Abstract

本发明涉及一种LED光源,其包括若干圆形基板,在每个所述圆形基板的中心位置上垂直设置有若干球形LED灯珠,所述球形LED灯珠的外侧封装有树脂,所述树脂为球冠状,球冠顶部恰好封装所述若干球形LED灯珠的最上侧,球冠底部恰好覆盖所述圆形基板;所述树脂上设置有具有若干V型槽的导光板,若干所述圆形基板沿着V型槽延伸的列方向排列,所述导光板具有V型槽的一侧为出光面,与所述出光面对置的导光板的另一面上设置有反射板,所述反射板的上侧和所述圆形基板的上侧平齐。实现了以若干点光源实现线光源或者面光源的新型均光LED光源。

一种LED光源
技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED光源,属于照明领域。
背景技术
随着科学技术的发展,LED固体照明光源应用日益广泛,将其作为照明光源也越来越多,LED光源具有传统光源不具备的优点,比如发热量小、可控性好、光色表现丰富等,这使得LED光源替代传统光源成为一个必然的趋势,其替代传统光源的步骤也得到较大的发展。虽然如此,LED灯具也具有一些自身的限制,其中比较明显的是其灯具结构固定并且LED灯珠直接焊接在铝基板上,基于此,其发光角度受到限制,当需要设置大规模阵列的LED显示阵列时,更是影响到了其出光效果。
发明内容
针对以上技术问题,本发明提出了一种新型LED光源,其包括若干圆形基板,在每个所述圆形基板的中心位置上垂直设置有若干球形LED灯珠,所述球形LED灯珠的外侧封装有树脂,所述树脂为球冠状,球冠顶部恰好封装所述若干球形LED灯珠的最上侧,球冠底部恰好覆盖所述圆形基板;所述树脂上设置有具有若干V型槽的导光板,若干所述圆形基板沿着V型槽延伸的列方向排列,所述导光板具有V型槽的一侧为出光面,与所述出光面对置的导光板的另一面上设置有反射板,所述反射板的上侧和所述圆形基板的上侧平齐。实现了以若干点光源实现线光源或者面光源的新型均光LED光源。
进一步地,所述导光板的出光面上设置有漫射网点,以增强光线的出射均匀性,防止眩光。
进一步地,所述树脂中掺杂荧光材料,以实现荧光光线的输出。
作为可选,所述圆形基板沿着V型槽延伸的列方向等距离设置或者非等距离设置。
作为可选,所述圆形基板沿着和所述列方向垂直的行方向等距离设置或者非等距离设置。
作为可选,所述若干球形LED灯珠为同色或者不同色。

具体实施方式
下面结合图以及具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
参阅图1-3,所述LED光源,其包括若干圆形基板130,在每个所述圆形基板的中心位置上垂直设置有若干球形LED灯珠,本实施例中以三个为例,所述球形LED灯珠的外侧封装有树脂13,所述树脂13中可以掺杂荧光材料,以实现荧光光线的输出,所述树脂13为球冠状,球冠顶部恰好封装所述若干球形LED灯珠的最上侧,球冠底部恰好覆盖所述圆形基板130;所述树脂13上设置有具有若干V型槽15,151的导光板14,若干所述圆形基板沿着V型槽延伸的列方向排列,所述导光板14具有V型槽的一侧为出光面,与所述出光面对置的导光板14的另一面上设置有反射板141,所述反射板141的上侧和所述圆形基板130的上侧平齐。
进一步地,所述导光板的出光面上可以设置有漫射网点,以增强光线的出射均匀性,防止眩光(图中未示出)。
进一步地,所述树脂中掺杂荧光材料,以实现荧光光线的输出。
作为可选,所述圆形基板沿着V型槽延伸的列方向等距离设置或者非等距离设置。
作为可选,所述圆形基板沿着和所述列方向垂直的行方向等距离设置或者非等距离设置。
作为可选,所述若干球形LED灯珠为同色或者不同色。

Claims (8)

1.一种LED光源,其特征在于,所述LED光源包括若干圆形基板,在每个所述圆形基板的中心位置上垂直设置有若干球形LED灯珠,所述球形LED灯珠的外侧封装有树脂,所述树脂为球冠状,球冠顶部恰好封装所述若干球形LED灯珠的最上侧,球冠底部恰好覆盖所述圆形基板;所述树脂上设置有具有若干V型槽的导光板,若干所述圆形基板沿着V型槽延伸的列方向排列,所述导光板具有V型槽的一侧为出光面,与所述出光面对置的导光板的另一面上设置有反射板,所述反射板的上侧和所述圆形基板的上侧平齐。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED光源,其特征在于,所述导光板的出光面上设置有漫射网点。
3.如权利要求1所述的LED光源,其特征在于,所述树脂中掺杂荧光材料。
4.如权利要求1所述的LED光源,其特征在于,所述圆形基板沿着V型槽延伸的列方向等距离设置。
5.如权利要求1所述的LED光源,其特征在于,所述圆形基板沿着V型槽延伸的列方向非等距离设置。
6.如权利要求1所述的LED光源,其特征在于,所述圆形基板沿着和所述列方向垂直的行方向等距离设置。
7.如权利要求1所述的LED光源,其特征在于,所述圆形基板沿着和所述列方向垂直的行方向非等距离设置。
8.如权利要求1-7所述的LED光源,其特征在于,所述若干球形LED灯珠为同色或者不同色。
