技术领域
本发明涉及一种循环滚珠螺母和一种用于滚珠丝杠驱动装置的组件。此外,本发明涉及一种用于制造循环滚珠螺母的方法。
背景技术
滚珠丝杠驱动装置例如应用于车辆中的伺服转向器。循环滚珠螺母支承在车辆的转向拉杆上,其中,循环滚珠螺母在转向拉杆的纵向方向上固定地保持,并且相对于转向拉杆可转动地支承。在循环滚珠螺母中并且在转向拉杆上设置有一致走向的螺纹。在循环滚珠螺母和转向拉杆之间设有传递器件、例如滚珠,这些传递器件嵌入到两个螺纹中并且因而使循环滚珠螺母和转向拉杆彼此耦联。如果循环滚珠螺母相对于转向拉杆转动,例如通过接合在循环滚珠螺母的外周上的皮带驱动装置转动,则转向拉杆经由滚珠在纵向方向上相对于循环滚珠螺母移动。由此,例如可以通过滚珠丝杠驱动装置将一个附加的转向力施加到转向拉杆上。
为了确保不仅尽可能有效的转向力辅助而且从驱动装置到转向拉杆的可靠的力传递,必要的是,循环滚珠导轨以非常小的制造公差制成,从而滚珠在循环滚珠导轨中具有非常小的间隙,但尽管如此可以低摩擦地在循环滚珠导轨中滚动。到目前为止,使用锻造方法来制造循环滚珠螺母,其中已知的锻造方法无法确保用于制造滚珠导轨的足够的精度或者用于期望精度的制造花费是非常高的。此外,位于内部的循环滚珠导轨是难以实现的,由此使制造花费升高。替选的制造方法、如铣削具有如下缺点:需要非常高的材料投入。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提供一种循环滚珠螺母和一种用于滚珠丝杠驱动装置的组件,它们可以更简单和更快速地制造并且具有较低的制造公差。此外,本发明的任务是提供一种用于制造这种循环滚珠螺母的节省材料的方法。
为了解决所述任务,设有用于滚珠丝杠驱动装置的循环滚珠螺母,该循环滚珠螺母具有基体,该基体具有至少一个循环滚珠导轨,其中,所述基体是锻造构件,并且所述循环滚珠导轨通过切削制造方法制成。
根据本发明,不同的方法(一方面锻造方法和另一方面切削方法)的优点相结合。基体在锻造方法中制成,由此可以实现节省材料的制造。可以在锻造方法中已将循环滚珠导轨大致加工到基体中。随后,借助于一种切削方法来制造或者再处理循环滚珠导轨,该过该切削方法可以制成具有非常高的精度的循环滚珠导轨。
利用切削制造方法来制造循环滚珠导轨此外具有如下优点:这在一件式的循环滚珠螺母的情况下更容易实现。在锻造方法中难以加工位于内部的循环滚珠导轨,从而循环滚珠螺母通常在周边方向上分成多个部段,这些部段单独地制造并且随后结合在一起。但由此在接合部位的区域中得到凸肩,这些凸肩阻碍传递器件在循环滚珠螺母中的平稳运行。在按本发明的循环滚珠螺母中可能的是,基体的位于内部的面首先在锻造过程中构造成平滑的,由此循环滚珠螺母也可以一件式制成,因为不需要在基体的内表面上的侧凹部。随后借助于一种切削方法加工出具有非常高的精度的循环滚珠导轨。
优选地,基体可以通过精锻方法制成,从而该基体已经具有非常低的制造公差。随后通过切削方法去除的材料量可保持非常低。
循环滚珠导轨例如可以通过铣削制成,使得可以实现循环滚珠导轨的非常高的精度。
此外,为解决所述任务还提供一种用于伺服转向器的滚珠丝杠驱动装置的组件,该组件具有皮带盘和按本发明的循环滚珠螺母,其中,皮带盘无相对转动地与循环滚珠螺母连接。这种两件式的结构能实现所述组件的简单制造,因为不仅皮带盘而且循环滚珠螺母可以单独制造。只有在制成具有期望精度的构件之后,才将它们组装。对于两个构件而言,也可以使用单独的制造方法。
在皮带盘上和在循环滚珠螺母上可以设有相对应的法兰,用于连接两个构件,这些法兰借助于固定器件、尤其是铆钉或螺钉无相对转动地连接。沿着转向拉杆的纵向方向,皮带盘和循环滚珠螺母优选利用这些法兰彼此贴靠,使得通过法兰和固定器件防止沿着纵向方向的相对移动。
为了解决所述任务,还提供一种用于制造用于滚珠丝杠驱动装置的循环滚珠螺母的方法,该循环滚珠螺母具有基体,该基体具有至少一个循环滚珠导轨,所述方法包括如下制造步骤:
-利用锻造方法制成基体;并且
-在制成基体之后利用切削方法对所述循环滚珠导轨进行再处理。
