管件自动加工输送流水线,其特征在于包括注塑机、管件下汇总输送机构、大跨度斜坡输送机构、管件上输送集成转盘和胶口输送机构,注塑机模具开模处下方的地面上开有落料洞口,落料洞口下设送料斗,管件下汇总输送机构包括分支输送带、汇总输送带和引导输送带,大跨度斜坡输送机构包括大跨度斜机架上设斜坡输送带上设挡板,斜坡输送带的上部与管件上输送集成转盘相对应,管件上输送集成转盘包括转盘机架上设转盘输送带,胶口输送机构包括胶口收集斗,胶口收集斗位于转盘机架下方的外侧,胶口收集斗出口处连胶口收集输送带,胶口收集输送带的出口处与胶口汇集输送带相对应,胶口汇集输送带连接碾碎机。

技术领域
本发明涉及管件的加工设备,特别是涉及管件自动加工输送流水线。
背景技术
在给、排水管路中,需要各种连接管件,已有管件的生产加工,通常是由一个工人管一台注塑机,当注塑机对管件注塑成型后,由工人将其取出并放入收集箱内,然后由工人将注塑成型的产品送往剪胶口车间,由工人进行剪切胶口后,再将产品进行包装,而剪下的胶口再由工人送往碾碎机进行碾碎,该方案每台注塑机都要有工人看管,而且每个步骤都要有工人进行输送,不仅需要大量的操作工人,而且工人劳动强度大,生产效率低,人工成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点,提供一种自动输送管件至剪浇口处,减小操作工人,减轻工人劳动强度,提高生产效率,降低人工成本的管件自动加工输送流水线。
本发明管件自动加工输送流水线的技术方案是:其特征在于包括注塑机、管件下汇总输送机构、大跨度斜坡输送机构、管件上输送集成转盘和胶口输送机构,所述注塑机模具开模处下方的地面上开有落料洞口,落料洞口下设置倾斜的送料斗,送料斗与管件下汇总输送机构相对应,所述的管件下汇总输送机构包括分支输送带、汇总输送带和引导输送带,分支输送带高于汇总输送带,汇总输送带高于引导输送带,送料斗与分支输送带相对应,各分支输送带的尾部出口处与汇总输送带相对应,汇总输送带的尾部出口处与引导输送带相对应,引导输送带与大跨度斜坡输送机构的下部相对应,所述的大跨度斜坡输送机构包括大跨度斜机架,在大跨度斜坡机架上设置斜坡输送带,斜坡输送带上设置挡板,斜坡输送带的上部与管件上输送集成转盘相对应,所述的管件上输送集成转盘包括转盘机架,转盘机架上设置转盘输送带,所述胶口输送机构包括胶口收集斗,胶口收集斗位于转盘机架下方的外侧,胶口收集斗的出口处连接胶口收集输送带,胶口收集输送带的出口处与胶口汇集输送带相对应,胶口汇集输送带连接碾碎机。
本发明公开了一种管件自动加工输送流水线,可在地面上设置上百台注塑机同时注塑塑料管件,生产时,先由各台注塑机将塑料管件注塑成型,在模具开模后,模具内的管件被自动顶出,并向下落到落料洞口中,再沿着落料洞口下倾斜的送料斗落到管件下汇总输送机构的分支输送带,各条分支输送带陆陆续续带将所有落下的塑料管件向前输送至汇总输送带上,再由汇总输送带将塑料管件输送至引导输送带上,引导输送带将塑料管件输送至斜坡输送带上,由斜坡输送带上的挡板带动塑料管件向上输送至位于地面二楼的转盘输送带,而工人可集中在转盘输送带的四周,对输送上来的塑料管件进行剪切胶口,剪掉的胶口可扔进胶口输送机构的胶口收集斗中,由胶口收集输送带输送至胶口汇集输送带进行汇总后一起输送至碾碎机进行碾碎并回收再利用,而剪掉胶口的塑料管件则装箱后便可直接仓储或装车。本方案管件自动加工输送流水线,塑料管件在注塑成型后自动进行输送、汇总,再输送至转盘输送带,工人只需在转盘输送带的四周进行剪浇口,剪下的胶口扔进胶口收集斗,胶口自动输送至碾碎机进行碾碎并回收再利用,从而有效减少操作工人,并减轻工人劳动强度,提高生产效率,降低人工成本。
