本发明涉及一种奶牛饲料搅拌装置，包括有搅拌罐，搅拌罐内有搅拌轴，搅拌轴上设有螺旋桨叶，搅拌轴上还设有位于螺旋桨叶下方的翻料桨叶，翻料桨叶由搅拌轴延伸至搅拌罐的底部边沿处；搅拌罐的内壁上还均匀分布有筛料齿，筛料齿的齿面上设有筛孔；搅拌罐的外圈设有低温夹层，低温夹层的外圈设有隔温。本发明中，在搅拌罐内搅拌饲料的同时可对饲料中残存的杂质进行筛选，提高了效率，降低了成本；搅拌罐底部边沿处的饲料可被翻料桨叶翻起，不留搅拌死角；低温夹层的设置可减轻饲料受高温破坏造成的营养流失。

技术领域
本发明涉及奶牛饲养领域，具体涉及一种奶牛饲料搅拌装置。
背景技术
现有奶牛饲料搅拌装置结构简单，功能单一，其主要存在以下不足之处：一、饲料搅拌过程中无法对饲料中残存的残渣（如碎石子等）进行晒出，这就使得经搅拌后产出的饲料还需要经过专门的筛选工序，不仅浪费了时间、人力，还增加了能耗，提高了成本；二、搅拌过程中，搅拌桨叶的高速搅拌会产生高温，破坏饲料的营养成分，尤其是位于搅拌罐底部边沿位置的饲料，不仅处在搅拌死角，更是受高温破坏了营养成分。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题，特提供了一种奶牛饲料搅拌装置。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种奶牛饲料搅拌装置，包括有搅拌罐，搅拌罐内有搅拌轴，搅拌轴上设有螺旋桨叶，其特殊之处在于：搅拌轴上还设有位于螺旋桨叶下方的翻料桨叶，翻料桨叶由搅拌轴延伸至搅拌罐的底部边沿处以便于将搅拌罐底部的饲料翻起；搅拌罐的内壁上还均匀分布有筛料齿，筛料齿的齿面上设有筛孔，由翻料桨叶和螺旋桨叶翻起的饲料落至筛料齿上后可经筛孔筛选出杂质；搅拌罐的外圈设有低温夹层，低温夹层的外圈设有隔温，低温夹层用于降低搅拌罐内因高速搅拌产生的热量。
上述中，筛料齿的设置不仅起到筛料的作用，其设置还提高了饲料与低温夹层的接触时间和接触面积，可更好地促进低温夹层对搅拌罐内饲料的降温效果。
更优地，低温夹层内有低温水，所述低温夹层的下端设有进水口，上端设有出水口，进水口通过管路连至深井，出水口通过管路连至储水罐。
更优地，搅拌罐的底部还设有起降温通风作用的散热风架，散热风架上安装有风机。
本发明的有益效果体现在：一、在搅拌罐内搅拌饲料的同时可对饲料中残存的杂质进行筛选，提高了效率，降低了成本；二、搅拌罐底部边沿处的饲料可被翻料桨叶翻起，不留搅拌死角；三、低温夹层的设置可减轻饲料受高温破坏造成的营养流失。

如图1中所示，该实施例包括有搅拌罐1，搅拌罐内有搅拌轴2，搅拌轴上设有螺旋桨叶3，搅拌轴上还设有位于螺旋桨叶下方的翻料桨叶4，翻料桨叶由搅拌轴延伸至搅拌罐的底部边沿处以便于将搅拌罐底部的饲料翻起；搅拌罐的内壁上还均匀分布有筛料齿5，筛料齿的齿面上设有筛孔6，由翻料桨叶和螺旋桨叶翻起的饲料落至筛料齿上后可经筛孔筛选出杂质；搅拌罐的外圈设有低温夹层7，低温夹层的外圈设有隔温层8，低温夹层用于降低搅拌罐内因高速搅拌产生的热量。
低温夹层内有低温水，低温夹层的下端设有进水口9，上端设有出水口10，进水口通过管路连至深井11，出水口通过管路连至储水罐12。
搅拌罐的底部还设有起降温通风作用的散热风架13，散热风架上安装有风机。

1. 一种奶牛饲料搅拌装置，包括有搅拌罐（1），所述搅拌罐内有搅拌轴（2），所述搅拌轴上设有螺旋桨叶（3），其特征在于：所述搅拌轴上还设有位于螺旋桨叶下方的翻料桨叶（4），所述翻料桨叶由搅拌轴延伸至搅拌罐的底部边沿处以便于将搅拌罐底部的饲料翻起；所述搅拌罐的内壁上还均匀分布有筛料齿（5），所述筛料齿的齿面上设有筛孔（6），由翻料桨叶和螺旋桨叶翻起的饲料落至筛料齿上后可经筛孔筛选出杂质；所述搅拌罐的外圈设有低温夹层（7），所述低温夹层的外圈设有隔温层（8），所述低温夹层用于降低搅拌罐内因高速搅拌产生的热量。
2.根据权利要求1所述奶牛饲料搅拌装置，其特征在于：所述低温夹层内有低温水，所述低温夹层的下端设有进水口（9），上端设有出水口（10），所述进水口通过管路连至深井（11），所述出水口通过管路连至储水罐（12）。
3.根据权利要求1所述奶牛饲料搅拌装置，其特征在于：所述搅拌罐的底部还设有起降温通风作用的散热风架（13），所述散热风架上安装有风机。
