本发明涉及垃圾焚烧炉领域。
背景技术
由于国内垃圾分类不清,垃圾焚烧炉中的垃圾各式各样,而目前市场中上焚烧炉中使用耐磨砖的耐磨性能远远不能达到要求,造成用户经常需要停炉更换材料,给用户造成很大的经济损失。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种有效解决抗急冷急热性能和化学侵蚀能力差,使用寿命短,生产效率低,耐磨性能差的高性能钢纤维强韧耐磨砖。
为实现本发明目的,提供了以下技术方案:一种高性能钢纤维强韧耐磨砖,其特征在于包括方形基体,方形基体中心开设有空心腔,空心腔内镶嵌有工字钢,工字钢与空心腔之间的间隙内填充有耐磨浇注料,工字钢***的方形基体上扦插有玻璃钢纤维束。
作为优选,玻璃钢纤维束直径为0.5~0.8mm。
作为优选,方形基体上下表面均布有锯齿状凸条,锯齿状凸条高度为3mm,倾斜度为35度。
作为优选,空心腔为方形基体体积的1/3。
本发明有益效果:本发明结构合理,易生产制备,成本低,使用效果好,经济和社会效益巨大,大大提高了耐火砖的使用寿命和强度。

具体实施方式
实施例1:一种高性能钢纤维强韧耐磨砖,包括方形基体1,方形基体1中心开设有空心腔1.1,空心腔1.1内镶嵌有工字钢2,工字钢2与空心腔1.1之间的间隙内填充有耐磨浇注料3,工字钢2***的方形基体1上扦插有玻璃钢纤维束4。玻璃钢纤维束4直径为0.5~0.8mm。方形基体1上下表面均布有锯齿状凸条1.2,锯齿状凸条1.2高度为3mm,倾斜度为35度。空心腔1.1方形基体1体积的1/3。方形基体1为现有技术的耐火材料,在原料内添加5%钢纤维配制而成,再配以8%结合剂,所述的结合剂是由重量百分比计的:包括质量浓度为85%的工业磷酸40%、氢氧化铝粉20%和水40%制成,其中先将工业磷酸、氢氧化铝粉和水混合在一起,再加热至 45-55℃,搅拌25-38分钟,成透明状胶体,冷却至室温即成。

1.一种高性能钢纤维强韧耐磨砖,其特征在于包括方形基体,方形基体中心开设有空心腔,空心腔内镶嵌有工字钢,工字钢与空心腔之间的间隙内填充有耐磨浇注料,工字钢***的方形基体上扦插有玻璃钢纤维束。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能钢纤维强韧耐磨砖,其特征在于玻璃钢纤维束直径为0.5~0.8mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能钢纤维强韧耐磨砖,其特征在于方形基体上下表面均布有锯齿状凸条,锯齿状凸条高度为3mm,倾斜度为35度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能钢纤维强韧耐磨砖,其特征在于空心腔为方形基体体积的1/3。
