的连接方式，大多数是依靠工人采用气泵及气钉枪、射钉枪连接在墙上，这样的常规技术存在以下弊端：
1)因人工采用气泵、气钉枪固定木质饰面板而导致钉眼外露；
2)木质墙面板因热胀冷缩与墙体的固定不牢固；
3)因传统弊端容易损坏表面层，油漆表面容易被破坏；
4)严重影响装饰面外观效果。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题，本发明为解决现有技术的不足，提供一种装饰板安装工艺，使安装技术实现模块化、快速化、智能化，墙体可用或不用基层，实现快速装配、任意更换，延长装饰板使用寿命，缩短施工时间，以满足现代生活对装饰装修的时代要求。
本发明的技术方案如下：
一种装饰面板材快速安装工艺，装饰材料包括装饰板、泡沫双面胶和免钉胶，装饰板背面四周使用泡沫双面胶与墙体之间粘连，免钉胶位于装饰板背面泡沫双面胶围成的空腔处，用于装饰板与墙体之间的粘连。
进一步，装饰板可采用实木板、多层板、刨花板、中纤板、三聚氰胺板板材、颗粒板、铁板、铝板。
装饰面板材快速安装工艺方法如下：
第一步，根据设计方案分割装饰板，制成安装可快速安装的装饰板；
第二步，在墙体装饰面，根据装饰设计方案，确定泡沫双面胶的粘贴具***置；
第三步，撕开泡沫双面胶其中一面的胶面露出贴胶，将贴胶面粘贴于墙体的粘贴位置处，使墙体表面与泡沫双面胶相粘连；
第四步，装饰板背面避开需要粘贴泡沫双面胶位置，在泡沫双面胶围成的空腔处涂抹适量免钉胶；
第五步，撕开第三步完成后粘贴于墙体表面的泡沫双面胶另一面的胶面，露出贴胶，将装饰板背面与此泡沫双面胶相粘连，使墙体与装饰板紧密连接成一体。
第六步，重复上述第三步至第五步，完成整个墙体装饰面的装饰板安装。
第七步，在通风、环境相对湿度不大于55％RH，条件下静置24小时以上。
本发明的效果和益处是：
(1)该装饰面板材快速安装工艺，安装快捷、方便，灵活的安装方式节约大量人力物力成本，更适应现代生活节奏；
(2)不受环境、气候影响，使用寿命长；
(3)健康环保，无甲醛，无异味，满足对高品质生活的追求。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。
一种装饰面板材快速安装工艺，装饰材料，如说明书附图1和附图2所示，包括装饰板1、泡沫双面胶3和免钉胶4，装饰板1背面四周使用泡沫双面胶3与墙体2之间粘连，免钉胶4位于装饰板1背面泡沫双面胶3围成的空腔处，用于装饰板1与墙体2之间的粘连。装饰板1包括实木板、多层板、刨花板、中纤板、三聚氰胺板板材、颗粒板、铁板、铝板等。
装饰面板材快速安装工艺方法如下：
第一步，根据设计方案分割装饰板，制成安装可快速安装的装饰板1；
第二步，在墙体2装饰面，根据装饰设计方案，确定泡沫双面胶3的粘贴具***置；
第三步，撕开泡沫双面胶3其中一面的胶面露出贴胶，将贴胶面粘贴于墙体2的粘贴位置处，使墙体2表面与泡沫双面胶3相粘连；
第四步，装饰板1背面避开需要粘贴泡沫双面胶3位置，在泡沫双面胶围成的空腔处涂抹适量免钉胶4；
第五步，撕开第三步完成后粘贴于墙体表面的泡沫双面胶3另一面的胶面，露出贴胶，将装饰板1背面与此泡沫双面胶3相粘连，使墙体2与装饰板1紧密连接成一体。
第六步，重复上述第三步至第五步，完成整个墙体装饰面的装饰板1安装。
第七步，在通风、环境相对湿度不大于55％RH，条件下静置24小时以上。
装饰面板安装后的静置期间，避免其他外界物品与装饰板接触，防止装饰板受其他物品重力作用造成产品变形，影响装饰效果。

1.一种装饰面板材快速安装工艺，其特征在于：
装饰材料包括装饰板(1)、泡沫双面胶(3)和免钉胶(4)，所述装饰板(1)背面四周使用泡沫双面胶(3)与墙体(2)之间粘连，所述免钉胶(4)位于装饰板(1)背面泡沫双面胶(3)围成的空腔处，用于装饰板(1)与墙体(2)之间的粘连；
所述装饰面板材快速安装工艺方法如下：
第一步，根据设计方案分割装饰板，制成安装可快速安装的装饰板(1)；
第二步，在墙体(2)装饰面，根据装饰设计方案，确定泡沫双面胶(3)的粘贴具***置；
第三步，撕开泡沫双面胶(3)其中一面的胶面露出贴胶，将贴胶面粘贴于墙体(2)的粘贴位置处，使墙体(2)表面与泡沫双面胶(3)相粘连；
第四步，装饰板(1)背面避开需要粘贴泡沫双面胶(3)位置，在泡沫双面胶围成的空腔处涂抹适量免钉胶(4)；
第五步，撕开第三步完成后粘贴于墙体表面的泡沫双面胶(3)另一面的胶面，露出贴胶，将装饰板(1)背面与此泡沫双面胶(3)相粘连，使墙体(2)与装饰板(1)紧密连接成一体。
第六步，重复上述第三步至第五步，完成整个墙体装饰面的装饰板(1)安装。
第七步，在通风、环境相对湿度不大于55％RH，条件下静置24小时以上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种装饰面板材快速安装工艺，其特征在于，所述装饰板(1)可采用实木板、多层板、刨花板、中纤板、三聚氰胺板板材、颗粒板、铁板、铝板。
