实施例5
一种治疗花斑癣的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：金银花17g，珍珠莲18g，黄芩12g，丹参13g，玄参12g，薄荷18g，夏枯草12g，虎杖18g，黄连7g，郁金18g，川芎12g，苍耳子13g，太子参12g，大青叶18g，吊干麻12g，青蒿13g，贯众12g，龙船花18g，大黄12g，凤仙花13g，柳叶12g，铜锤玉带草18g，地肤子7g，甘草13g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约7厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗花斑癣的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例74例，其中男38例，女36例，年龄20～65岁。
二、诊断标准：
1、皮疹好发于胸背部、颈部和四肢近端等部位；
2、常于夏季发病或加重，冬季好转或消退；
3、皮疹为圆形或不规则形的黄豆大或更大的斑疹，境界清楚，呈淡白色、淡红色、淡褐色甚至黑色，其上附着有糠状的微发亮的细小鳞屑；皮疹可逐渐扩大增多，并可互相融合成大片状，但边缘清楚；
4、一般无自觉症状，或有轻度痒感；
5、必要时可作真菌直接镜检，以进一步明确诊断。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，六天为一疗程。服药期间忌食生冷、辛辣之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：花斑癣块全部消失；
2、好转：花斑癣块消失50％面积；
3、未愈：花斑癣块尚存20％面积。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药3-12个疗程，治愈48例，好转20例，未愈6例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：周某，男，60岁。患者自述：初起时胸部出现淡红色黄豆大小的皮疹，微痒，并未重视，后逐渐扩大增多至四肢，夏季尤为严重。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程后，自觉皮损消退许多；继续服用4个疗程，症状消失，治愈。随访半年未复发。
病例2：孙某，女，47岁。患者自述：已有2年花斑癣病史，圆形斑疹遍布四肢及面部，日晒或多汗后伴有瘙痒感。期间使用过很多抗菌剂等西药治疗，病情总是反复。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂6个疗程，皮损明显消退，瘙痒感减轻；继续服用3个疗程后，各症状消失，治愈。

1.一种治疗花斑癣的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：金银花10-30份，珍珠莲10-20份，黄芩10-20份，丹参5-15份，玄参10-20份，薄荷10-20份，夏枯草10-20份，虎杖10-20份，黄连5-15份，郁金10-20份，川芎10-20份，苍耳子5-15份，太子参10-20份，大青叶10-20份，吊干麻10-20份，青蒿5-15份，贯众10-20份，龙船花10-20份，大黄10-20份，凤仙花5-15份，柳叶10-20份，铜锤玉带草10-20份，地肤子5-15份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗花斑癣的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：金银花20份，珍珠莲15份，黄芩15份，丹参10份，玄参15份，薄荷15份，夏枯草15份，虎杖15份，黄连10份，郁金15份，川芎15份，苍耳子10份，太子参15份，大青叶15份，吊干麻15份，青蒿10份，贯众15份，龙船花15份，大黄15份，凤仙花10份，柳叶15份，铜锤玉带草15份，地肤子10份，甘草10份。
