技术领域
本发明的各方面涉及一种用于车辆的混合动力变速器,并且特别地,涉及一种变速器结构技术,其能够通过利用简单的配置实现多种行驶模式从而改进换挡品质。
背景技术
自动手动变速器(Automated Manual Transmission,AMT)能够实现不需要驾驶员的介入而根据车辆的行驶情况自动换挡(类似于相关技术中的自动变速器)的便利,并且能够实现相关技术中的手动变速器的高动力传输效率的便利。
然而,在换挡过程中,基于相关技术中的手动变速器机制的AMT,必然会附带这样的过程,其中在释放前一换挡挡位并且切换至下一换挡挡位时传输至驱动轮的动力中断,而这可能会使得换挡冲击发生。
公开于本发明的背景部分的信息仅仅旨在加深对本发明的一般背景技术的理解,而不应当被视为承认或以任何形式暗示该信息构成已为本领域技术人员所公知的现有技术。
发明内容
本发明的各方面致力于提供一种用于车辆的混合动力变速器,其能够防止在换挡过程中至驱动轮的动力的完全中断,从而改进换挡品质,并且能够利用简单的配置实现多种行驶模式,从而通过符合车辆的行驶情况的高效行驶而改进车辆的燃料效率。
根据本发明的各个方面,用于车辆的混合动力变速器可以包括:输入轴,其安装为接收发动机传输至其的动力;输入离合器,其安装为将输入轴连接至发动机或中断输入轴至发动机的连接;电机,其直接地连接至输入轴;第一输出轴和第二输出轴,它们具有多个从动齿轮,所述多个从动齿轮与安装在输入轴上的多个驱动齿轮相啮合,以形成多个换挡挡位;以及动力控制设备,其设置为切换传输至第一输出轴或第二输出轴的发动机的动力。
动力控制设备可以包括:第一连接齿轮,其具有旋转轴,该旋转轴布置为形成输入轴的同心轴;第二连接齿轮,其与第一连接齿轮相啮合并且以第二连接齿轮的旋转是受约束的状态安装在第一输出轴上;以及传动离合器,其安装在第一连接齿轮的旋转轴上,以将发动机的动力连接至第一连接齿轮的旋转轴上或中断发动机至第一连接齿轮的旋转轴的动力的连接。

第一驱动齿轮,第二驱动齿轮和第三驱动齿轮可以设置在输入轴上,与第一驱动齿轮相啮合以实现第一换挡挡位的第一挡位从动齿轮,与第二驱动齿轮相啮合以实现第三换挡挡位的第三挡位从动齿轮,以及与第三驱动齿轮相啮合以实现第五换挡挡位的第五挡位从动齿轮可以设置在第一输出轴上,并且与第一驱动齿轮相啮合以实现第二换挡挡位的第二挡位从动齿轮,与第二驱动齿轮相啮合以实现第四换挡挡位的第四挡位从动齿轮,以及与第三驱动齿轮相啮合以实现第六换挡挡位的第六挡位从动齿轮可以设置在第二输出轴上。
第一和第三挡位同步装置以及第五挡位同步装置可以设置在第一输出轴上,该第一和第三挡位同步装置分别地配置为使第一挡位从动齿轮或第三挡位从动齿轮被第一输出轴旋转地约束或者不受第一输出轴约束,该第五挡位同步装置配置为使第五挡位从动齿轮被第一输出轴旋转地约束或者不受第一输出轴约束,并且第二和第四挡位同步装置以及第六挡位同步装置可以设置在第二输出轴上,该第二和第四挡位同步装置分别地配置为使第二挡位从动齿轮或第四挡位从动齿轮被第二输出轴旋转地约束或者不受第二输出轴的约束,该第六挡位同步装置配置为使第六挡位从动齿轮被第二输出轴旋转地约束或者不受第二输出轴约束。
输入离合器可以是常闭式离合器,并且传动离合器可以是常开式离合器。
应当理解,此处所使用的术语“车辆”或“车辆的”或其它类似术语一般包括机动车辆,例如包括运动型多用途车辆(SUV)、公共汽车、卡车、各种商用车辆的乘用汽车,包括各种舟艇、船舶的船只,航空器等等,并且包括混合动力车辆、电动车辆、可插式混合动力电动车辆、氢动力车辆以及其它替代性燃油车辆(例如源于非石油的能源的燃油)。正如此处所提到的,混合动力车辆是具有两种或更多动力源的车辆,例如汽油动力和电力动力两者的车辆。

具体实施方式
