Abstract

本发明公开了一种动力耦合装置,包括壳体以及设在壳体内的单向离合组件、单排行星齿轮系机构和制动器单元,所述单排行星齿轮系机构包括太阳轮、行星轮和行星架,所述太阳轮的中心轴与发动机的输出轴以及单向离合器组件的内圈均相连,单向离合器组件的外圈与壳体相连,所述制动器单元的一端与太阳轮的中心轴相连,制动器单元的另一端与壳体相连。该动力耦合装置结构简单紧凑,便于布置,通过合理布置太阳轮结构来实现动力切换及传递功能,利用太阳轮来差速驱动,可用于混合动力汽车多种工作模式运行,适用不同工况。

一种动力耦合装置
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车技术领域,尤其是涉及一种动力耦合装置。
背景技术
汽车作为一种交通工具,在现代工业社会里扮演着一个非常重要角色。随着汽车保有量的不断增多,以及人们对自动挡汽车、混合动力汽车的日益增长的需求,新型动力传递机构的应用日益广泛。在国内汽车市场以及欧美、日韩主流汽车市场,越来越多的车型在原来只有手动变速箱的配置的基础上,增加了诸如无级变速CVT、行星轮式自动变速箱AT等自动变速箱的配置。如此,越来越多的车型需要匹配特殊的动力传递机构,以实现自动挡车型的自动换挡的轻便和舒适,或混合动力***的模式切换。
在混合动力变速箱的具体应用上,为了更有效提高能量利用率,必须配备动力传递机构-动力耦合装置,目前的动力耦合装置结构复杂,结构不紧凑,并且功能单一,不能适用混合动力汽车多种工作模式的运行。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种动力耦合装置,其可用于混合动力汽车多种工作模式运行。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:该动力耦合装置,包括壳体以及设在壳体内的单向离合组件、单排行星齿轮系机构和制动器单元,所述单排行星齿轮系机构包括太阳轮、行星轮和行星架,所述太阳轮的中心轴与发动机的输出轴以及单向离合器组件的内圈均相连,单向离合器组件的外圈与壳体相连,所述制动器单元的一端与太阳轮的中心轴相连,制动器单元的另一端与壳体相连。
进一步的,所述单向离合组件包括单向离合器和单向离合器衬套,所述单向离合器上下两侧分别连接太阳轮轴部与单向离合器衬套,所述单向离合器衬套支撑制动单元。
所述制动单元包括制动器活塞、制动器钢片、制动器摩擦盘、制动器推杆和制动器压盘,制动器钢片和制动器摩擦盘交错分布,制动器钢片与单向离合组件相连,制动器摩擦盘与太阳轮相连,制动器压盘设在制动器摩擦盘外侧,制动器活塞与制动器推杆一端相连,制动器推杆另一端与制动器压盘相连。
还包括太阳轮径向支撑轴承和太阳轮轴向支撑轴承,所述太阳轮径向支撑轴承的内侧与太阳轮配合,太阳轮径向支撑轴承的外侧与制动器单元配合,所述太阳轮轴向支撑轴承的内圈与行星架的台肩相配合。
所述单向离合器衬套与太阳轮轴部之间的端口处设有油封。
所述制动器活塞外侧设有制动器盖板,所述制动器盖板与单向离合组件中的单向离合器衬套相连。
所述太阳轮轴向支撑轴承为一对,一对太阳轮轴向支撑轴承设置在太阳轮两端。
所述制动器盖板与单向离合器衬套为一体结构。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
该动力耦合装置结构简单紧凑,便于布置,通过合理布置太阳轮结构来实现动力切换及传递功能,利用太阳轮来差速驱动,可用于混合动力汽车多种工作模式运行,适用不同工况。

