本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。

一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例85例，其中男44例，女41例，年龄15～60岁。
二、诊断标准：
1、以长期持续鼻塞，或间歇性、交替性鼻塞，鼻涕量多为主要症状；或伴有头昏、记忆力下降、失眠、耳鸣、耳内闭塞感等症；
2、病程较长，疲劳、感寒后症状加重；易并发耳胀、耳闭；
3、鼻腔检查粘膜充血，呈红色或暗红色，鼻粘膜肿胀以下鼻甲为主；
4、应与鼻鼽、鼻渊相鉴别。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，六天为一疗程。服药期间忌食生冷、辛辣之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：鼻塞、流涕等症状消失，鼻腔检查正常；
2、好转：鼻塞、流涕等症状减轻，局部体征明显改善；
3、未愈：症状和体征无明显改善。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药5-10个疗程，治愈62例，好转16例，未愈7例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：王某，男，24岁。就诊时自述每遇冷风的时候，就会流鼻涕，鼻塞，鼻子不通气，特别难受，晚上症状尤为严重，反复发作。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂5个疗程后，自觉鼻塞，流涕等症状明显减轻；继续服用3个疗程，症状消失，治愈。随访两年未复发。
病例2：闫某，女，37岁。自述鼻腔里总是感觉干干的，鼻痒，说话有鼻音，一个鼻孔通一个鼻孔不通，经常打喷嚏，鼻涕量多。期间服用过很多抗菌素西药，疗效并不显著。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程，自觉不适感显著减轻；续服4个疗程后，所有症状消失，治愈。随访，未复发。

1.一种治疗鼻炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：黄芩10-30份，白蒺藜10-20份，龙胆草10-20份，细辛5-15份，桑椹10-20份，柴胡10-20份，西洋参10-20份，桑叶5-15份，石菖蒲10-20份，鹅不食草10-20份，侧柏叶10-20份，苍耳子5-15份，天花粉10-20份，麦冬10-20份，远志10-20份，菊花5-15份，徐长卿10-20份，黄柏10-20份，麻黄5-15份，蒲公英10-20份，地榆10-20份，茜草10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗鼻炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：黄芩20份，白蒺藜15份，龙胆草15份，细辛10份，桑椹15份，柴胡15份，西洋参15份，桑叶10份，石菖蒲15份，鹅不食草15份，侧柏叶15份，苍耳子10份，天花粉15份，麦冬15份，远志15份，菊花10份，徐长卿15份，黄柏15份，麻黄10份，蒲公英15份，地榆15份，茜草15份，甘草10份。