下面将详细参考本发明的各个实施方案,这些实施方案的示例被显示在附图中并描述如下。尽管本发明将与示例性实施方案相结合进行描述,应当理解本说明书并非旨在将本发明限制为那些示例性实施方案。相反,本发明旨在不但覆盖这些示例性实施方案,而且覆盖可以被包括在由所附权利要求所限定的本发明的精神和范围之内的各种选择形式、修改形式、等价形式及其它实施方案。
参考图1,根据本发明的各个实施方案用于车辆的混合动力变速器配置为包括:输入轴IN,其安装为接收发动机E传输至其的动力;输入离合器IC,其安装为将输入轴IN连接至发动机E或中断输入轴至发动机E的连接;电机M,其直接地连接至输入轴IN;第一输出轴OUT1和第二输出轴OUT2,它们具有多个从动齿轮,所述多个从动齿轮与安装在输入轴IN上的多个驱动齿轮相啮合,以形成多个换挡挡位;以及动力控制装置,其设置为切换传输至第一输出轴OUT1或第二输出轴OUT2的发动机E的动力。
也就是说,根据本发明的各个实施方案,输入轴IN配置为接收传输至其的发动机的动力和电机的动力,并且第一输出轴OUT1和第二输出轴OUT2具有从动齿轮,所述从动齿轮与设置在输入轴IN上的驱动齿轮相啮合,以形成各个换挡挡位。而且,动力控制装置配置为切换传输至第一输出轴OUT1和第二输出轴OUT2的发动机E的动力,从而能够在换挡操作期间连续地传输发动机E的动力至驱动轮,以解决在相关技术中的换挡操作期间传输至驱动轮的动力中断的问题。
在各种实施方案中,动力控制装置配置为包括:第一连接齿轮G1,其具有旋转轴,该旋转轴布置为形成输入轴IN的同心轴;第二连接齿轮G2,其与第一连接齿轮G1相啮合并且以其旋转是受约束的状态安装在第一输出轴OUT1上;以及传动离合器TC,其安装在第一连接齿轮G1的旋转轴上,以将发动机E的动力连接至第一连接齿轮G1的旋转轴或中断发动机E至第一连接齿轮G1的旋转轴的动力的连接。
相应地,一旦传动离合器TC在换挡操作期间接合,发动机E的动力将通过第一连接齿轮G1和第二连接齿轮G2直接地传输至第一输出轴OUT1。
在各种实施方案中,输入轴IN形成为空心轴,并且传动离合器TC连接至发动机E以穿过输入轴IN的中央。由于传动离合器TC位于电机的中部的空间中,所以能够提供更紧凑的变速器,并且能够改进变速器在车辆上的安装性能。
设置在第一输出轴OUT1上的从动齿轮配置为与在输入轴IN上的驱动齿轮相啮合,以形成一系列换挡挡位的奇数挡位,并且设置在第二输出轴OUT2上的从动齿轮配置为与在输入轴IN上的驱动齿轮相啮合,以形成一系列换挡挡位的偶数挡位。
在各种实施方案中,第一驱动齿轮D1,第二驱动齿轮D2和第三驱动齿轮D3设置在输入轴IN上;并且与第一驱动齿轮D1啮合以实现第一换挡挡位的第一挡位从动齿轮P1,与第二驱动齿轮D2啮合以实现第三换挡挡位的第三挡位从动齿轮P3,以及与第三驱动齿轮D3啮合以实现第五换挡挡位的第五挡位从动齿轮P5设置在第一输出轴OUT1上。
此外,与第一驱动齿轮D1啮合以实现第二换挡挡位的第二挡位从动齿轮P2,与第二驱动齿轮D2啮合以实现第四换挡挡位的第四挡位从动齿轮P4,以及与第三驱动齿轮D3啮合以实现第六换挡挡位的第六挡位从动齿轮P6,设置在第二输出轴OUT2上。
第一和第三挡位同步装置1&3S以及第五挡位同步装置5S设置在第一输出轴OUT1上,该第一和第三挡位同步装置1&3S分别地配置为使第一挡位从动齿轮P1或第三挡位从动齿轮P3被第一输出轴OUT1旋转地约束或者不受第一输出轴OUT1约束,该第五挡位同步装置5S配置为使第五挡位从动齿轮P5被第一输出轴OUT1旋转地约束或者不受第一输出轴OUT1约束。
此外,第二和第四挡位同步装置2&4S以及第六挡位同步装置6S设置在第二输出轴OUT2上,该第二和第四挡位同步装置2&4S分别地配置为使第二挡位从动齿轮P2或第四挡位从动齿轮P4被第二输出轴OUT2旋转地约束或者不受第二输出轴OUT2约束,该第六挡位同步装置6S配置为使第六挡位从动齿轮P6被第二输出轴OUT2旋转地约束或者不受第二输出轴OUT2约束。
