Abstract

本发明提出了一种自养护功能洗车液,该洗车液适用所有外观颜色的汽车,包括白色汽车,而使用一般未改性的氨基硅油,就只适用于深色汽车,如红色、灰色、黑色汽车;通过添加有机硅季胺盐和表面羟基改性TiO2,可提车身的抗菌能力,提高表面拒水性,达到长期自养护的效果;该洗车液为中性,对皮肤无刺激,对车身涂层无腐蚀,对环境无污染,集洗车、打蜡和养护功能于一体,更加省力。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车清洗护理用品领域,尤其涉及一种自养护功能洗车液。
背景技术
传统的汽车洗车打蜡工艺包括清洗、晾干或吹干、打蜡、晾干或吹干、揩光多道工序,使用不同溶剂,不但耗时长,而且消耗大量劳力,还有浪费很多溶剂,污染环境。
中国专利CN1195685A,公开了一种护车汽车液,其组成为:聚乙二醇、石蜡、硅油、乳化剂,石蜡乳化需要加热、冷却,耗时耗电,乳液稳定性差,用该含蜡洗车液洗车后,无亮光,无防水功能,去污效果也不见好。
中国专利CN102115638A,公开了一种环保汽车清洗上光剂,采用皂角提取液、甲基硅油、棕榈蜡、乳化剂、丙二醇及水做成环保洗车液,配方中使用棕榈蜡为上光的主要成份,棕榈蜡出自巴西,资源短缺,价格贵,且熔点高,不易乳化。该产品用于汽车清洗打蜡,光亮度并不明显,因为用的是固体蜡,在常温下是固体悬浮物,喷涂到车身上后,又须等其干后,再用抹布用力摩擦才能发亮,由于必须要有揩光这一道工序,所以并不省力。
除了以上问题,目前的洗车液在洗车后,长时间在自然环境下停放,容易滋生细菌,导致发霉或者甚至锈蚀。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提出了一种具有抗菌效果、去污效果好、省力的自养护功能洗车液。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种自养护功能洗车液,包括以下组分,甲基硅油、不黄变氨基硅油、表面羟基改性TiO2、乳化剂、防冻剂和防腐剂。
在以上技术方案的基础上,优选的,各组分质量份数如下,
在以上技术方案的基础上,优选的,所述甲基硅油采用0.5~5份的粘度为50~300厘斯的甲基硅油和0.5~5份的粘度为500~10000的甲基硅油混合而成。
在以上技术方案的基础上,优选的,所述不黄变氨基硅油包括环氧基改性氨基硅油,碳酸酯改性氨基硅油,内酯改性氨基硅油、酰胺氨基硅油或哌嗪改性氨基硅油。
在以上技术方案的基础上,优选的,所述表面羟基改性TiO2制备步骤如下,将盐酸、冰醋酸、钛酸正四丁酯、无水乙醇、磷酸钠盐水溶液混合,并置于170-280℃下反应6-12h,得到改性二氧化钛;其中,每一摩尔份数的钛酸正四丁酯,对应添加0.8~1.2摩尔份数的盐酸、1~3摩尔份数的冰醋酸,以及0.01~0.1摩尔份数的磷酸钠盐。
在以上技术方案的基础上,优选的,所述乳化剂包括1~5质量份数的非离子表面活性剂和1~10质量份数的阴离子表面活性剂。优选的,所述非离子表面活性剂包括烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚系列表面活性剂、脂肪酸酯聚乙烯酯系列表面活性剂,或烷基糖苷类表面活性剂;阴离子表面活性剂包括烷基醇聚醚硫酸酯盐。
在以上技术方案的基础上,优选的,所述季铵盐采用有机硅季铵盐,具体的,采用DC-5700。
在以上技术方案的基础上,优选的,所述防腐剂采用丙二醇、乙二醇或聚乙二醇。
在以上技术方案的基础上,优选的,还包括香精。
本发明的自养护功能洗车液相对于现有技术具有以下有益效果:
(1)氨基硅油是带胺基的聚硅氧烷,本身乳化是要加酸成为胺盐,带弱阳电荷,与带负电荷的车身有静电吸附作用,洗车后,成单分子膜紧密地附着在汽车车身表面上,而具有防水性和光亮度;一般冲水时,灰尘油污随洗涤液一起被水带走,而氨基硅油膜不易被水冲走,而且本发明所用的氨基硅油是伯胺基被封闭的改性氨基硅油,在紫外光作用下不易黄变;该洗车液适用所有外观颜色的汽车,包括白色汽车,而使用一般未改性的氨基硅油,就只适用于深色汽车,如红色、灰色、黑色汽车;
(2)通过添加有机硅季胺盐和表面羟基改性TiO2,可提车身的抗菌能力,提高表面拒水性,达到长期自养护的效果;
(3)该洗车液为中性,对皮肤无刺激,对车身涂层无腐蚀,对环境无污染,集洗车、打蜡和养护功能于一体,更加省力。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施方式,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施方式仅仅是本发明一部分实施方式,而不是全部的实施方式。基于本发明中的实施方式,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施方式,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
首先,制备表面羟基改性TiO2
将0.8摩尔盐酸、1摩尔冰醋酸、1摩尔钛酸正四丁酯、无水乙醇、0.01摩尔磷酸钠盐水溶液混合,并置于170℃下反应6h,得到改性二氧化钛。
本实施例的自养护功能洗车液,各组分配方如下:
在500毫升塑料杯中,将硅油、乳化剂搅拌均匀得到油相物料;将乙酸、丙二醇加入去离子水中得到水相物料;在高速均化机中,开启均化机,将水相物料分次加入油相物料中进行乳化,均化机的转速为2000—4000rpm,均化30分钟后,得到去自养护功能洗车液。
测得乳液的平均粒径为1微米,接着进行机械稳定试验、热稳定试验、低温稳定试验和用自来水稀释试验,都合格。
实施例2
首先,制备表面羟基改性TiO2
将0.8~1.2摩尔盐酸、1~3摩尔冰醋酸、1摩尔钛酸正四丁酯、无水乙醇、0.01~0.1摩尔磷酸钠盐水溶液混合,并置于170-280℃下反应6-12h,得到改性二氧化钛。
本实施例的自养护功能洗车液,各组分配方如下:
在500毫升塑料杯中,将硅油、乳化剂搅拌均匀得到油相物料;将乙酸、丙二醇加入去离子水中得到水相物料;在高速均化机中,开启均化机,将水相物料分次加入油相物料中进行乳化,均化机的转速为2000—4000rpm,均化30分钟后,得到自养护功能洗车液。
测得乳液的平均粒径为1微米,接着进行机械稳定试验、热稳定试验、低温稳定试验和用自来水稀释试验,都合格。
将上述洗车液200克兑水10倍后,得到2升洗车工作液,用棉毛巾在洗工作液打湿后备用,汽车车身泥土太多时,先用自来水冲洗干净后,再用沾饱洗车工作液的毛巾抹擦车身,太约20分钟可以把车身抹遍,然后用自来水冲洗一遍后,车身变得清洁光亮。所用汽车工作液还剩一半,证明100克洗车液就可洗一部车。
将200克的洗车液兑水10倍成2升洗车工作液,用纱布过滤后,用喷枪吸取上述过滤过的工作液,喷于汽车车身上,玻璃先用塑料纸遮好,然后用拖把或电动拖把在喷过洗车工作液的车身上拖一遍,再用高压水冲洗一遍,便得到清洁明亮发光的汽车车身,整个过程为15分钟。
实施例3
首先,制备表面羟基改性TiO2
将0.8~1.2摩尔盐酸、1~3摩尔冰醋酸、1摩尔钛酸正四丁酯、无水乙醇、0.01~0.1摩尔磷酸钠盐水溶液混合,并置于170-280℃下反应6-12h,得到改性二氧化钛。

