Abstract

本发明公开了一种表涂和底涂共用装置,包括机架,所述机架上设有引导轮组、涂料槽、涂料轮、压轮、驱动电机、第一刮板和第二刮板,所述涂料轮下部浸没在涂料槽内的涂料液中,所述压轮底端与涂料轮顶端抵接,所述引导轮组可引导基材从左往右或从右往左穿过涂料轮和压轮之间的接触面,所述第一刮板位于涂料轮的左侧,所述第二刮板位于涂料轮的右侧,所述驱动电机可驱动涂料轮顺时针转动或逆时针转动。涂料轮的左右两侧各设有第一刮板和第二刮板,并且涂料轮由驱动电机控制可顺时针转动或逆时针转动,使得基材可以从左、右两个不同的方向进入涂料,从而实现表涂和底涂共用装置既可进行表涂又可以进行底涂的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及表面涂布流体的装置技术领域,特别涉及一种表涂和底涂共用装置。
背景技术
在国民生活中,胶粘材料使用越来越多,由于胶黏剂与基材的结合力通常情况下要通过介质涂层来实现,因此,在胶黏剂涂覆于基材表面之前,要对基材进行底涂处理,以使胶粘层更牢固地附着于基材表面;另一方面,在解决了基材与胶黏剂的附着力问题之后,在不同用途的场合,基材背面有需要进行另外的涂层处理。一般情况下,一种涂覆装置只适于一种要求的涂层处理:做底涂处理的装置和做表涂处理的装置分开与不同的生产线安装,使得设备投入费用巨大。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种表涂和底涂共用装置,可通过不同的穿料方式,在该装置上实现表涂或底涂。
表涂和底涂共用装置,包括机架,所述机架上设有引导轮组、涂料槽、涂料轮、压轮、驱动电机、第一刮板和第二刮板,所述涂料轮下部浸没在涂料槽内的涂料液中,所述压轮底端与涂料轮顶端抵接,所述引导轮组可引导基材从左往右或从右往左穿过涂料轮和压轮之间的接触面,所述第一刮板位于涂料轮的左侧,所述第二刮板位于涂料轮的右侧,所述驱动电机可驱动涂料轮顺时针转动或逆时针转动。所述引导轮组包括一对位于涂料槽下方的下换向导轮,一对分别位于压轮左、右侧的包角导轮。所述机架上还设有烘箱,所述烘箱的两端均设有进出口,所述引导轮组还包括一对烘箱导轮,其分别位于烘箱两侧靠近进出口处。所述驱动电机是三相电机。
本发明的有益效果是:涂料轮的左右两侧各设有第一刮板和第二刮板,并且涂料轮由驱动电机控制可顺时针转动或逆时针转动,使得基材可以从左、右两个不同的方向进入涂料,从而实现表涂和底涂共用装置既可进行表涂又可以进行底涂的目的,达到一物两用的效果,有效节省设备数量。本发明可用于胶粘带产品的生产制备。

实施例1:如图1所示,表涂和底涂共用装置,包括机架,所述机架上设有引导轮组、涂料槽1、涂料轮2、压轮3、驱动电机、烘箱4、第一刮板5和第二刮板6,所述烘箱4位于压轮3上方,其两端均设有进出口,所述涂料轮2下部浸没在涂料槽1内的涂料液中,所述压轮3底端与涂料轮2顶端抵接,所述引导轮组可引导基材从左往右或从右往左穿过涂料轮2和压轮3之间的接触面,所述第一刮板5位于涂料轮2的左侧,所述第二刮板6位于涂料轮2的右侧,所述驱动电机可驱动涂料轮2顺时针转动或逆时针转动,当涂料轮2顺时针转动时第一刮板5正常工作,当涂料轮2逆时针转动时第二刮板6正常工作。所述引导轮组包括位于涂料槽下方的第一换向导轮a1和第二换向导轮a2,位于压轮左侧的第一包角导轮a3和右侧的第二包角导轮a4,分别位于烘箱两侧且靠近进出口处的第一烘箱导轮a5和第二烘箱导轮a6,还设有第一换向引导轮a7和第二换向引导轮a8分别位于烘箱4上方的左右两侧。所述驱动电机是三相电机。本实施例可实现基材的表涂目的,基材由供料源引入装置,依次经过第一换向导轮a1、第二换向导轮a2、第二包角导轮a4、压轮3、第一包角导轮a3、第一烘箱导轮a5、烘箱4、第二烘箱导轮a6,最终离开装置完成出料。
实施例2:如图2所示,表涂和底涂共用装置与实施例1完全相同,但是采用与实施例1不同的穿料方式,可实现对基材的底涂目的,基材由供料源引入装置,依次经过第一包角导轮a3、压轮3、第二包角导轮a4、第二烘箱导轮a6、烘箱、第一烘箱导轮a5、第一换向引导轮a7、第二换向引导轮a8,最终离开装置完成出料。
实施例3:如图3所示,该表涂和底涂共用装置的烘箱4、第一烘箱导轮a5和第二烘箱导轮a6的位置发生了变化,移至涂料槽1的右侧;同时,第一换向引导轮a7位于第一包角导轮a3上方,第二换向引导轮a8位于第二包角导轮a4上方。本实施例可实现基材的表涂目的,基材由供料源引入装置,依次经过第一换向导轮a1、第二换向导轮a2、第二包角导轮a4、压轮3、第一包角导轮a3、第一换向引导轮a7、第二换向引导轮a8、第一烘箱导轮a5、烘箱4、第二烘箱导轮a6,最终离开装置完成出料。
实施例4:如图4所示,表涂和底涂共用装置与实施例3相同,但是采用与实施例3不同的穿料方式,可实现对基材的底涂目的,基材由供料源引入装置,依次经过第一包角导轮a3、压轮3、第一烘箱导轮a5、烘箱、第二烘箱导轮a6,最终离开装置完成出料。

1.表涂和底涂共用装置,其特征在于:包括机架,所述机架上设有引导轮组、涂料槽、涂料轮、压轮、驱动电机、第一刮板和第二刮板,所述涂料轮下部浸没在涂料槽内的涂料液中,所述压轮底端与涂料轮顶端抵接,所述引导轮组可引导基材从左往右或从右往左穿过涂料轮和压轮之间的接触面,所述第一刮板位于涂料轮的左侧,所述第二刮板位于涂料轮的右侧,所述驱动电机可驱动涂料轮顺时针转动或逆时针转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的表涂和底涂共用装置,其特征在于:所述引导轮组包括一对位于涂料槽下方的下换向导轮,一对分别位于压轮左、右侧的包角导轮。
3.根据权利要求2所述的表涂和底涂共用装置,其特征在于:所述机架上还设有烘箱,所述烘箱的两端均设有进出口,所述引导轮组还包括一对烘箱导轮,其分别位于烘箱两侧靠近进出口处。
4.根据权利要求1所述的表涂和底涂共用装置,其特征在于:所述驱动电机是三相电机。
