Abstract

一种二次水雾法制备含硼的铜合金粉,其特征在于,其通过如下组分制备而成:原料铜粉500份、锡粉25‑30份、硼粉8‑10份。本发明通过先对原料铜粉进行热处理,并通过调配铜、锡、硼的含量,实现了产品的无铅化,通过二次水雾法制备得到含硼的铜合金粉,本发明制备的铜合金粉颗粒均匀圆润,且含氧量低,具有良好的强度、导热性、耐磨性和色泽。

一种二次水雾法制备含硼的铜合金粉
技术领域
本发明涉及粉末冶金领域,涉及采用二次水雾化制备铜粉及铜合金粉的方法。
背景技术
传统的铜合金粉末是由铜、铅、锡、硼(或磷)组成的,由于含有铅,对人体有毒害,对环境有污染,铅以及其化合物对人体各组织均有毒性,中毒途径可有呼吸道吸入其蒸汽或粉尘,然后呼吸道中吞噬细胞将其迅速带至血液;或经消化道吸收,进入血液循环而发生中毒。随着人们对环境保护意识和自身健康要求的日益提高以及机械化交通、生产及日常生活工具的普及,人们意识到各种工具在使用过程中所产生的废物对人体及环境的污染,人们希望所使用的工具的各个部件都是环保型产品。因此铜合金粉末的无铅化成为发展的必然。
以雾化法制备铜粉,其介质有两种,一种是气体,尤其是惰性气体,制备出粉的微观形貌呈几乎规则的球形,且含氧量比较低,如果雾化过程控制的很好,制备出的铜粉粉可以直接经过筛分成产品,但生产成本较高,并且对安全保障措施要求较高。另一种是水,虽然生产成本低、安全性高,但产出的铜粉不仅含氧量高,且微观形貌呈不规则状,对形貌有较高要求的行业无法满足需要。
专利号200810072435.1公开了一种新型铜基合金粉末,其配方组成按重量百分比为:铋1-15%、锡0.5-10%、硼0.3-15%,余量为铜。其制造方法是:先将铜放入高频熔炼炉中,熔化后,在依次加入锡、铋、硼,全部熔化并混合均匀后,倒入到滤包中,经V形喷嘴喷出,并被高压水流粉碎成粉末,经烘干即可。该专利由于该铜基合金粉末用铋代替铅,不含铅,对人体无毒害,对环境无污染,是一种环保型铜基合金粉末。但是铋为稀有金属,无疑增加了大量的成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述已有技术存在的不足,提供一种成本低、安全性高、含氧量低、粉体微观形貌规则的二次水雾法制备含硼的铜合金粉的方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种二次水雾法制备含硼的铜合金粉,其特征在于,其通过如下组分制备而成:原料铜粉500份、锡粉25-30份、硼粉8-10份。
所述的二次水雾法制备含硼的铜合金粉,其特征在于,其通过如下步骤制备而成:
(1)原料铜粉、锡粉和硼粉的制备
将铜粉、锡粉和硼粉分别进行热处理,热处理温度在400~700℃,热处理气氛为还原气氛;将热处理后铜粉、锡粉和硼粉分别进行破碎筛分,得到粒径小于150μm的原料铜粉、原料锡粉和原料硼粉;
(2)使用中频熔炼设备进行熔炼
将中频功率调至40kw烘炉20min,调至60kw烘炉20min,再调至100kw烘炉直至炉底发红结束;将中频功率调至200kw,加入原料铜粉至完全熔化后,依次加入锡和磷;待所有原料熔化后将中频功率调至100kw,中频频率调至750Hz,过热5-10min,过热温度为200-250℃,得到熔炼后熔体液;
(3)高压水雾化处理
高压水雾化处理的中间漏径为3-5mm、采用环孔式喷嘴、喷孔直径为2-4mm、喷孔数量为8-16个、喷嘴角度为10-20度、高压雾化水压在0.25Mpa~0.36Mpa、雾化水流量在50~68L/min;
(4)二次雾化
在水雾化喷嘴下方0.5cm~2cm处再设置一个二次冷水雾化喷嘴,进行二次雾化。雾化结束后进行冷却、脱水、干燥、筛分即得到含硼的铜合金粉。
本发明通过先对原料铜粉进行热处理,并通过调配铜、锡、硼的含量,实现了产品的无铅化,降低了成本;硼的加入,可以在不影响电阻率的情况下,有效的进行脱氧;本发明制备的含硼铜合金粉颗粒均匀圆润,电阻率小,耐氧化性能优异,具有良好的强度、导热性、耐磨性和色泽。

一种二次水雾法制备含硼的铜合金粉,其特征在于,其通过如下组分制备而成:原料铜粉500份、锡粉25份、硼粉8份。

1.一种二次水雾法制备含硼的铜合金粉,其特征在于,其通过如下组分制备而成:原料铜粉500份、锡粉25-30份、硼粉8-10份。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的二次水雾法制备含硼的铜合金粉,其特征在于,其通过如下步骤制备而成:
(1)原料铜粉、锡粉和硼粉的制备
将铜粉、锡粉和硼粉分别进行热处理,热处理温度在400~700℃,热处理气氛为还原气氛;将热处理后铜粉、锡粉和硼粉分别进行破碎筛分,得到粒径小于150μm的原料铜粉、原料锡粉和原料硼粉;
(2)使用中频熔炼设备进行熔炼
将中频功率调至40kw烘炉20min,调至60kw烘炉20min,再调至100kw烘炉直至炉底发红结束;将中频功率调至200kw,加入原料铜粉至完全熔化后,依次加入锡和磷;待所有原料熔化后将中频功率调至100kw,中频频率调至750Hz,过热5-10min,过热温度为200-250℃,得到熔炼后熔体液;