1.一种自养护功能洗车液,其特征在于:包括以下组分,甲基硅油、不黄变氨基硅油、表面羟基改性TiO2、乳化剂、季铵盐和防腐剂。

4.如权利要求1所述的自养护功能洗车液,其特征在于:所述不黄变氨基硅油包括环氧基改性氨基硅油,碳酸酯改性氨基硅油,内酯改性氨基硅油、酰胺氨基硅油或哌嗪改性氨基硅油。
5.如权利要求1所述的自养护功能洗车液,其特征在于:所述表面羟基改性TiO2制备步骤如下,将盐酸、冰醋酸、钛酸正四丁酯、无水乙醇、磷酸钠盐水溶液混合,并置于170-280℃下反应6-12h,得到改性二氧化钛;其中,每一摩尔份数的钛酸正四丁酯,对应添加0.8~1.2摩尔份数的盐酸、1~3摩尔份数的冰醋酸,以及0.01~0.1摩尔份数的磷酸钠盐。
6.如权利要求1所述的自养护功能洗车液,其特征在于:所述乳化剂包括1~5质量份数的非离子表面活性剂和1~10质量份数的阴离子表面活性剂。
7.如权利要求6所述的自养护功能洗车液,其特征在于:所述非离子表面活性剂包括烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚系列表面活性剂、脂肪酸酯聚乙烯酯系列表面活性剂,或烷基糖苷类表面活性剂;阴离子表面活性剂包括烷基醇聚醚硫酸酯盐。
8.如权利要求1所述的自养护功能洗车液,其特征在于:所述季铵盐采用有机硅季铵盐。
9.如权利要求1所述的自养护功能洗车液,其特征在于:所述防腐剂采用丙二醇、乙二醇或聚乙二醇。
