本发明公开了一种心脑血管支架的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)配备原料:该心脑血管支架中的合金成分的重量百分比为锆2%~3%,钼1%~3%,铌4%~5%,其余为镁和钛,其中镁和钛的重量比为2∶1;(2)制备支架基体:注射成形机的模具中直接注射形成,制备得所述支架基体;(3)聚合物溶液的制备:将无水乙醇和氢氟酸混合,搅拌至均匀,再加入钛酸四丁酯混匀得溶液,其中氢氟酸浓度为0.2~0.3mol/L,钛酸四丁酯浓度为0.15~0.25mol/L;(4)将支架基体放入步骤(3)制备的聚合物溶液中,水热反应12~15h,取出支架基体,用去离子水冲洗干净,干燥,在支架基体表面形成涂层。

一种心脑血管支架的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及血管支架技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种心脑血管支架的制备方法。
背景技术
血管类疾病严重危害人类身体健康,全球每年都有数以万计的人由于血管老化、损伤、病变等多方面原因患有血管类疾病。
目前,心脑血管常见的疾病主要有动脉狭窄、动脉瘤等,这些疾病若不及时治疗可能会导致血管堵塞、瘤体破裂,将严重危害人类的生命安全。目前支架介入术是治疗心血管疾病的主要手段之一,介入材料与人体组织相互作用研究,越来越引起人们的关注,所谓的人体组织是指血管、骨质、器官和体液等。临床上广泛使用的血管支架主要有金属裸支架和药物洗脱支架。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种心脑血管支架的制备方法,以解决现有技术中的不足。
为实现本发明目的,采用的技术方案为:
一种心脑血管支架的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1) 配备原料:该心脑血管支架中的合金成分的重量百分比为锆2%~3%,钼1%~3%,铌4%~5%,其余为镁和钛,其中镁和钛的重量比为2∶1;
(2) 制备支架基体:注射成形机的模具中直接注射形成,制备得所述支架基体;
(3) 聚合物溶液的制备:将无水乙醇和氢氟酸混合,搅拌至均匀,再加入钛酸四丁酯混匀得溶液,其中氢氟酸浓度为0.2~0.3mol/L,钛酸四丁酯浓度为0.15~0.25mol/L;向该溶液中加入其1/100~1/50体积的去离子水溶液,该去离子水溶液中溶有氟化盐,其浓度为0.2~0.3mol/L;
(4) 将支架基体放入步骤(3)制备的聚合物溶液中,水热反应12~15h,取出支架基体,用去离子水冲洗干净,干燥,在支架基体表面形成涂层。
本发明的有益效果是,
本发明大幅度提高了血管支架的抗腐蚀性能、屈服强度和塑性,而且满足了临床对血管支架消溶速度及时间要求,消除了血管硬化的问题,同时还具有较高的安全性和可靠性。

下面通过具体的实施例子对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
一种心脑血管支架的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1) 配备原料:该心脑血管支架中的合金成分的重量百分比为锆2%~3%,钼1%~3%,铌4%~5%,其余为镁和钛,其中镁和钛的重量比为2∶1;
(2) 制备支架基体:注射成形机的模具中直接注射形成,制备得所述支架基体;
(3) 聚合物溶液的制备:将无水乙醇和氢氟酸混合,搅拌至均匀,再加入钛酸四丁酯混匀得溶液,其中氢氟酸浓度为0.2~0.3mol/L,钛酸四丁酯浓度为0.15~0.25mol/L;向该溶液中加入其1/100~1/50体积的去离子水溶液,该去离子水溶液中溶有氟化盐,其浓度为0.2~0.3mol/L;
(4) 将支架基体放入步骤(3)制备的聚合物溶液中,水热反应12~15h,取出支架基体,用去离子水冲洗干净,干燥,在支架基体表面形成涂层。
本发明大幅度提高了血管支架的抗腐蚀性能、屈服强度和塑性,而且满足了临床对血管支架消溶速度及时间要求,消除了血管硬化的问题,同时还具有较高的安全性和可靠性。

1.一种心脑血管支架的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1) 配备原料:该心脑血管支架中的合金成分的重量百分比为锆2%~3%,钼1%~3%,铌4%~5%,其余为镁和钛,其中镁和钛的重量比为2∶1;
(2) 制备支架基体:注射成形机的模具中直接注射形成,制备得所述支架基体;
(3) 聚合物溶液的制备:将无水乙醇和氢氟酸混合,搅拌至均匀,再加入钛酸四丁酯混匀得溶液,其中氢氟酸浓度为0.2~0.3mol/L,钛酸四丁酯浓度为0.15~0.25mol/L;向该溶液中加入其1/100~1/50体积的去离子水溶液,该去离子水溶液中溶有氟化盐,其浓度为0.2~0.3mol/L;
(4) 将支架基体放入步骤(3)制备的聚合物溶液中,水热反应12~15h,取出支架基体,用去离子水冲洗干净,干燥,在支架基体表面形成涂层。