具体实施方式
下面对照附图,通过对实施例的描述,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明。
如图1和图2所示,该动力耦合装置,包括壳体和设在壳体内的单向离合组件17、制动器单元16、单排行星齿轮系机构,其中,单排行星齿轮系机构包括太阳轮3、行星轮1、行星架2,混合动力汽车中的发动机15的输出轴连接于太阳轮3的中心轴,即太阳轮3的中心轴与发动机飞轮连接提供动力的输入/输出;单向离合组件17的内圈接太阳轮3的中心轴,单向离合组件17的外圈接壳体,其功能是利用太阳轮3来允许发动机自由地正向转动,同时阻止发动机反转;制动器单元16的一端接太阳轮3的中心轴,制动器单元16另一端接壳体,其功能通过锁止太阳轮来是锁死发动机。
为了减小动力耦合装置轴向尺寸,提高结构的紧凑性及合理性,将整个动力耦合装置嵌于混合动力汽车的电机内部。
单向离合组件包括单向离合器和单向离合器衬套,单向离合器连接于太阳轮,单向离合器6设置于太阳轮的轴部与单向离合器衬套7之间,即单向离合器6上下两侧分别连接太阳轮轴部与单向离合器衬套7,并在单向离合器6的两侧分别设置有太阳轮径向支撑轴承5,单向离合器6上下两侧分别连接太阳轮轴部与单向离合器衬套7,通过单向离合器6可以防止太阳轮轴部反转,进而能够防止发动机15的反转。
单向离合器衬套7作为制动器单元16的支撑及工作面部件,通过锁止太阳轮3来实现发动机15被锁死。在太阳轮轴部与单向离合器衬套7之间的端口处设置有油封8,防止单向离合组件17内部的润滑油泄漏。
制动器单元16包括制动器活塞12、制动器回位弹簧14、制动器钢片9、制动器摩擦盘10、制动器推杆11和制动器活塞盖板13;制动器盖板设在制动器活塞的外侧,单向离合器衬套7与制动器活塞盖板13总成焊接成一个结构体,制动器钢片9和制动器摩擦盘10交错分布地安装在太阳轮的齿轮外侧面和单向离合器衬套7之间,其中制动器钢片9与单向离合器衬套7通过花键固定连接,制动器摩擦盘10与太阳轮3通过内花键配合连接,在四块制动器摩擦盘10之间交错夹着三块制动器钢片9,在两端制动器摩擦盘10的外侧面分别设置有制动器压盘,且制动器压盘通过卡环定位。
制动器活塞12连接于制动器推杆11的一端,制动器推杆11的另一端抵接于制动器压盘,这样制动器活塞12通过制动器推杆11可向制动器摩擦盘10和制动器钢片9施加制动压力。
太阳轮轴向支撑轴承4内圈与行星架2台肩配合并做径向定位,太阳轮一端通过太阳轮轴向支撑轴承4与制动器活塞盖板13接触并轴向限位,太阳轮另一端通过所述太阳轮轴向支撑轴承4与行星架2接触并轴向限位,当太阳轮旋转运动传递扭矩时,会产生轴向力与径向力,径向力由滚动轴承来承担,而轴向力通过太阳轮轴向支撑轴承4传递给行星架2,再由太阳轮轴向支撑轴承4将轴向力传递给变速箱壳体。
太阳轮3的轴向通过太阳轮轴向支撑轴承4进行支撑定位,优选的在太阳轮的内外端面上均设置有一个太阳轮轴向支撑轴承4,太阳轮3的径向通过太阳轮径向支撑轴承5进行支撑定位,优选的在太阳轮的轴侧面与单向离合器衬套7之间设置太阳轮径向支撑轴承5,通过太阳轮轴向支撑轴承4和太阳轮径向支撑轴承5为太阳轮的转动提供轴承支撑。
该动力耦合装置能够辅助实现多种混合动力功能,包括纯电动行驶、发动机启动、动力辅助、再生制动及调速驱动等功能,通过对动力耦合装置其他单元进行相应的控制即可实现各工作模式的切换,如将制动器单元控制处于制动闭合状态,此时太阳轮被锁止住,与太阳轮啮合的若干行星齿轮沿其公转,传递动力实现对车辆的纯电动启动和制动,又如将制动器单元控制为分离状态、将单向离合组件控制处于自由状态、将其他单元控制处于闭合状态,此时行星齿轮系机构被锁死,可实现并联驱动模式,再如将其他单元控制处于分离状态、将单向离合组件处于自由状态、将制动器单元控制处于分离状态即可实现差速驱动模式等等。
因此所提供的动力耦合装置能够辅助实现多种车辆运行工况下的动力传递,包括纯电动行驶、发动机与电机联合驱动、发动机单独驱动、怠速启停发动机、行驶中发动机启停、再生制动能量回收等,能够较好的满足混合动力汽车的动力传递要求,同时可以有效的实现能量回收。
合理布置太阳轮结构来实现动力切换及传递功能,同时通过创新设计太阳轮支撑***以更加紧凑的结构实现了混合动力汽车多种工作模式的运行。
上面结合附图对本发明进行了示例性描述,显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进,或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

1.一种动力耦合装置,包括壳体以及设在壳体内的单向离合组件、单排行星齿轮系机构和制动器单元,所述单排行星齿轮系机构包括太阳轮、行星轮和行星架,其特征在于:所述太阳轮的中心轴与发动机的输出轴以及单向离合器组件的内圈均相连,单向离合器组件的外圈与壳体相连,所述制动器单元的一端与太阳轮的中心轴相连,制动器单元的另一端与壳体相连。
2.如权利要求1所述动力耦合装置,其特征在于:所述单向离合组件包括单向离合器和单向离合器衬套,所述单向离合器上下两侧分别连接太阳轮轴部与单向离合器衬套,所述单向离合器衬套支撑制动单元。
3.如权利要求1所述动力耦合装置,其特征在于:所述制动单元包括制动器活塞、制动器钢片、制动器摩擦盘、制动器推杆和制动器压盘,制动器钢片和制动器摩擦盘交错分布,制动器钢片与单向离合组件相连,制动器摩擦盘与太阳轮相连,制动器压盘设在制动器摩擦盘外侧,制动器活塞与制动器推杆一端相连,制动器推杆另一端与制动器压盘相连。
4.如权利要求1所述动力耦合装置,其特征在于:还包括太阳轮径向支撑轴承和太阳轮轴向支撑轴承,所述太阳轮径向支撑轴承的内侧与太阳轮配合,太阳轮径向支撑轴承的外侧与制动器单元配合,所述太阳轮轴向支撑轴承的内圈与行星架的台肩相配合。
5.如权利要求2所述动力耦合装置,其特征在于:所述单向离合器衬套与太阳轮轴部之间的端口处设有油封。
6.如权利要求3所述动力耦合装置,其特征在于:所述制动器活塞外侧设有制动器盖板,所述制动器盖板与单向离合组件中的单向离合器衬套相连。
7.如权利要求4所述动力耦合装置,其特征在于:所述太阳轮轴向支撑轴承为一对,一对太阳轮轴向支撑轴承设置在太阳轮两端。
8.如权利要求6所述动力耦合装置,其特征在于:所述制动器盖板与单向离合器衬套为一体结构。
