Abstract

本发明涉及一种分散蓝染料组合物、分散染料制品及其应用,所述的分散蓝染料组合物由多种染料单体组成。所述的分散染料制品主要包含分散蓝染料组合物和助剂。所述的染料制品应用于纺织材料纤维特别适用于疏水性纤维材料如聚酯及超细聚酯的染色,特别适用对色牢度要求较高的涤/氨弹力织物的染色。

Description

一种分散蓝染料组合物
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种分散蓝染料组合物、分散染料制品及其应用,特别适用于疏水性纤维材料如聚酯及超细聚酯的染色。
(二)背景技术
分散染料通常在弱酸性条件下进行染色,但是聚酯纤维在染前的精炼、碱减量,以及染色后的皂煮和还原清洗均在碱性条件下进行。因此,酸性浴中染色时易引起染色不均,染浴PH值波动范围大,色光的变化大,染色重现性差。而分散染料在碱性条件下染色能够有效去除聚酯织物上有浆料、油剂,克服其它分解产物如聚酯低聚物在酸性浴中析出而产生染疵的缺点,往往不需要还原清洗即可满足牢度要求,并且具有布面整洁、织物风格佳的效果。
现阶段研究最多的是耐碱性好的分散染料,但这些染料很难同时具备有优良的染色性能和牢度性能在,如专利CN102229756A中介绍的分散染料虽然耐碱性好,但在提升力、耐汗渍和耐氯漂色牢度方面仍不理想。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明目的在于提供一种分散蓝染料组合物、分散染料制品将该染料制品应用于纺织材料纤维特别是疏水性纤维材料如聚酯及超细聚酯的染色,特别适用对色牢度要求较高的涤/氨弹力织物的染色,具有色光艳丽、耐晒、耐洗、耐汗渍等优良性能。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
本发明提供了一种分散蓝染料组合物,由一种或几种如式(I)所示的组分A、一种或几种如式(II)所示的组分B、一种或几种如式(III)所示的组分C组成,所述组分A 重量百分含量为40~80%,所述组分B重量百分含量为10~50%,所述组分C重量百分含量为 10~50%。
式(I)中:
R1为-H、卤素、被羟基取代或未取代苯基。
式(II)中:
R2为-CN或卤素;
R3、R4各自独立为H或C1~C4烷基。
式(III)中:
R5、R6各自独立为-CN、NO2或卤素;
R7、R8各自独立为H或C1~C4烷基。
在本发明的优选的实施方案中,所述的组分A选自如式(I-1)、(I-2)所示化合物的一种或两种:
在本发明的优选的实施方案中,所述的组分B选自如式(II-1)、(II-2)、(II-3)所示化合物的一种或几种:
在本发明的优选的实施方案中,所述的组分C选自如式(III-1)、(III-2)所示化合物的一种或几种所示:
在本发明的优选的实施方案中,基于所述的组分A、组分B和组分C,所述组分 A的质量百分含量为40~60%,组分B的质量百分含量为10~40%,组分C的质量百分含量为 10~40%。
在本发明的优选的实施方案中,所述的分散蓝组合物由式(I-1)所示的组分A、式(II-1)所示的组分B和式(III-1)所示的组分C组成,基于所述的组分A、组分B和组分C,组分A的质量百分数为40~60%,组分B的质量百分含量为10~40%,组分C的质量百分含量为10~40%。
本发明所述的分散蓝染料组合物,组分A、组分B和组分C,可方便按本领域技术人员熟知的方式合成,如按照常规的重氮化、偶合方法制备,或按照公开专利中描述的方法或类似的方法制备,也可采用市售产品。
本发明所述的分散染料组合物,商品化时通常还需要加入助剂。因此,本发明还提供了一种分散染料制品,主要含有所述的分散蓝染料组合物和助剂,其中分散蓝染料组合物和助剂的重量比为1∶0.5~5。所述的助剂为分散染料商品化时常用的分散剂、扩散剂及表面活性剂等,例如分散剂木质素磺酸钠B(安阳产)或木质素磺酸钠85A(进口)、扩散剂 MF或NNO和少量的防尘剂JH2112)。显然,在上述本发明的染料混合物的各染料之间重量比例基础上,添加助剂稀释得到的产物仍然是在本专利的保护之内。即使所用的助剂品种在本专利说明书里没有提及,只要其染料部分配比落在本发明范围内,仍然是在本专利的保护范围之内。
本发明所述分散染料制品由重量比为1∶0.5~5的分散染料组合物和助剂组成,其中分散染料组合物由组分A、组分B、组分C组成,组分A为式(I-1)所述的化合物,组分 B为式(II-1)所示的化合物,组分C为式(III-1)所示的化合物,所述的助剂为任意质量比的分散剂MF和木质素磺酸钠的混合物;基于组分A、组分B、组分C,所述的组分A的质量百分数为40~60%,组分B的质量百分含量为10~40%,组分C的质量百分含量为10~40%。
本发明所述的分散染料制品可用以下方法制备:将分散染料组合物按上述的配比混合后,在助剂、水或其它润湿剂的存在下用砂磨机或研磨机等粉碎机进行微粒子化;另外也可将分散染料组合物中所包含的各原染料分别在助剂、水或其它润湿剂的存在下用砂磨机或研磨机等粉碎机进行微粒子化处理后的液态、乳膏态或者用喷雾干燥法等进行干燥后的粉状、颗粒状态给染色。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果主要体现在:使用本发明配方的分散蓝染料上染疏水性纤维材料时,染色残液清、浮色少;通过不同组分间的比例的最优选择,可获得提升性好、水洗牢度、摩擦牢度及升华牢度佳的蓝色染织物,非常适用于中高档面料如超细旦织物、涤/棉、涤/氨等混纺织物的印染。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明做进一步说明,但本发明的保护范围并不限于此。
实施例1:
将60克式(I-I)的组分A、20克式(II-1)的组分B、20克式(III-1)的组分C, 100克分散剂MF,加水拼混后,用研磨机研磨分散,喷雾干燥,即得成品。
实施例2~9:
按照实施例1所述的方法,不同的是采用表1中组分A、组分B、组分C和助剂的种类和重量,加水搅拌均匀,制成浆液,研磨分散,干燥,制得成品,该染料能提供给织物各项色牢度优异的蓝色色调。

