Abstract

本发明提供了一种涤纶打底裤面料的制备方法,通过将涤纶纤维和木棉纤维以及锦纶纤维进行混纺,可以达到非常好的保温、抗菌效果,同时还具备非常好的悬垂性和塑身性能;对木棉纤维进行环保处理,使木棉纤维具备良好的保温性能;除食品级甘油外不使用化学制剂,是一种环保的新型纤维制备方法。

一种涤纶打底裤面料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及功能型服装面料领域,特别是涉及一种涤纶打底裤面料的制备方法。
背景技术
涤纶纤维作为应用最广泛的化学纤维,其具有良好的成纤性能和机械性能,强度高、耐光、耐热和耐酸碱性好,具有良好的加工性和易纺性,可纯纺、混纺和交织。涤纶面料耐洗耐磨、免烫抗皱,在服装、家纺、装饰和产品用等领域被广泛应用。然而,涤纶纤维也存在吸湿性差、织物不吸汗、穿着有闷热感、防静电能力差和易沾污灰尘等缺点,因此大大制约了涤纶纤维的应用与发展。为提高涤纶纤维的穿着舒适性,提高涤纶纤维的应用附加值,通常是对涤纶纤维进行化学或物理方面的改进,进而赋予涤纶纤维较高的吸湿排汗性,提高涤纶织物穿着舒适度。
打底裤,又称内搭裤。是为了穿短裙和超短裙防走光、修身而设计的裤子,因长度和用料不同而分很多种,可以与正装服饰不同的搭配。因为防走光、修身,所以不仅穿的位置是打底的,心里也比较有底了。打底裤一般与上身稍长的娃娃衫、长吊带、T恤和连身短裙较为搭调。这种裤型主要适合女性消费者,所以比较受女性青睐。
随着人们生活品质的不断提高,面料尤其是冬季打底裤的保暖、抗菌、塑身效果以及悬垂性越来越得到人们的器重,目前已知的面料无法兼顾以上功能。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种具有良好保暖、抗菌性能的涤纶打底裤面料的制备方法。
一种涤纶打底裤面料的制备方法,按照下述步骤进行:
A、将木棉纤维分散后放置在配制好的环保处理液中浸渍2-3h,然后经过水洗和40-50℃烘干;
B、将经过处理的木棉纤维和涤纶纤维以及锦纶纤维进行混纺,得到混纺纱线;
C、对混纺纱线进行织造,得到混纺坯料,再进行印花、后定型烘干,得到涤纶打底裤面料。
优选的,所述的木棉纤维的环保处理液,包括以下重量百分比的成分:
食品级甘油 3-5%
橄榄油 1-3%
植物染料 2-5%
构树汁 0.5-0.8%
瓜尔胶 8-12%
水红花子提取物 1-2%
去离子水 余量。
中国发明专利CN101982584A公开了一种高中空率木棉纱线的加工方法,该方法通过在木棉纤维的表面涂覆弹性薄膜克服了传统的木棉纤维经过纺纱工艺后中空度无法保持的缺点。
但是该方法对木棉纤维的表面涂覆过程中采用了聚氨酯、二甲基甲酰胺、含氟防水剂、十八醇等有机物,即使经过后处理,仍有部分残留会对人体有潜在危害,同时加重了对环境的负担。本发明提供了一种环保健康的木棉纤维处理方法,该方法使用瓜尔胶作为粘结剂,食品级甘油和橄榄油作为分散剂,构树汁和水红花子提取物作为抗菌剂和混合防水剂,从而达到对木棉纤维的中空度进行保持的效果。
同时对混纺的涤纶纤维和锦纶纤维进行提前染色,从而在混纺后仅需要对面料进行简单的印花和定型即可,无需经过复杂的染色和整理,降低了环境污染、同时也减轻了对木棉纤维中空度的破坏,使制备的混纺面料具备非常好的保暖性能。
优选的,所述的涤纶纤维和锦纶纤维在纤维的制备阶段即采用植物染料对其进行染色。
优选的,所述的混纺面料中涤纶纤维、木棉纤维和锦纶纤维的重量百分比分别为60-70%、25-35%和5-8%。
本发明所提供的涤纶打底裤面料的制备方法,具有如下优点:
1、除食品级甘油外不使用化学制剂,是一种环保的新型纤维制备方法;
2、加入橄榄油和食品级甘油,加强木棉纤维处理液的分散效果;
3、混纺面料无需经过染色和后整理阶段,保持了木棉纤维良好的保温性能;
4、加入构树汁和水红花子提取物与木棉纤维相作用,使面料具备良好的抗菌性能。
5、织成的涤纶打底裤面料既有涤纶纤维的良好悬垂性,也具备木棉纤维良好的保温性能,还具有锦纶纤维的塑身性能,同时还具有良好的抗菌性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种涤纶打底裤面料的制备方法,按照下述步骤进行:
A、将木棉纤维分散后放置在配制好的环保处理液中浸渍2.5h,然后经过水洗和45℃烘干;
B、将经过处理的木棉纤维和涤纶纤维以及锦纶纤维进行混纺,得到混纺纱线;