输入离合器IC由常闭式离合器构成(normal close type clutch),并且传动离合器TC由常开式离合器构成。在典型的车辆行驶情况中,操作各个离合器所消耗的能量相对地减少了,从而车辆的燃料效率能够提升。
如上所述,输入离合器IC在HEV模式中应该是接合的,并且如果输入离合器IC由常闭式离合器构成,在车辆的行驶大体上以HEV模式进行的假设下,常闭式离合器EC在大多数情况中不需要独立的操作力,并且只有在换挡过程中或在EV模式中会消耗用于不受约束的操作的操作力。相反,由于传动离合器TC只有在换挡过程中使用,所以其由常开式离合器构成,并且因此为操作离合器而消耗的能量能够最小化。
当然,由于第一输出齿轮OG1设置在第一输出轴OUT1上,第二输出齿轮OG2设置在第二输出轴OUT2上,并且第一输出齿轮OG1和第二输出齿轮OG2与差速器齿圈(differential ring gear)R相啮合,所以动力能够传输至各个驱动轮。
图2、图3、图4、图5、图6和图7显示1-速EV模式至6-速EV模式。在图2的1-速EV模式中,第一和第三挡位同步装置1&3S将第一挡位从动齿轮P1连接至第一输出轴OUT1,并且在图3的2-速EV模式中,第二和第四挡位同步装置2&4S将第二挡位从动齿轮P2连接至第二输出轴OUT2。在图4的3-速EV模式中,第一和第三挡位同步装置1&3S将第三挡位从动齿轮P3连接至第一输出轴OUT1,并且在图5的4-速EV模式中,第二和第四挡位同步装置2&4S将第四挡位从动齿轮P4连接至第二输出轴OUT2。而且,在图6的5-速EV模式中,第五挡位同步装置5S将第五挡位从动齿轮P5连接至第一输出轴OUT1,并且在图7的6-速EV模式中,第六挡位同步装置6S将第六挡位从动齿轮P6连接至第二输出轴OUT2。通过在上述状态中驱动电机,各个换挡挡位被实现。
图8、图9、图10、图11、图12和图13相继地显示1-速HEV模式至6-速HEV模式。在图8的1-速HEV模式中,第一和第三挡位同步装置1&3S将第一挡位从动齿轮P1连接至第一输出轴OUT1,并且在图9的2-速HEV模式中,第二和第四挡位同步装置2&4S将第二挡位从动齿轮P2连接至第二输出轴OUT2。在图10的3-速HEV模式中,第一和第三挡位同步装置1&3S将第三挡位从动齿轮P3连接至第一输出轴OUT1,并且在图11的4-速HEV模式中,第二和第四挡位同步装置2&4S将第四挡位从动齿轮P4连接至第二输出轴OUT2。而且,在图12的5-速HEV模式中,第五挡位同步装置5S将第五挡位从动齿轮P5连接至第一输出轴OUT1,并且在图13的6-速HEV模式中,第六挡位同步装置6S将第六挡位从动齿轮P6连接至第二输出轴OUT2。如果发动机E的动力通过电机M的供给和输入离合器IC的接合而传输至输入轴IN,电机M的动力和发动机E的动力在输入轴IN上相加,换挡通过各自的换挡挡位执行,并且发动机E的动力传输至差速器齿圈R。
另一方面,从图8的1-速HEV模式至图9的2-速HEV模式的换挡过程将参考图14描述。如果在传动离合器TC接合的同时输入离合器IC释放,传输至输入轴IN的发动机E的动力中断,但是发动机E的动力通过传动离合器TC、第一连接齿轮G1和第二连接齿轮G2连续地传输至第一输出轴OUT1。
相应地,发动机E的动力连续地传输至驱动轮,并且输入轴IN不连接至发动机E。在这种状态下,如果在第一和第三挡位同步装置1&3S释放之后输入离合器IC接合,并且第二和第四挡位同步装置2&4S将第二挡位齿轮P2连接至第二输出轴OUT2,动力会连续地传输至驱动轮,而在这样的过程中没有传输至驱动轮的动力的中断。
根据本发明,在换挡过程中,至驱动轮的动力的完全中断能够避免,从而改进换挡品质,并且能够利用简单的配置实现多种行驶模式,从而通过符合车辆的行驶情况的高效行驶而改进车辆的燃料效率。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于车辆的混合动力变速器,包括:
输入轴,其配置为接收传输至其的发动机的动力;
输入离合器,其配置为将所述输入轴连接至所述发动机或中断所述输入轴至所述发动机的连接;
电机,其直接地连接至所述输入轴;
第一输出轴和第二输出轴,所述第一输出轴和第二输出轴具有多个从动齿轮,所述多个从动齿轮与安装在输入轴上的多个驱动齿轮相啮合,以形成多个换挡挡位;
动力控制设备,其设置为切换传输至第一输出轴或第二输出轴的发动机的动力,其中,所述动力控制设备包括:
第一连接齿轮,其具有旋转轴,该旋转轴布置为形成所述输入轴的同心轴;
第二连接齿轮,其与所述第一连接齿轮相啮合,并且以其旋转受到约束的状态安装在所述第一输出轴上;
传动离合器,其安装在所述第一连接齿轮的旋转轴上,以将发动机的动力连接至所述第一连接齿轮的旋转轴上,或中断所述发动机至所述第一连接齿轮的旋转轴的动力的连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的混合动力变速器,其中所述输入轴形成为空心轴,并且
所述传动离合器通过穿过所述输入轴的中央而连接至所述发动机。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于车辆的混合动力变速器,其中所述传动离合器位于所述电机的中部的空间中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的混合动力变速器,其中设置在所述第一输出轴上的从动齿轮与输入轴上的驱动齿轮相啮合以形成一系列换挡挡位的奇数挡位,
设置在所述第二输出轴上的从动齿轮与输入轴上的驱动齿轮相啮合以形成一系列换挡挡位的偶数挡位。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于车辆的混合动力变速器,其中第一驱动齿轮、第二驱动齿轮和第三驱动齿轮安装在所述输入轴上,
与所述第一驱动齿轮啮合以实现第一换挡挡位的第一挡位从动齿轮,与所述第二驱动齿轮啮合以实现第三换挡挡位的第三挡位从动齿轮,以及与所述第三驱动齿轮啮合以实现第五换挡挡位的第五挡位从动齿轮,设置在所述第一输出轴上,并且
与所述第一驱动齿轮啮合以实现第二换挡挡位的第二挡位从动齿轮,与所述第二驱动齿轮啮合以实现第四换挡挡位的第四挡位从动齿轮,以及与所述第三驱动齿轮啮合以实现第六换挡挡位的第六挡位从动齿轮,设置在所述第二输出轴上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于车辆的混合动力变速器,其中第一和第三挡位同步装置以及第五挡位同步装置设置在所述第一输出轴上,所述第一和第三挡位同步装置分别地配置为使所述第一挡位从动齿轮或所述第三挡位从动齿轮被所述第一输出轴旋转地约束或者不受所述第一输出轴约束,所述第五挡位同步装置配置为使所述第五挡位从动齿轮被所述第一输出轴旋转地约束或者不受所述第一输出轴约束,并且
第二和第四挡位同步装置以及第六挡位同步装置设置在所述第二输出轴上,所述第二和第四挡位同步装置分别地配置为使所述第二挡位从动齿轮或所述第四挡位从动齿轮被所述第二输出轴旋转地约束或者不受所述第二输出轴约束,所述第六挡位同步装置配置为使所述第六挡位从动齿轮被所述第二输出轴旋转地约束或者不受所述第二输出轴约束。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的混合动力变速器,其中所述输入离合器是常闭式离合器,所述传动离合器是常开式离合器。