染色实施例10:
分别称取实施例1~9制得的分散染料,质量用量为织物质量的4%,浴比为50∶1,织物选择为涤/氨弹力布,用醋酸调染浴pH为4~5,于50分钟内由70℃升温到125℃,保温40分钟,冷却至90℃时还原清洗。观察样布色光,采用GB/T3921、GB/T3920、GB/T5718分别测试,结果显示其耐洗牢度(60℃)≥5级、耐摩擦牢度≥5级、耐升华牢度≥5级。上述测试结果表明,本发明的分散深蓝染料,其色牢度可达到甚至超过市场上涤/氨面料3~4 级的高标准要求,结果见表2。

Claims (4)

1.一种分散蓝染料组合物,其特征在于,所述的分散蓝组合物由式(I-1)所示的组分A、式(II-1)所示的组分B和式(III-1)所示的组分C组成,基于所述的组分A、组分B和组分C,组分A的质量百分数为55-68%,组分B的质量百分含量为15-19%,组分C的质量百分含量为17~26%,
2.一种分散染料制品,其特征在于,含有如权利要求1所述分散蓝染料组合物以及助剂,其中分散蓝染料组合物和助剂的重量比为1∶0.5~5。
3.如权利要求2所述的分散染料制品,其特征在于:所述助剂选自下列之一或其中任意几种的混合物:扩散剂选自MF或/和NNO、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、烷基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、苄基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、木质素磺酸盐。
4.如权利要求2-3中任一项所述分散染料制品在疏水性纤维材料印染中的应用。