C、对混纺纱线进行织造,得到混纺坯料,再进行印花、后定型烘干,得到涤纶打底裤面料。
所述的木棉纤维的环保处理液,包括以下重量百分比的成分:
食品级甘油 4%
橄榄油 2%
植物染料 5%
构树汁 0.7%
瓜尔胶 10%
水红花子提取物 2%
去离子水 余量。
所述的涤纶纤维和锦纶纤维在纤维的制备阶段即采用植物染料对其进行染色。
所述的混纺面料中涤纶纤维、木棉纤维和锦纶纤维的重量百分比分别为62%、32%和6%。
实施例2
一种涤纶打底裤面料的制备方法,按照下述步骤进行:
A、将木棉纤维分散后放置在配制好的环保处理液中浸渍2h,然后经过水洗和50℃烘干;
B、将经过处理的木棉纤维和涤纶纤维以及锦纶纤维进行混纺,得到混纺纱线;
C、对混纺纱线进行织造,得到混纺坯料,再进行印花、后定型烘干,得到涤纶打底裤面料。
所述的木棉纤维的环保处理液,包括以下重量百分比的成分:
食品级甘油 3%
橄榄油 3%
植物染料 2%
构树汁 0.8%
瓜尔胶 8%
水红花子提取物 1%
去离子水 余量。
所述的涤纶纤维和锦纶纤维在纤维的制备阶段即采用植物染料对其进行染色。
所述的混纺面料中涤纶纤维、木棉纤维和锦纶纤维的重量百分比分别为60%、30%和5%。
实施例3
一种涤纶打底裤面料的制备方法,按照下述步骤进行:
A、将木棉纤维分散后放置在配制好的环保处理液中浸渍3h,然后经过水洗和40℃烘干;
B、将经过处理的木棉纤维和涤纶纤维以及锦纶纤维进行混纺,得到混纺纱线;
C、对混纺纱线进行织造,得到混纺坯料,再进行印花、后定型烘干,得到涤纶打底裤面料。
所述的木棉纤维的环保处理液,包括以下重量百分比的成分:
食品级甘油 5%
橄榄油 1%
植物染料 2%
构树汁 0.6%
瓜尔胶 12%
水红花子提取物 1.5%
去离子水 余量。
所述的涤纶纤维和锦纶纤维在纤维的制备阶段即采用植物染料对其进行染色。
所述的混纺面料中涤纶纤维、木棉纤维和锦纶纤维的重量百分比分别为67%、25%和8%。
对比实施例1
将实施例1中的构树汁去除,其余制备条件与实施例1相同。
对比实施例2
将实施例1中的水红花子提取物去除,其余制备条件与实施例1相同。
对实施例和对比实施例的面料的抗菌性能进行测试,得到如下数据:
抑菌性的检测标准为GB/T20944.3-2008《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分:振荡法》,采用耐洗色牢度试验机洗涤方法,测试水洗30次后织物的抑菌率。
由以上测试数据可以知道,单独加入构树汁或者水红花子提取物,面料的抗菌性能均比同时加入两种物质,抗菌效果差很多,故本发明面料的抗菌效果是木棉纤维和构树汁以及水红花子提取物共同作用的结果。

1.一种涤纶打底裤面料的制备方法,其特征在于,按照下述步骤进行:
A、将木棉纤维分散后放置在配制好的环保处理液中浸渍2-3h,然后经过水洗和40-50℃烘干;
B、将经过处理的木棉纤维和涤纶纤维以及锦纶纤维进行混纺,得到混纺纱线;
C、对混纺纱线进行织造,得到混纺坯料,再进行印花、后定型烘干,得到涤纶打底裤面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶打底裤面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的木棉纤维的环保处理液,包括以下重量百分比的成分:
食品级甘油 3-5%
橄榄油 1-3%
植物染料 2-5%
构树汁 0.5-0.8%
瓜尔胶 8-12%
水红花子提取物 1-2%
去离子水 余量。
3.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶打底裤面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的涤纶纤维和锦纶纤维在纤维的制备阶段即采用植物染料进行染色。
4.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶打底裤面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的混纺面料中涤纶纤维、木棉纤维和锦纶纤维的重量百分比分别为60-70%、25-35%和5-8%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶打底裤面料的制备方法,其特征在于,按照下述步骤进行:
