Abstract

本发明涉及玻璃制品技术领域,具体涉及一种防雾玻璃。包括内层玻璃和外层玻璃,内层玻璃和外层玻璃之间设有中间层玻璃,中间层玻璃为偏光玻璃,在外层玻璃表面设有一层氮化硅层,在内层玻璃上设有一层碳化硅层。结构简单,透光性好,外表面透光性好,内表面不易起雾。

本发明涉及玻璃制品技术领域,具体涉及一种防雾玻璃。
背景技术
玻璃是日常生活、工业生产、科学研究和军事应用中必不可少的材料,建筑物窗玻璃、运输工具窗玻璃、挡风玻璃、后视镜、浴室镜子、眼镜镜片、测量仪器的玻璃罩等,当潮湿空气冷凝时,容易在镜面或玻璃表面形成许多微小的水滴而散光,使透明度降低影响视线,还会影响仪器的读数。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述存在的问题,提供一种防雾玻璃。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种防雾玻璃,包括内层玻璃和外层玻璃,内层玻璃和外层玻璃之间设有中间层玻璃,中间层玻璃为偏光玻璃,在外层玻璃表面设有一层氮化硅层,在内层玻璃上设有一层碳化硅层。
作为优选方案,所述内层玻璃、外层玻璃和中间层玻璃之间通过PVB膜连接,PVB膜内设有导电。
作为优选方案,所述内层玻璃的厚度为2-3mm。
作为优选方案,所述外层玻璃的厚度为3-5mm。
作为优选方案,所述氮化硅层的厚度为25-75nm。
作为优选方案,所述碳化硅层的厚度为45-125nm。
作为优选方案,在内层玻璃、外层玻璃和中间层玻璃之间设有一层有机玻璃层,有机玻璃层为导电层。
作为优选方案,所述PVB膜(6)包括以下重量份数的各组分:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛70-75份,聚乙炔3-5份,聚丙二醇缩水甘油醚为4-5份,丙烯酸环己酯为6-7份,氟铝酸钾0.5-1份,聚酰胺蜡微粉0.3-0.5份,二异丙基乙醇胺1-1.5份,聚丁二酸丁二醇酯3-4份,辅助助剂3份。
作为优选方案,所述辅助助剂为将羧甲基纤维素10-13份,钛酸酯偶联剂20-25份,铝酸钙3-5份、偏硼酸钠1-2份,环氧氯丙烷5-8份在45-50℃下加热混合3-5分钟,然后加入聚丙二醇缩水甘油醚1-2份而成。
本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果是:结构简单,透光性好,外表面透光性好,内表面不易起雾。

