本发明涉及果汁饮料技术领域,具体涉及一种香蕉果汁饮品。
背景技术
香蕉是淀粉质丰富的有益水果。味甘性寒,可清热润肠,促进肠胃蠕动,但脾虚泄泻者却不宜。根据“热者寒之”的原理,最适合燥热人士享用。香蕉炖冰糖,医治久咳;用香蕉煮酒,作为食疗。近代医学建议,用香蕉可治高血压,因它含钾量丰富,可平衡钠的不良作用,并促进细胞及组织生长。用香蕉可治疗便秘,因它能促进肠胃蠕动。早餐午餐和晚餐分别吃一根香蕉,能够为人体提供丰富的钾,从而使得大脑血凝块几率降低约21%。目前,香蕉的加工利用还停留在初级阶段,加强香蕉功能与保健价值研究,开发香蕉系列保健食品,具有重要的现实意义。

针对上述,本发明旨在提供一种香蕉果汁饮品。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种香蕉果汁饮品,由以下重量份原料制成:香蕉280-320份、山杏仁10-30份、莲子10-30份、白砂糖50-70份、茯苓5-15份、白茅根5-15份、决明子10-20份、甘草10-20份。
优选地,所述的香蕉果汁饮品,由以下重量份原料制成:香蕉300份、山杏仁20份、莲子20份、白砂糖60份、茯苓10份、白茅根10份、决明子15份、甘草15份。
所述香蕉果汁饮品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将香蕉去皮、切成块,加入其重量5倍量的纯净水在打浆机中打浆,得香蕉浆液;
(2)山杏仁、莲子低温烘干,粉碎得莲子杏仁粉;
(3)将茯苓、白茅根、决明子、甘草混合粉碎,装入煎煮包中浸泡2小时,移入煎煮罐中,加入5倍量的水,在温度80-120度条件下煎煮2小时,得中药液;
(4)将香蕉浆液、山药浆液、中药液、白砂糖混合,均质;
(5)灌装,杀菌即得成品。
本发明中原料作用如下:
茯苓味甘、淡、性平,能渗湿利水、健脾和胃、宁心安神;
白茅根性寒味甘,具有清热利尿,凉血止血的功效;
决明子,味咸苦,性凉,具有祛风清热,解毒利湿的功效;
甘草性平,味甘,归十二经;有解毒、祛痰、止痛、解痉以至抗癌等药理作用。
本发明的优点是:本发明的饮品具有香蕉、山杏仁及添加的中药材提取液中所含丰富的营养成分,常饮具有增强肠道蠕动、促进肠道毒素排出,防癌抗癌的作用,是一种具有多重保健功效的健康饮品,可有效预防便秘和肠癌。

实施例1-3所述香蕉果汁饮品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将香蕉去皮、切成块,加入其重量5倍量的纯净水在打浆机中打浆,得香蕉浆液;
(2)山杏仁、莲子低温烘干,粉碎得莲子杏仁粉;
(3)将茯苓、白茅根、决明子、甘草混合粉碎,装入煎煮包中浸泡2小时,移入煎煮罐中,加入5倍量的水,在温度80-120度条件下煎煮2小时,得中药液;
(4)将香蕉浆液、山药浆液、中药液、白砂糖混合,均质;
(5)灌装,杀菌即得成品。

1.一种香蕉果汁饮品,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成:香蕉280-320份、山杏仁10-30份、莲子10-30份、白砂糖50-70份、茯苓5-15份、白茅根5-15份、决明子10-20份、甘草10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的香蕉果汁饮品,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成:香蕉300份、山杏仁20份、莲子20份、白砂糖60份、茯苓10份、白茅根10份、决明子15份、甘草15份。
3.根据权利要求1或2述香蕉果汁饮品的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)将香蕉去皮、切成块,加入其重量5倍量的纯净水在打浆机中打浆,得香蕉浆液;
(2)山杏仁、莲子低温烘干,粉碎得莲子杏仁粉;
(3)将茯苓、白茅根、决明子、甘草混合粉碎,装入煎煮包中浸泡2小时,移入煎煮罐中,加入5倍量的水,在温度80-120度条件下煎煮2小时,得中药液;
