本发明涉及羊毛织物功能整理技术领域,尤其是涉及了一种羊毛织物功能性整理剂及其对羊毛织物的功能性整理方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,以及人们对纺织品化学整理剂危害性认识的加深,人们更注重面料的选材,其中天然纤维及其羊毛织物面料成为关注健康、舒适和环保的消费者首选。但天然纤维或羊毛织物面料本身也一定程度的存在某些性能上的不足和缺陷,尤其是缺少利于人体的更多样功能,这也成为纺织技术研究和发展的重要课题,因此,加快发展功能性整理技术是纺织服装发展的必然趋势。
以羊毛织物为例,为了提高羊毛织物的耐久性、抗菌性功能,一般需要采用化学处理对羊毛织物进行功能性整理,但是对羊毛织物本身也存在一定的损坏,而且进行整理后的羊毛织物未经任何处理,因此羊毛织物在抗皱性能以及机械性能均无显著改变,难以满足现代人对羊毛织物面料的舒适度的高要求。
因此,为了解决上述存在的问题,本发明特提供了一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种羊毛织物功能性整理剂及其对羊毛织物的功能性整理方法,采用功能性整理剂对羊毛织物进行功能性整理,且对经过功能性整理后的羊毛织物进行强化处理,在改善羊毛织物耐久性、抗菌性的同时,其抗皱性、机械强度均有所提高。
本发明针对上述技术缺陷所采用的技术方案是:
本发明提供了一种羊毛织物功能性整理剂,该功能性整理剂包括转谷氨酰胺酶、壳聚糖和酸性调节剂,其中转谷氨酰胺酶的浓度为1g/L-100g/L,该功能性整理剂的制备方法是:将转谷氨酰胺酶和壳聚糖加入该功能性整理剂体系中,并用酸性调节剂将体系的pH值调节为2.3-3.8,使得体系呈酸性环境。
进一步地,所述酸性调节剂为醋酸、柠檬酸、醋酸钠中的任意一种。
进一步地,所述转谷氨酰胺酶的浓度为2g/L-60g/L。
进一步地,所述壳聚糖与酸性调节剂的浓度之比为1:0.5-1:1。
本发明还提供了一种利用该功能性整理剂对羊毛织物的功能性整理方法:将预处理的羊毛织物浸渍于该功能理剂中,其浴比为1:10-1:20,加入交联剂,其后升温至45-60℃,浸渍1-5h,之后采用90-100℃的热水进行水洗3-5min,终止该体系的反映,最后再水洗、烘干得到整理羊毛织物。
进一步地,羊毛织物的预处理方法为:将羊毛织物浸渍在pH为7.5-8.5的甘氨酰胺缓冲液中,其浴比为1:30-1:50,浸渍时间为2-3h,其后水洗1-5min,烘干。
进一步地,所述交联剂为二丙烯酸-1,4-丁二醇酯、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯中的任意一种或一种以上的组合。
进一步地,在预处理过的羊毛织物进行功能性整理前,还必须要进行酶处理,具体操作是:已预处理过的羊毛织物浸渍到酶处理液中,其浴比为1:10-1: 30,40-50℃温度下浸渍45-90min,其后水洗、烘干,其中,所述的酶处理液的组成为:蛋白酶6-10%,渗透剂为0.1-1g/L,羊毛织物与蛋白酶的重量比为1:0.001-1:0.01。
进一步地,还包括羊毛织物功能性整理剂处理后的加强处理,具体操作是:将经过功能性整理剂处理过的羊毛织物完全浸渍在加强液体中,其浴比为1:10-1:50,浸渍时间为10-25min,其后于60-80℃烘干,再置于烘箱内升温至100-120℃,烘焙4-6min,最后碱洗烘干,其中加强液的组成包括乙二醛、氯化镁和植酸,三者的浓度之比为1:0.1:0.05。

1、羊毛织物功能性整理剂的制备:将浓度为2g/L的转谷氨酰胺酶和浓度为1g/L的壳聚糖加入该功能性整理剂体系中,并用浓度为0.5g/L的醋酸将体系的pH值调节为2.3,使得体系呈酸性环境。
2、利用该羊毛织物功能性整理剂的功能性整理方法:将预处理的羊毛织物浸渍于该功能理剂中,其浴比为1:10,加入二丙烯酸-1,其后升温至45℃,浸渍4h,之后采用90℃的热水进行水洗5min,终止该体系的反映,最后再水洗、烘干得到整理羊毛织物,

2、利用该羊毛织物功能性整理剂的功能性整理方法:将预处理的羊毛织物浸渍于该功能理剂中,其浴比为1:20,加入二丙烯酸-1,4-丁二醇酯、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯的组合物,其后升温至60℃,浸渍2h,之后采用100℃的热水进行水洗5min,终止该体系的反映,最后再水洗、烘干得到整理羊毛织物,
a:羊毛织物的预处理方法为:将羊毛织物浸渍在pH为7.5-8.5的甘氨酰胺缓冲液中,其浴比为1:50,浸渍时间为3h,其后水洗4min,烘干。