下面通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步描述说明。
实施例1:
一种防雾玻璃,如图1所示,包括内层玻璃1和外层玻璃2,内层玻璃1和外层玻璃2之间设有中间层玻璃3,中间层玻璃3为偏光玻璃,在外层玻璃2表面设有一层氮化硅层4,在内层玻璃1上设有一层碳化硅层5,内层玻璃1、外层玻璃2和中间层玻璃3之间通过PVB膜6连接,各层的具体厚度如下:内层玻璃1的厚度为2mm,外层玻璃2的厚度为4mm,氮化硅层4的厚度为75nm,碳化硅层5的厚度为45nm。
实施例2:
一种防雾玻璃,如图1所示,包括内层玻璃1和外层玻璃2,内层玻璃1和外层玻璃2之间设有中间层玻璃3,中间层玻璃3为偏光玻璃,在外层玻璃2表面设有一层氮化硅层4,在内层玻璃1上设有一层碳化硅层5,内层玻璃1、外层玻璃2和中间层玻璃3之间通过PVB膜6连接,各层的具体厚度如下:内层玻璃1的厚度为2.5mm,外层玻璃2的厚度为5mm,氮化硅层4的厚度为25nm,碳化硅层5的厚度为80nm。
实施例3:
一种防雾玻璃,如图1所示,包括内层玻璃1和外层玻璃2,内层玻璃1和外层玻璃2之间设有中间层玻璃3,中间层玻璃3为偏光玻璃,在外层玻璃2表面设有一层氮化硅层4,在内层玻璃1上设有一层碳化硅层5,内层玻璃1、外层玻璃2和中间层玻璃3之间通过PVB膜6连接,各层的具体厚度如下:内层玻璃1的厚度为3mm,外层玻璃2的厚度为3mm,氮化硅层4的厚度为50nm,碳化硅层5的厚度为125nm。
实施例4:
一种防雾玻璃,如图2所示,包括内层玻璃1和外层玻璃2,内层玻璃1和外层玻璃2之间设有中间层玻璃3,中间层玻璃3为偏光玻璃,在外层玻璃2表面设有一层氮化硅层4,在内层玻璃1上设有一层碳化硅层5,内层玻璃1、外层玻璃2和中间层玻璃3之间通过PVB膜6连接,各层的具体厚度如下:内层玻璃1的厚度为2mm,外层玻璃2的厚度为5mm,氮化硅层4的厚度为25nm,碳化硅层5的厚度为125nm。
在内层玻璃1、外层玻璃2和中间层玻璃3之间设有一层有机玻璃层7,有机玻璃层7为导电层,机玻璃层7的厚度为1mm。
实施例5:
一种防雾玻璃,如图2所示,包括内层玻璃1和外层玻璃2,内层玻璃1和外层玻璃2之间设有中间层玻璃3,中间层玻璃3为偏光玻璃,在外层玻璃2表面设有一层氮化硅层4,在内层玻璃1上设有一层碳化硅层5,内层玻璃1、外层玻璃2和中间层玻璃3之间通过PVB膜6连接,各层的具体厚度如下:内层玻璃1的厚度为3mm,外层玻璃2的厚度为3mm,氮化硅层4的厚度为75nm,碳化硅层5的厚度为45nm。
在内层玻璃1、外层玻璃2和中间层玻璃3之间设有一层有机玻璃层7,有机玻璃层7为导电层,机玻璃层7的厚度为3mm。
实施例6:
上述所有实施例中的所用的PVB膜6包括以下重量份数的各组分(每份1kg,并按照该比例混合后进行制备):聚乙烯醇缩丁醛70份,聚乙炔5份,聚丙二醇缩水甘油醚为4份,丙烯酸环己酯为7份,氟铝酸钾0.5份,聚酰胺蜡微粉0.5份,二异丙基乙醇胺1份,聚丁二酸丁二醇酯4份,辅助助剂3份。辅助助剂为将羧甲基纤维素10份,钛酸酯偶联剂25份,铝酸钙3份、偏硼酸钠1份,环氧氯丙烷5-8份在45-50℃下加热混合3-5分钟,然后加入聚丙二醇缩水甘油醚2份而成。
实施例7:
上述所有实施例中的所用的PVB膜6包括以下重量份数的各组分(每份1kg,并按照该比例混合后进行制备):聚乙烯醇缩丁醛75份,聚乙炔3份,聚丙二醇缩水甘油醚为5份,丙烯酸环己酯为6份,氟铝酸钾1份,聚酰胺蜡微粉0.3份,二异丙基乙醇胺1.5份,聚丁二酸丁二醇酯3份,辅助助剂3份。
作为优选方案,所述辅助助剂为将羧甲基纤维素13份,钛酸酯偶联剂20份,铝酸钙5份、偏硼酸钠2份,环氧氯丙烷5-8份在45-50℃下加热混合3-5分钟,然后加入聚丙二醇缩水甘油醚1份而成。

1.一种防雾玻璃,包括内层玻璃(1)和外层玻璃(2),其特征在于,内层玻璃(1)和外层玻璃(2)之间设有中间层玻璃(3),中间层玻璃(3)为偏光玻璃,在外层玻璃(2)表面设有一层氮化硅层(4),在内层玻璃(1)上设有一层碳化硅层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防雾玻璃,其特征在于,所述内层玻璃(1)、外层玻璃(2)和中间层玻璃(3)之间通过PVB膜(6)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防雾玻璃,其特征在于,所述内层玻璃(1)的厚度为2-3mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防雾玻璃,其特征在于,所述外层玻璃(2)的厚度为3-5mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防雾玻璃,其特征在于,所述氮化硅层(4)的厚度为25-75nm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防雾玻璃,其特征在于,所述碳化硅层(5)的厚度为45-125nm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防雾玻璃,其特征在于,在内层玻璃(1)、外层玻璃(2)和中间层玻璃(3)之间设有一层有机玻璃层(7),有机玻璃层(7)为导电层。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种防雾玻璃,其特征在于,所述PVB膜(6)包括以下重量份数的各组分:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛70-75份,聚乙炔3-5份,聚丙二醇缩水甘油醚为4-5份,丙烯酸环己酯为6-7份,氟铝酸钾0.5-1份,聚酰胺蜡微粉0.3-0.5份,二异丙基乙醇胺1-1.5份,聚丁二酸丁二醇酯3-4份,辅助助剂3份。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种防雾玻璃,其特征在于,所述辅助助剂为将羧甲基纤维素10-13份,钛酸酯偶联剂20-25份,铝酸钙3-5份、偏硼酸钠1-2份,环氧氯丙烷5-8份在45-50℃下加热混合3-5分钟,然后加入聚丙二醇缩水甘油醚1-2份而成。