本发明管件自动加工输送流水线,所述的分支输送带、汇总输送带、引导输送带和斜坡输送带由板式链板组成。板式链板缝隙小,产品胶口不容易卡在板式链板上,保证使用寿命。所述的挡板包括卡座,卡座中制有卡槽,卡槽中设置橡胶材料制成的挡条。材料橡胶材料制成的挡条与卡槽插接配合,橡胶材料韧性好,不容易被回落的管件砸坏,而插接配合,拆卸、更换方便。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种管件自动加工输送流水线,如图1—图5所示,其特征在于:包括注塑机1、管件下汇总输送机构2、大跨度斜坡输送机构3、管件上输送集成转盘4和胶口输送机构5,所述注塑机1模具开模处下方的地面上开有落料洞口11,落料洞口下设置倾斜的送料斗12,送料斗与管件下汇总输送机构2相对应,所述的管件下汇总输送机构包括分支输送带21、汇总输送带22和引导输送带23,分支输送带高于汇总输送带,汇总输送带高于引导输送带,送料斗12与分支输送带21相对应,各分支输送带的尾部出口处与汇总输送带22相对应,汇总输送带的尾部出口处与引导输送带23相对应,引导输送带与大跨度斜坡输送机构3的下部相对应,所述的大跨度斜坡输送机构包括大跨度斜机架31,在大跨度斜坡机架上设置斜坡输送带32,斜坡输送带上设置挡板33,斜坡输送带的上部与管件上输送集成转盘4相对应,所述的管件上输送集成转盘4包括转盘机架41,转盘机架上设置转盘输送带42,所述胶口输送机构5包括胶口收集斗51,胶口收集斗位于转盘机架41下方的外侧,胶口收集斗的出口处连接胶口收集输送带52,胶口收集输送带的出口处与胶口汇集输送带53相对应,胶口汇集输送带连接碾碎机6。可在地面上设置上百台注塑机1同时注塑塑料管件,生产时,先由各台注塑机将塑料管件注塑成型,在模具开模后,模具内的管件被自动顶出,并向下落到落料洞口11中,再沿着落料洞口下倾斜的送料斗12落到管件下汇总输送机构2的分支输送带21,各条分支输送带陆陆续续带将所有落下的塑料管件向前输送至汇总输送带22上,再由汇总输送带将塑料管件输送至引导输送带23上,引导输送带将塑料管件输送至斜坡输送带32上,由斜坡输送带上的挡板33带动塑料管件向上输送至位于地面二楼的转盘输送带42,而工人可集中在转盘输送带的四周,对输送上来的塑料管件进行剪切胶口,剪掉的胶口可扔进胶口输送机构5的胶口收集斗51中,由胶口收集输送带52输送至胶口汇集输送带53进行汇总后一起输送至碾碎机6进行碾碎并回收再利用,而剪掉胶口的塑料管件则装箱后便可直接仓储或装车。本方案管件自动加工输送流水线,塑料管件在注塑成型后自动进行输送、汇总,再输送至转盘输送带,工人只需在转盘输送带42的四周进行剪浇口,剪下的胶口扔进胶口收集斗51,胶口自动输送至碾碎机6进行碾碎并回收再利用,从而有效减少操作工人,并减轻工人劳动强度,提高生产效率,降低人工成本。所述的分支输送带21、汇总输送带22、引导输送带23和斜坡输送带32由板式链板组成。板式链板缝隙小,产品胶口不容易卡在板式链板上,保证使用寿命。所述的挡板33包括卡座34,卡座中制有卡槽35,卡槽中设置橡胶材料制成的挡条36。材料橡胶材料制成的挡条36与卡槽35插接配合,橡胶材料韧性好,不容易被回落的管件砸坏,而插接配合,拆卸、更换方便。

1.管件自动加工输送流水线,其特征在于:包括注塑机(1)、管件下汇总输送机构(2)、大跨度斜坡输送机构(3)、管件上输送集成转盘(4)和胶口输送机构(5),所述注塑机(1)模具开模处下方的地面上开有落料洞口(11),落料洞口下设置倾斜的送料斗(12),送料斗与管件下汇总输送机构(2)相对应,所述的管件下汇总输送机构包括分支输送带(21)、汇总输送带(22)和引导输送带(23),分支输送带高于汇总输送带,汇总输送带高于引导输送带,送料斗(12)与分支输送带(21)相对应,各分支输送带的尾部出口处与汇总输送带(22)相对应,汇总输送带的尾部出口处与引导输送带(23)相对应,引导输送带与大跨度斜坡输送机构(3)的下部相对应,所述的大跨度斜坡输送机构包括大跨度斜机架(31),在大跨度斜坡机架上设置斜坡输送带(32),斜坡输送带上设置挡板(33),斜坡输送带的上部与管件上输送集成转盘(4)相对应,所述的管件上输送集成转盘(4)包括转盘机架(41),转盘机架上设置转盘输送带(42),所述胶口输送机构(5)包括胶口收集斗(51),胶口收集斗位于转盘机架(41)下方的外侧,胶口收集斗的出口处连接胶口收集输送带(52),胶口收集输送带的出口处与胶口汇集输送带(53)相对应,胶口汇集输送带连接碾碎机(6)。
2.如权利要求1所述的管件自动加工输送流水线,其特征在于:所述的分支输送带(21)、汇总输送带(22)、引导输送带(23)和斜坡输送带(32)由板式链板组成。