优选地,在制成基体之后对所述循环滚珠导轨进行铣削。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出了一个组件10,其具有用于在图2中局部示出的伺服转向器14的循环滚珠螺母(Kugelumlaufmutter)12。除了循环滚珠螺母12之外,所述组件10还具有皮带盘16,该皮带盘无相对转动地与循环滚珠螺母12连接。
如在图1中看到的那样,循环滚珠螺母12具有大致圆柱形的基体13。在循环滚珠螺母12的基体13上以及在皮带盘16上设有法兰18、20,它们在纵向方向L上相互贴靠并且借助于多个固定器件22、在这里所示的实施形式中是铆钉沿着纵向方向并且也沿着周边方向固定地彼此连接。在循环滚珠螺母12的内表面24上设有多个螺纹类型构造的循环滚珠导轨26。在皮带盘的外侧上设有齿廓27。
在图2中所示的伺服转向器14包括转向拉杆28,其带有螺纹30,该螺纹的定向和导程与循环滚珠螺母12的循环滚珠导轨26一致。组件10相对于转向拉杆28可转动地支承并且沿纵向方向L抗推力地保持。在循环滚珠螺母12和转向拉杆28之间设有多个传递器件、尤其是滚珠,这些传递器件不仅嵌入循环滚珠导轨(Kugelumlaufbahn)26中而且也嵌入到转向拉杆28的螺纹30中,由此循环滚珠螺母12与转向拉杆28耦联。
组件10的皮带盘16经由皮带32与伺服转向器14的驱动装置34耦联。如果组件10通过驱动装置34转动,则转向拉杆28由于经由滚珠的耦联沿着纵向方向L移动,由此转向辅助力作用于转向拉杆28上。
为了确保组件10并且因而伺服转向器14的可靠功能,必要的是,循环滚珠导轨26以非常高的精度制成,使得传递器件能够以非常低的阻力在这些循环滚珠导轨中滚动并且尽管如此具有尽可能小的间隙。
根据本发明,在一个锻造方法中、尤其是在一个精锻方法中制成循环滚珠螺母12或者循环滚珠螺母12的基体13(图3a)。紧接着通过一个切削制造方法、例如通过铣削制成或再处理循环滚珠导轨26(图3b)。
通过该制造方法,循环滚珠螺母12的快速和简单的制造是可能的。所述锻造方法能实现基体13的节省材料的制造,从而产生非常少的材料废料。反之,利用切削制造方法来制造整个基体13或者循环滚珠螺母12导致非常高的材料消耗。出于这个原因,能实现非常低的制造公差的该方法仅用于制造和/或再处理循环滚珠螺母12的需要该精度的区域、即循环滚珠导轨26。通过将切削制造方法减到仅循环滚珠导轨上能实现循环滚珠螺母12的节省材料的制造。
代替铣削方法,也可以使用其它任何合适的切削制造方法来制造循环滚珠导轨26。
在这里所示的实施形式中,组件10构造为两件式的,具有一个皮带盘16和一个循环滚珠螺母12。根据组件10的结构,这些构件也可以彼此构造成一件式的。尤其是皮带盘16可以是循环滚珠螺母12的基体13的一部分。
在皮带盘16和循环滚珠螺母12之间的无相对转动的连接也可以按其它方式、例如通过合适的转矩传递轮廓形成。特别地,取代铆钉,也可以使用螺钉或其它合适的固定器件22。

Claims (7)

1.用于滚珠丝杠驱动装置的循环滚珠螺母(12),该循环滚珠螺母具有基体(13),该基体具有至少一个循环滚珠导轨(26),其中,所述基体(13)是锻造构件,并且所述循环滚珠导轨(26)通过切削制造方法制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的循环滚珠螺母,其特征在于,所述基体(13)通过精锻方法制成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的循环滚珠螺母,其特征在于,所述循环滚珠导轨(26)通过铣削制成。
4.用于伺服转向器(14)的滚珠丝杠驱动装置的组件(10),该组件具有皮带盘(16)和根据上述权利要求之一所述的循环滚珠螺母(12),其中,皮带盘(16)无相对转动地与循环滚珠螺母(12)连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的组件(10),其特征在于,在皮带盘(16)上和在循环滚珠螺母(12)上设有相对应的法兰(18、20),这些法兰与固定器件(22)、尤其是铆钉或螺钉无相对转动地连接。