b:在预处理过的羊毛织物进行功能性整理前,还必须要进行酶处理,具体操作是:已预处理过的羊毛织物浸渍到酶处理液中,其浴比为1: 30,50℃温度下浸渍90min,其后水洗、烘干,其中,酶处理液的组成为:蛋白酶10%,渗透剂为1g/L,羊毛织物与蛋白酶的重量比为1:0.001-1:0.01。
c:还包括羊毛织物功能性整理剂处理后的加强处理,具体操作是:将经过功能性整理剂处理过的羊毛织物完全浸渍在加强液体中,其浴比为1:50,浸渍时间为25min,其后于80℃烘干,再置于烘箱内升温至120℃,烘焙6min,最后碱洗烘干,其中加强液的组成包括乙二醛、氯化镁和植酸,三者的浓度之比为1:0.1:0.05。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用功能性整理剂对羊毛织物进行功能性整理,通过转谷酰胺酶催化壳聚糖接枝整理羊毛,工艺简单,可操作性强,有效的提高了羊毛的耐久性、抗菌性、抗紫外线等性能,而且对经过功能性整理后的羊毛织物进行强化处理,使得所述功能附着牢固、持久,且抗皱性及其机械强度均有所改善,手感舒适,质量好,整理的耐久性大大提高。
上述虽然对本发明的具体实施方式进行了描述,但并非对本发明保护范围的限制,在本发明的技术方案的基础上,本领域技术人员不需要付出创造性劳动即可做出的各种修改或变形仍在本发明的保护范围以内。
Claims (10)
1.一种羊毛织物功能性整理剂,其特征在于:该功能性整理剂包括转谷氨酰胺酶、壳聚糖和酸性调节剂,其中转谷氨酰胺酶的浓度为1g/L-100g/L,该功能性整理剂的制备方法是:将转谷氨酰胺酶和壳聚糖加入该功能性整理剂体系中,并用酸性调节剂将体系的pH值调节为2.3-3.8,使得体系呈酸性环境。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛织物功能性整理剂,其特征在于:所述酸性调节剂为醋酸、柠檬酸、醋酸钠中的任意一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛织物功能性整理剂,其特征在于:所述转谷氨酰胺酶的浓度为2g/L-60g/L。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛织物功能性整理剂,其特征在于:所述壳聚糖与酸性调节剂的浓度之比为1:0.5-1:1。
5.根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的一种功能性整理剂对羊毛织物的功能性整理方法,其特征在于:将预处理的羊毛织物浸渍于该功能性整理剂中,其浴比为1:10-1:20,加入交联剂,其后升温至45-60℃,浸渍1-5h,之后采用90-100℃的热水进行水洗3-5min,终止该体系的反映,最后再水洗、烘干得到整理羊毛织物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种功能性整理剂对羊毛织物的功能性整理方法,其特征在于:羊毛织物的预处理方法为:将羊毛织物浸渍在pH为7.5-8.5的甘氨酰胺缓冲液中,其浴比为1:30-1:50,浸渍时间为2-3h,其后水洗1-5min,烘干。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种功能性整理剂对羊毛织物的功能性整理方法,其特征在于:所述交联剂为二丙烯酸-1,4-丁二醇酯、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯中的任意一种或一种以上的组合。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种功能性整理剂对羊毛织物的功能性整理方法,其特征在于:在预处理过的羊毛织物进行功能性整理前,还必须要进行酶处理,具体操作是:已预处理过的羊毛织物浸渍到酶处理液中,其浴比为1:10-1: 30,40-50℃温度下浸渍45-90min,其后水洗、烘干,其中,所述的酶处理液的组成为:蛋白酶6-10%,渗透剂为0.1-1g/L,羊毛织物与蛋白酶的重量比为1:0.001-1:0.01。
9.根据权利要求5所述的一种功能性整理剂对羊毛织物的功能性整理方法,其特征在于:还包括羊毛织物功能性整理剂处理后的加强处理,具体操作是:将经过功能性整理剂处理过的羊毛织物完全浸渍在加强液体中,其浴比为1:10-1:50,浸渍时间为10-25min,其后于60-80℃烘干,再置于烘箱内升温至100-120℃,烘焙4-6min,最后碱洗烘干,其中加强液的组成包括乙二醛、氯化镁和植酸,三者的浓度之比为1:0.1:0.05。
10.一种由权利要求5至9任意一项的整理方法得到的羊毛织物。
