本发明公开了一种防辐射喷毛纱,包括:内部纤维和包裹在内部纤维外的网袋,所述内部纤维包括多股棉纤维和多股纤维素纤维,所述多股棉纤维包括常规棉纤维和异形棉纤维,所述异形棉纤维的横截面呈三叶形,所述多股棉纤维并列排布,所述多股纤维素纤维并股缠绕在所述多股棉纤维外,所述网袋为采用超细银纤维织成的细孔网袋。通过上述方式,本发明喷毛纱具有防辐射性能,同时内部纤维蓬松度好,表面光洁度高、不易掉毛。

一种防辐射喷毛纱
技术领域
本发明涉及纤维领域,特别是涉及一种防辐射喷毛纱。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们物质生活水平的不断提高,对面料不仅仅要求外观美丽,而且手感舒适,但是传统的纱线往往做不到既有美丽的外观,又有舒适的手感。喷毛纱,又叫空心带子纱,是最近几年在我国逐渐发展起来的一种花式纱,这种纱线打破传统纱线“加捻”的特点,而是用一个网状结构将纤维包裹住,内部纤维的结构是松散无序的,因此喷毛纱具有蓬松柔软的优点,但是同样存在易掉毛,缺乏功能性的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种防辐射喷毛纱,能够解决现有喷毛纱易掉毛、缺乏功能性的缺陷。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种防辐射喷毛纱,包括:内部纤维和包裹在内部纤维外的网袋,所述内部纤维包括多股棉纤维和多股纤维素纤维,所述多股棉纤维包括常规棉纤维和异形棉纤维,所述异形棉纤维的横截面呈三叶形,所述多股棉纤维并列排布,所述多股纤维素纤维并股缠绕在所述多股棉纤维外,所述网袋为采用超细银纤维织成的细孔网袋。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述纤维素纤维为醋酸纤维。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述棉纤维的纤维长度为50-80mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述纤维素纤维的纤维长度为80-100mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明内部纤维包含异形棉纤维和纤维素纤维,外部网袋采用超细银纤维织成,使制成的喷毛纱具有防辐射性能,同时内部纤维蓬松度好,且表面光洁度高、不易掉毛。

一种防辐射喷毛纱,包括:内部纤维和包裹在内部纤维外的网袋4;所述内部纤维包括多股棉纤维和多股纤维素纤维3,所述多股棉纤维包括常规棉纤维2和异形棉纤维1,所述异形棉纤维1的横截面呈三叶形,采用异形棉纤维1可以提高内部纤维的蓬松度,提高喷毛纱的手感柔软度,所述多股棉纤维并列排布,所述多股纤维素纤维3并股缠绕在所述多股棉纤维外,在多股棉纤维外缠绕纤维素纤维3可以提高喷毛纱的表面光洁度,避免其表面起球、掉毛;所述网袋4为采用超细银纤维织成的细孔网袋,采用银纤维可以使喷毛纱具有抗辐射性能。
优选地,所述纤维素纤维3为醋酸纤维,其纤维长度为80-100mm,品质好,表面光滑,光泽度好、弹性好。
所述棉纤维的纤维长度为50-80mm。
本发明揭示了一种防辐射喷毛纱,内部纤维包含异形棉纤维和纤维素纤维,外部网袋采用超细银纤维织成,使制成的喷毛纱具有防辐射性能,同时内部纤维蓬松度好,且表面光洁度高、不易掉毛。

1.一种防辐射喷毛纱,其特征在于,包括:内部纤维和包裹在内部纤维外的网袋,所述内部纤维包括多股棉纤维和多股纤维素纤维,所述多股棉纤维包括常规棉纤维和异形棉纤维,所述异形棉纤维的横截面呈三叶形,所述多股棉纤维并列排布,所述多股纤维素纤维并股缠绕在所述多股棉纤维外,所述网袋为采用超细银纤维织成的细孔网袋;所述纤维素纤维为醋酸纤维,所述纤维素纤维的纤维长度为80-100mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防辐射喷毛纱,其特征在于,所述棉纤维的纤维长度为50-80mm。
